01:33current threats to the region in the context of aggression by the united states according to the
01:38official agenda the representatives will reach a joint resolution in defense of sovereignty in the face of
01:45the united states attempt to destabilize the caribbean region venezuelan deputy dania diaz affirmed that
01:52the country is at peace and celebrating christmas in tranquility
02:02and also in venezuela the ministry of the popular power for penitentiary service reported the release of
02:0899 citizens who were jailed for participating in violent acts and inciting hatred following the
02:14july 28th 224 elections through an official statement the ministry informed that the national
02:20government and the justice system have decided to evaluate each case and grant precautionary measures
02:25in accordance with the law which has led to the release of 99 citizens as a concrete expression

06:20how in the capital quito it consists of 1700 pieces and was created 21 years ago
06:27every christmas season it is set up in different cities across the country
06:31the construction takes 70 days it has 1700 figures of which 650 have movement it also
06:40has effects for day dawn sunset night rain snow and fog which give life to the nativity scene
06:47additionally this work includes 90 buildings a 26 meter river and special effects that provide
06:59visitors with an immersive experience visitors cannot hide their amazement at the vast structure

22:36i believe they have the right to live a new life to move towards a better future and to practice all
22:42aspects of life normally without hardship killing or destruction and to return to their homes people
22:50are living outside in the streets and tents enduring harsh cold and difficult conditions i believe
