02:26And then, when you like it and you go back home, then you can go and do it every day or

02:32I'm lucky I got a nice little gym in my apartment.

02:45most important thing is, whenever you train, you always have to have fun.

19:50plus pounds i really felt like a 500 pound weekly and uh everything just uh started
19:59going my way when i got hired by dave portnoy who made all of this possible by bringing me on the bar
20:05stool and that got jenks involved in my life and uh he got me walking and uh mikey betts also with
20:13getting his help too he also helped with this but without my team i wouldn't have been able to do
20:17this no no we that's why i always say we always do things together yes and now and it brought me here
20:23where i met you and now you're taking me to the next level that's right now we put the big plates on

22:53got don we got don who's who's battling cancer like nobody's battled cancer like this guy don he's
23:01battling cancer i mean he's exercising every day you know cancer's yeah cancer's as bad as can be
23:08but he's fighting and fighting we got aaron who is once in uh had some heart issues he's lost a lot
23:14of weight we have dan and then we have others we have a guy that just got out of rehab who like was
23:19inspired to go to rehab is now out walking and back with his family for christmas you know it's for
23:24everyone i got to do a guy with this is what you did you inspired people because you were an ordinary
23:30guy that was struggling with the weight and everyone can relate to that right everybody now
23:36you showed success basically it's this if someone like me if someone who is 530 pounds just like
23:45couldn't even walk 10 feet without getting winded yeah if i can do this anyone could do this
23:51that is the point and that's why you're inspiring millions and that is one of your new year's
23:56resolutions yes is to go and work on yourself and to go and inspire millions of others i love
24:03that new year's resolution of yours yes you're the best let's go now we go to the next exercise

34:57uh i saw firsthand how she was the actress the writer the producer and the director yeah and the
35:09director she she had a director there and she had a producer which was gary morton her husband but
35:16in fact this was only just kind of facades the real power was her she she she ran the whole show
35:26the whole happy anniversary and goodbye her studio produced star trek the original series yeah absolutely
35:34because i'm trying to tell you there's a women power i mean she and then the fact that you had a
35:39very early appearance on that that had to be a big boost oh it was it was big it was a big boost you know
35:44we all need those moments you know to make ourselves you need to get in the door and you show the
35:48opportunity what you can do and i and i i i feel that today the opportunity that you've given me to
35:54work out with you well is it much the same uh vein no but i'll tell you one thing that uh what i'm
36:02interested in is what i'm interested in is is the amount of people that we can inspire yes keep
36:12inspired by it's all about that i mean like i said if i can do it anybody can do it i mean if we can
36:18do it then anyone can do it go for it frankie think again bigger sit down oh that's remember the way
