00:00In an effort to challenge and prove wrong the statement of Harrison Guamnishu, a well-known civilian volunteer assisting Nigeria security operatives with intelligence information that has led to the arrest and killing of suspected kidnappers in gun battle, that, he, Harrison Guamnishu was never arrested or charged to court by the Nigeria police force over the 5.4 million Nairas he allegedly removed from the 20 million Nairas ransom he was contracted to hand over to the
00:30kidnappers for the release and rescue of the married couple kidnapped in Avili community in the Etsuko West local government area of Edo State in late November 2025, a leading Nigeria social media influencer and human rights activist, Martins Vincent Otz aka Varidakman on Tuesday night took to his social media pages and presented an apparent questionable court document, probably with malicious intent to manipulate and mislead unsuspecting members of the
01:00the public in order to malign the character of Harrison Guamnishu, this, in the court document presented by Varidakman, the alleged charge serial numbers were covered with a colored ink, no date of court sitting was written on the court document, the document indicated that the alleged three count charges were drafted and signed on the 18th of December 2025, a day before Harrison Guamnishu was asked to go home from the police custody
01:30the advice of the department of public prosecutor, DPP on the matter, and the apparent fraudulent court document did not show the officer or the person responsible for the court count charges, and Varidakman apparently in a manipulative manner did not show the full signature and any name of the officer who authored the alleged court charges.
01:50Varidakman claimed in the video that the prosecutor wanted Harrison Guamnishu jailed for six months but the judge he identified as Justice Etinoza Adekombi allegedly on her personal consideration, because of the Christmas and New Year season and public intervention decided to grant Harrison Guamnishu bail.
02:08Harrison Guamnishu says he was never arrested by the police or charged to court as speculated in the public spaces over the 5.4 million nairas he allegedly removed out of the 20 million nairas ransom he was given to hand over to kidnappers and as well apparently used the money as a bait to stage sting operation for the release and rescue of the husband and wife simply identified as Mr. and Mrs. Ibrahim kidnapped in Avili community in the Etsuko West local government area of Edo State,
02:38which generated public reactions after the kidnappers set free the wife and kept the husband in captivity on the ground that the money given to them was not complete,
02:48and some persons who have access to the apparent sensitive security information went public to create an impression as if Harrison Guamnishu stole part of the ransom money,
02:58even when Harrison Guamnishu explained to them that it is part of his operational procedures to remove some cash from the ransom money,
03:06his explanation apparently went on deaf ears,
03:09and people who may be best described as mischief makers took advantage of the issue to call Harrison Guamnishu names and reopen his alleged past deeds in a prejudiced manner to cast aspersions on him
03:21even when they knew that Harrison Guamnishu has a long history with video evidences of assisting security operatives to rescue kidnapped victims
03:30and in some cases, the total money paid as ransom were recovered and returned to the victims' families
03:35and the sting operation usually leads to the killing and arrest of the suspected kidnappers,
03:40this, according to Harrison Guamnishu in a statement he issued through his verified Facebook account some hours ago,
03:47he was the one who personally submitted himself voluntarily to the Edo State Command of the Nigeria,
03:53police force to enable the police investigate his action that he never had the intention of stealing the money
03:59and his action of removing some money from the ransom was part of his usual operational procedures,
04:05adding that, the police never charged him to court and while in self-detention with the police,
04:11he became the cell president and he facilitated the release of four persons who were probably arrested and detained by the police unjustly
04:18for a crime the beneficiaries may know nothing about, and a video posted online by Harrison Guamnishu on Monday night,
04:26showed he arrived home to the waiting hands of his elderly mother who was seen in the video singing,
04:32dancing with other family members, friends and well wishes and screaming loud with joy,
04:37while using one of her hands to caress the chest of her son, Harrison Guamnishu during which she said a lot of prayers in her local dialect.
04:45We had reported that the Nigeria police force under the leadership of IGP-Kar Yode Egbetokan has kept months since reports indicated
04:54that the US trained private intelligent officer, Harrison Guamnishu who was invited to facilitate the rescue of a married couple,
05:02husband and wife simply identified as Mr. and Mrs. Ibrahim that was kidnapped since late November at their home in Avil community,
05:10a village near Ouchi Polytechnic in the Etsuko West local government area of Edo State has been arrested and remanded to prison by a court sitting in Benin City,
05:22the Edo State capital over allegations that the private intelligent officer, Harrison Guamnishu underpaid the ransom money given to him to give to the kidnappers to rescue the married couple in captivity,
05:33The reports of Harrison Guamnishu's arrest and subsequent remand to prison custody became widespread after a popular Nigeria social media activist,
05:42Vincent Martinsotz in a video statement on Friday morning alleged that he has facilitated the arrest of the private intelligent officer,
05:50Harrison Guamnishu for allegedly removing 5.4 million nairas from the total amount given to him by the victim's family to help pay as ransom to the kidnappers,
06:00This occurred, after the, sting operations, Guamnishu had prepared the ransom money for,
06:07was probably aborted after a man, whose real names may be Oshurinhe Jopasekeme leaked,
06:13revealed and exposed the plan's sensitive security information online,
06:17according to the suspect who leaked out the sensitive security operational plans of Guamnishu,
06:23Harrison Guamnishu never told the family he was going to remove some money from the ransom,
06:28that the kidnappers said the money was not complete hence only the wife was released,
06:33the man still held in captivity due to the incomplete ransom payment,
06:37the suspect, Oshurinhe Jopasekeme in a video recorded statement stated that he was the one that helped facilitate the service of Harrison Guamnishu
06:46when the family of the kidnapped victims requested for it,
06:49The action of the suspect may have prompted Harrison Guamnishu to abort the sting operations,
06:55obviously for the safety of his personal life and the lives of Nigeria soldiers and other security operatives he does use to execute and complete his sting operations against kidnappers,
07:07which often leads to the killing of the kidnappers and recovering of the total ransom paid,
07:12for the purpose of clarity, sting operations,
07:15is a deceptive practice and undercover tactics used by journalist or intelligent officer or security operative
07:22to get closer to a suspected criminal or criminals in order to be more familiar with the criminals and the environment they operate,
07:29and the deceptive practice may include the journalist or intelligent officer or security operative
07:35pretending to give ransom money to kidnappers in a manner that can cause a delay and proper assessment of the environment before the
07:42security troops may launch offensive attack against the criminals.
07:47The action of Oshurinhe Jopasekeme of leaking out sensitive security information may be of interest
07:51why Nigeria soldiers and other security operatives are being killed in large numbers whenever in previous and recent years
07:58the Nigeria security troops are on rescue missions including the recent mass killing of soldiers
08:03along with Brigadier General Uba Musa and civilian JTF members at Wajirako village in Borno state by criminals.
08:24Alright so, that demonic, evil, very dark man.
08:30That's wicked, very dark man.
08:32He's about to do his demonic, evil, wicked, envious, jealous things that he usually does.
08:39But guess what?
08:40It always comes with truth.
08:43And you all know it.
08:44You can't take that away from you.
08:46No matter the accusation.
08:47You know the truth.
08:49And you can't skip his video either.
08:52That's the law.
08:53You can accuse push narrative, but you can never skip his videos.
08:56So, sit down with your number.
08:57So, Oshurinhe Jopasekeme has made his first book.
09:00Good for you.
09:02And then he said, let's skip to the important part.
09:04He said, for clarity, I was neither invited nor arrested by the police.
09:12As a law-abiding citizen, I voluntarily presented myself for investigation regarding the incident.
09:20Which incident?
09:21Let's skip that.
09:23At the moment, I have not been charged.
09:26As the matter is still under review by the Directorate of Public Prosecution.
09:32Oh.
09:35See, this is the problem, Lens.
09:39I don't like lies.
09:42Damage control here and there.
09:44Anyways, you have not been charged.
09:47I will read your charges for you.
09:49You might be wondering how I got the document, but I will read it for you regardless.
09:54As you can see, in the High Court of Justice of a Doe State, in the Benin Criminal Division,
10:00holding at Benin City.
10:03Motion 2025.
10:04Between Commissioner of Police, complainant slash applicant, and Guamnishu Arisin, M, 35 years, suspect.
10:13He said he has not been charged.
10:14Now, let's read this charge.
10:16Charge.
10:17That's you, Guamnishu M, on or about the 27th day of November, 2025, around Aouchi Edo State,
10:25within the Aouchi Criminal Division, under false pretense of inserting some security device
10:32into money meant for ransom payment of kidnappers, with intent to defraud,
10:39did obtain the sum of 5.4 million naira from one Abdulaziz Salim,
10:46and thereby committed an offence contrary to section 1 bracket at unpunishable under section 1 subsection 3
10:55of the advance fee fraud and other fraud-related offences at 20, 2006.
11:03That's one.
11:04Count two of your charge.
11:07That's you, Guamnishu M, on or about the 27th day of November, 2025,
11:12around Aouchi Edo State, within the Aouchi Criminal Division,
11:16did have in possession counterfeit currency notes of 5.4 million naira,
11:22which you knew the counterfeit currency and thereby committed an offence punishable
11:28under section 25, subsection 5, of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Act 23, counts 3.
11:38That's you, Guamnishu.
11:39On or about the 2nd day of December, 2025, around Aouchi Edo State,
11:45within the criminal division, did cause the continuing, listen,
11:50did cause the continuing kidnap of one Zagiru Ibrahim M,
11:56and thereby committed an offence punishable under section 3
11:59of the kidnapping prohibition amendment law of Edo State.
12:03You see, these are very, very big.
12:06You see, the counts 2,
12:08that a lawyer might put down for that problem.
12:10That issue of fake, mirror, note,
12:12does to do damage control, right?
12:14They don't put it in a problem for count 2.
12:16Count 3, they are alleging kidnapping,
12:18that is part of the people being kidnapping,
12:20you know, based on their own investigation.
12:23Now, I wouldn't know why you would lie about something like this.
12:26Now, this is the child that you said you were never charged.
12:31Just in case you still want to argue for that,
12:34this is the judge that sat on the case.
12:35Her name is Honorable Justice Etinosa.
12:38And they can't be, that's the judge,
12:42that was the persecutor, the judge.
12:45As a matter of fact,
12:48the persecutor wanted you to be,
12:50to go to jail for what you did for 6 months.
12:54But the judge was, of course,
12:56the judge just had to,
12:58you know, Christmas they come,
12:59and of course a lot of people trying to plead,
13:02and all that, so the judge just said, yeah.
13:05Now, let's go back again, right?
13:07He said, for clarity,
13:09I was neither invited nor arrested by the police.
13:12That means she walked in.
13:13So why didn't you walk out?
13:15You know, why didn't you walk out?
13:18Now, I don't like damage control, you see.
13:21But anything you say,
13:23I'm just going to come say something.
13:25And of course, you all know very dark man has proof.
13:28And then he tells you,
13:29you see,
13:31Nigerians have what I call a problem.
13:34But it's not as if they don't know.
13:38Whatever thing I say,
13:39trust me,
13:40the whole country,
13:41anybody that watches it,
13:42know I'm not lying.
13:43Of course,
13:43some people out of hate,
13:45I don't attack their favorite person before,
13:48they are scared that tomorrow might be their turn,
13:50you know,
13:50they just gather.
13:51It's like a,
13:52it's like a group.
13:54You understand?
13:54They have a group of haters somewhere.
13:57They camp against very dark man.
13:58But the problem is this.
14:00You can't do anything.
14:02Do you understand?
14:03You can't do anything.
14:04And once very dark man talks about you,
14:07take it anywhere.
14:09That's what I do.
14:10I call it the truth hole.
14:12I put the truth hole on your personality.
14:15You might not go to prison,
14:16you might not go to jail.
14:18But there's that doubt I give.
14:20If I put a poem,
14:22before anybody takes your story anymore,
14:25it's going to take ages.
14:27We have not even started.
14:28I will now go bit by bit
14:30into the whole thing.
14:32Like I said,
14:32I would just want you to come
14:33and tell the problem.
14:34Nobody can believe you over very dark man.
14:37It's not even possible.
14:38They are all lying to themselves.
14:40Do you understand?
14:41And again,
14:42this is the law.
14:42Let me tell you how the law is.
14:43It's my law.
14:45It's my law.
14:46When very dark man,
14:48when you have a problem
14:49with very dark man,
14:49this is what happens.
14:51Or when there's a problem,
14:52when people have a problem with evil,
14:54that period,
14:55we get a lot of engagement.
14:57After four months,
14:58the people know BDM is not lying.
15:01They know.
15:01They just want to just bullshit BDM.
15:03But of course,
15:03BDM doesn't give a fuck.
15:05So,
15:05they go to support you.
15:06Po, po, po, po, po, po.
15:08Then later,
15:09they know the truth.
15:09They are going to go back.
15:11They did it with China, Ross.
15:13When is it today?
15:14Mr. Jalove,
15:15a few days ago.
15:16Everybody,
15:17oh, Jalove,
15:17he can't get no good engagement anymore.
15:21He has to do something extra.
15:23Do you understand?
15:26So,
15:26when you do damage control,
15:28sometimes,
15:28and these old things,
15:29I look at them and I smile.
15:31Four months,
15:31they know BDM don't lie.
15:33Two,
15:33three months,
15:33they know BDM don't lie.
15:37Do you understand?
15:38They know BDM don't lie.
15:40Like I said,
15:41my work,
15:42sometimes,
15:42is not to take you to jail.
15:43No,
15:44not because I want them to arrest.
15:45No.
15:46Simple.
15:47I just put a hole there.
15:49It's a hole.
15:49It's called the truth's hole
15:52in the character.
15:57Do you understand?
15:58And the painful part is,
16:00all of you cannot do anything about it.
16:04Nobody can do anything about it.
16:06This is very dark man we are talking about.
16:09Do you understand?
16:10Now your connection cannot do much.
16:13You bring that money,
16:14we bring that money too.
16:15You can't tell no police
16:17to go pick very dark man up anymore
16:19that you have some connection.
16:21It's not going to work.
16:22Unless if you are the government.
16:23Of course,
16:24the government can do that.
16:25They are the government.
16:26But no single entity.
16:28Again,
16:28in this full country,
16:29you can't do shit anymore.
16:32You can't waste 200 million.
16:33I'll put it down.
16:37You go higher,
16:38I'll go higher.
16:39We put money down now.
16:41And guess what?
16:44What people don't know is,
16:46once the case is in the public,
16:48I can talk about it.
16:49It's my right to talk about it.
16:58I like my new accent.
17:01Peace and love,
17:02don't play.
17:03You play,
17:03don't learn,
17:03and you will learn the hard way.
17:04And in this case,
17:05you all will learn.
17:06Like I said,
17:06I'll make everybody look stupid.
17:08That is what I do best.
17:09Peace and love,
17:10don't play.
17:10And you all know,
17:11I don't need love from nobody.
17:13You don't use love for nothing.
17:16Ossas who are unledded,
17:18bringing youth to news
17:20in a more digital way.
