00:00It's going to be a super weekend in the Premier League as Manchester United will host Tottenham
00:04Unsport and Manchester City up against Liverpool is one fixture that we always look forward to.
00:09Of course, that will be interesting to watch with the top four race and even the title race
00:14all at stake. Here's our preview of both games. My name is Ayemide Daniels,
00:18I beg you again, welcome to the Not Make.
00:21The Not Make returns with of course the Manchester City game against Liverpool and the Tottenham
00:31Unsport game away at Old Trafford and I've got a rival fan who will be watching from the shadows
00:39of course expecting positive results for Arsenal. That's Kay, great to have you on the show, Kay.
00:44Always a pleasure, I'm good to be back.
00:45Of course, we'll start with Manchester United up against Tottenham Unsport.
00:51Now as an Arsenal fan, what do you care for more? Do you care to see Man United lose after the
00:57defeated pin on you or do you care to see your North London rivals suffer humiliating defeat?
01:04I know you won't make the victory against Arsenal, you know, you guys should just continue but you
01:09know we're over that now, six points clear and top of the table. For Man United, Tottenham,
01:15I think whatever you guys want to do, you can do. I'm actually less bothered. I think it's just a
01:19game of you trying to make the top four, Tottenham trying to find his way, you know, up the ladder.
01:25But judging by history, Man United have upper edge here.
01:29And also recent results because it's now 3-3 for Michael Carrick. What have you made?
01:35Sincerely, what have you made of? To be sincere actually, we need to give kudos to Michael Carrick,
01:40you know, since he had to, you know, be there for Man United as interim and what a fantastic job
01:48he's been doing. Beating the top two sides in the league, you know, is not an easy fit,
01:53you know, and the game against Fulham as well. Two die-minute goals in consecutive games and
02:00spectacular goals. You guys are... I think the game had, the game had a bit of everything.
02:04Yeah, I think it's doing the basics fine and... You know, you look at the previous
02:09coach, Amorim, you probably argue they wouldn't have squeezed that. I think Amorim is just
02:14complicated and he makes things difficult for himself based on, you know, you have players who can
02:20carry out a specific assignment, but you are just adamant on having a rigid system. So,
02:26that's what actually cost the job. But also, it's quite telling that you look at Tottenham
02:31outspot and Tottenham were 2-0 that support in that game. They are famed for finding a way to
02:36defeat Pep Guardiola. Amorim. They found their way back 2-2. You know, one thing about history
02:42sometimes is you just don't know how it happens because 2-0 down against Manchester City, you're all
02:46like, this game is done and dusted. But then look at how they, you know, the first half was
02:50total opposite of what happened in the second half. Had they played like the second half,
02:54they would have won the game, you know. So, and Manchester City this season, they tend to have
02:58issues scoring goals. Once they score two, that's it. Against Wolves, they had two in the first half,
03:04and that was it. And Erling Haaland is sort of experiencing a goal drought as well.
03:07No, seven or eight games, no goals in the game. Well, it's not firing. You argue that Manchester City
03:11are weak. Not a problem, yeah. Yeah. So, it's obvious now. And now, of course,
03:15they are facing a very rejuvenated Liverpool. You want to call it that? Do you? Yeah. Recently,
03:21in recent times, yeah. In recent times, they picked up results here and there.
03:25But this fixture, Manchester City up against Liverpool is always a cracker. Now, this time,
03:31it's not about the title race. Yeah. This time for Man City, it's about the title race for Man City,
03:37and maybe more of the top four race for Liverpool. Yeah. It's a tale of two different stories for both
03:42sides. And like you rightly mentioned, for Manchester City, they will want to serve, you know,
03:47whatever they can to still serve this season. They are still in the game, you know. This is
03:51Premier League. You never can tell. But of course, I wish it's the opposite. For Liverpool as well,
03:56like you said, they are picking up the form now and trying to get back to the Liverpool we knew earlier.
04:01And well, most times as well, this is also a very hedgy and cagey affair. The home side tend to win
04:09most of the times. Okay. I'd like to ask you this one question and this concerns Arsenal in a way.
04:16So, Arsenal picked up a 4-0 victory against Leeds, now have a six-point lead at the top. Good for them.
04:23Now, the point is, if City loses against Liverpool, because I could imagine that could happen. It's
04:29possible, yeah. Because Liverpool are more of the informed side at the moment. And at all. If they
04:35lose, and that's not when it's the next game, that's nine points. Is that done and dusted in
04:39terms of the title race? Well, that would be 13 games left. It's so hard for you to
04:46see it is done and dusted. But that takes us a step closer to the dream, you know. We've been
04:52far away for quite a while, and we've been close enough for the past three seasons. And you guys are
04:57mocking us for coming second, you know. And rightly so. And, you know, you might want to say that, but I
05:01think with consistency and persistence, you will yield at some point. And we are very much hopeful
05:06that this is the season and the confidence is there. All right. All right. We'll see how that
05:10pans out. But we've got two predictions in front of us, K. Manchester United up against Sporans.
05:18I could imagine your favour. Let me not imagine. Who do you favour? I just, I wouldn't care less,
05:23you know, because it's not really... Speaking like a pain man. It don't really, you know, matter to the
05:29race or whatever. But then, like I said, in history, Man United have edge here. So,
05:33I've been at Old Trafford. I want to give Man United... Score prediction?
05:37Man United are scoring goals now. Firing on all cylinders. I think there should be
05:41over 3.5 in that game. Maybe 3-1. Man U. 3-1 Man United to Sporans. By the way,
05:46Man United have defeated all of the big teams by Tottenham and Out Sporans. So, that's perhaps
05:51an added reason. Any time we see Manchester City and Liverpool though, it's always entertaining
05:56in football. Very, very. So, it'll be interesting to see what your prediction for that game is.
06:00Liverpool being at Anfield and, well, I have issues with Manchester City scoring goals. I don't know.
06:06They score goals but not like the usual way. It just seems like when Erling Haaland is not scoring,
06:12they are not scoring. Let's just leave that for 2-1. Liverpool win. Liverpool win 2-1. Interesting.
06:19I wasn't expecting anything. But then, that's of course, Key's predictions. You can tell us yours
06:25in the comments section across board. I'm talking about on YouTube where you can subscribe to this
