00:00took the miracle move on drug the effects were temporary and i love you it's ruining my life
00:18i touched you for only a fortnight but i touched you
00:30thank you
00:51i definitely think writing music is a form of therapy
01:00this has made me sorry
01:05every record represents something different
01:08you look like claribo in this light remarkable
01:18tortured poets album is like this purge of just like everything everything bad that i felt for two
01:26years and i still can't believe it was a really rough time in my life so the songs reflect that
01:39that's the end yeah because i sound like i'm gonna die feeling like i'm not a person i'm just this
01:52like big conglomerate that no one sees as a real human being and like especially not men that i date
01:59and in the whole process just being like but nothing nothing works nothing's there's no one for me in the
02:07this dressing rooms are freaking massive those are football players locker rooms
02:28they're for a 53-man roster that's actually the first time she ever heard of travis kelsey but
02:35she didn't know what we left my cousins were like taking picture with one of the pictures with one of
02:40the lockers we had no idea no idea do you want me to tell the story if you want to tell the story then
02:47you should tell the story she wants to tell i do because i think it's a pretty cool story mom tell
02:52the story okay oh okay if you really want me to
02:57speaking of taylor swift i know you went to the taylor swift concert how was it yeah well i was
03:02disappointed that uh she doesn't talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for
03:07the 44 songs that she sings so i was a little butthurt i didn't get to hand her uh one of the
03:13bracelets i made for her you made her a bracelet yeah there are friendship bracelets and i received
03:19a bunch of them being there but i wanted to give taylor swift one with my number on it now right now
03:25your numbers in 87 or your phone number you know which one um so i'm looking at the headlines of
03:34perusing around what's on the internet and i see that this guy came to your show and he brought a
03:41a friendship bracelet and wants to meet you and so of course i call up my resident expert on kansas
03:48city chiefs my cousin robin i go tell me about this guy named travis kelsey and she goes oh my god
03:56he's the nicest guy and you know what he really loves his mom i went ding ding ding then i said
04:06now how in the world am i gonna get her to meet him or whatever i was i've been very non-athlete
04:13because i'm not one and i've always just been like well what would we talk about and so you call me
04:17up like with this tone of like hey so i know you're gonna not react well to this but there's a guy he's
04:25really cute you said something to the effect of like you gotta start doing something different
04:31listen it was so earnest i thought it was the sweetest thing in the world that he came to your
04:38show yeah he brought you something from your world yeah to me that really said a lot so yeah i thought
04:46that was really sweet and i liked it you know on our first date he literally had to explain football
04:51as if it were like violent chess which helps me kind of understand it like high speed angry chess and
05:00then i just sort of became obsessed with him and therefore became obsessed with learning about
05:05football greatest surprise of my life um now i like know who's on the injured reserve i know who
05:14was in limited practice today for the 49ers i'm like what does it mean what's the extent of the injury
05:20like are we dealing with an achilles thing or is his hamstring
05:22well right now we're just four days away until downtown new orleans is covered in glitter and
05:33friendship bracelets all for the arrival of taylor swift four and more swifties are arriving by the
05:38minute elected officials and law enforcement are using this upcoming weekend kind of as a test run
05:43ahead of hosting the super bowl soon the world's biggest pop star will perform three
05:48sold-out shows today the taylor mania begins night one of the heiress tour here in new orleans
06:02so these are from promise oh
06:24oh these are so beautiful
06:32i love that he doesn't even have to sign them anymore
06:45being that we have a handful of shows left we decided the first show of new orleans that we
06:50should put some of the swings in what a swing is is a dancer who can do another track that's not
06:54theirs so today wasn't full-out rehearsal we're making sure that they know where they're going
07:00on stage so they can hop in
07:04that's good guys lovely how'd that feel music's fine everybody else feel okay staging wise
07:10yeah it's wild how these dancers are so talented the other dancers can fill in for someone else
07:20and do their choreography perfectly hit their blocking perfectly i don't understand
07:25how they can do their jobs and also have the option of doing everyone else's
07:31that's crazy whoever is not in ready for it or not potentially in ready for it can go back to the
07:38dressing room a man wanted to rehearse different contingency plans
07:47and i jokingly said oh my goodness this is going to be one of the last opportunities i might
07:53be able to have to do ready for it and she called me out and she's like do you want to do it all the
08:00dancers love ready for it especially wiley and the boys beg to do it unfortunately for me it is all female
08:12i just remember watching it being created and just living in perpetual envy the whole tour
08:21that song is really wiley style he shines when he does that choreography
08:37other arm i love flipping my hair i love being different characters on stage
08:43i just love performing doing really dope moves to really dope music beautiful
08:53the feeling of the song and the lyrics it's just it's a monumental number so from the beginning it
08:59was my favorite piece and then why uh this foot goes out right away boom to go down to go up that's it
09:10okay now i still have to ask taylor and management if that's okay because usually we have it be an
09:17all-female dance he's actually going to try on my costume and see if it fits and if it fits i would
09:23love for wiley to do it because he's so passionate about doing it
09:37you know with this tour we're not very like we're not trying to make any points about gender but we
09:56just don't really have any kind of restrictions
10:00we got guys in heels and leotards and stuff and we just don't really think too hard about it right
10:09like if you look at look what you made me do you have women and men dressed up in my former costumes
10:16it's not like we just don't really overthink it and i think that's kind of one of the most fun things
10:22about you know the way we've approached this tour we overthink certain things
10:26we let some things just kind of just be naturally individualistic in terms of our casting and our
10:33dancers expression
10:45wiley's such a badass he's been doing this for so many years he's a vet for him to go in tonight would
10:52be awesome
11:06That's my girl!
11:08That's my girl!
11:10Do you want your dance belt?
11:12Yeah, I love a dance belt.
11:14She will.
11:16It looks like the movie one.
11:18I know I don't know one without my finger.
11:20I'll really see it.
11:22Yeah.
11:24She's on. That's it, right?
11:26Yeah.
11:28Wiley fit into my costume with ease,
11:30and if Wiley goes in tonight,
11:32it's up to Taylor. She gets the final say.
11:36I'm gonna go to the game.
11:38Yes.
11:40Um, oh.
11:42So Wiley's dream
11:44is to do Ready For It.
11:46Amanda's gonna take...
11:48What do you mean?
11:50He wants to dance Ready For It.
11:52Okay.
11:54But Amanda sent me this video.
11:56Does he have a wardrobe?
11:58Yeah, he wants to be the swing tonight.
12:00Yes! There she is!
12:02Come on. Find the Rockets a little up.
12:04He don't be a vibe.
12:06Yes! It's...
12:08Yeah!
12:10Oh!
12:12Does he just fit in Amanda's wardrobe?
12:14Yeah, I think so.
12:16Are you ready for it?
12:18Yes.
12:20100%. That's amazing.
12:22No.
12:24Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop.
12:44No.
12:48Muscle memory is the first step
12:52in, like, brain atrophy for me.
13:02That's why I love my acoustic set so much.
13:04I love being challenged to come up with different things
13:06to do every night.
13:20I wash my hands of us
13:22at the club
13:24You made a mess of me
13:26Preparing for the acoustic set
13:28is something that
13:30I do because
13:32I...
13:34I don't want to just wing it, you know?
13:36Like, I want there to be
13:38a sense of quality.
13:40I would never just get up there and be like
13:42Guess I'll try something
13:44that has to be purposeful
13:46and it has to be well executed.
13:48Like, it is always a moment
13:50I'm somewhat unprepared for because
13:52I'm rehearsing this a few times in my dressing room
13:54and then it's time to bring it to the stadium stage.
13:56So there's always a level of sort of like
13:58nervous anticipation of sort of like
14:00make sure you remember all these words
14:02make sure you remember that this song transitions
14:04into this song, but
14:06there's also an element of detail that goes into it.
14:08Even though it was easy for me to do
14:10It's different
14:12It's different cause it's you
14:14It's different cause it's you
14:24Walking through the crowd
14:26The village is a-glow
14:28Light as snow going out
14:30Heartbeats under coats
14:32Everybody here
14:34Wanted something more
14:36Looking for a sound we hadn't heard before
14:40There were points in this tour
14:42When the tour was the only thing
14:44that was really keeping me going in my life
14:46But there were never points in the tour
14:48where I thought, oh, you know what
14:50I want to quit the tour cause the tour is hard
14:52No, my personal life was hard
14:54I went through two breakups
14:56on the first half of this tour
14:58And that's a lot of breakups, actually
15:00The show was what gave me purpose
15:06and was what I could use to get me out of bed
15:12So the tour has never been the hard thing in my life
15:18The tour has been the thing that has allowed me to find purpose
15:23outside of the shit that was going wrong in my life
15:26Men will let you down
15:28The heiress tour never will
15:30Oh, my love is a lie
15:33Shit my friends say to get me by
15:35It's different
15:37It's different this time
15:40Catastrophic blues
15:42Moving on so it's easy for me to do
15:45It's different
15:46It's different cause it's you
15:50You know, it really kind of tells your story
15:53It's so, so cool
15:55It's so different and when you first met
15:59Who are we talking about now?
16:01Travis, your boyfriend
16:02That's what I was thinking about
16:04I'm talking, this is about
16:05These are literally two breakup songs
16:07It's different as a breakup song
16:09I know, but it's about
16:10It's about
16:11I just hear the pretty parts of it
16:12Pretty parts of it
16:13I mean, I'm glad that that's
16:14That you read that into it
16:15Cause I read into it like
16:16That this person is going through a horrible breakup
16:18And they're like
16:19I can't move on
16:20And then they do
16:21And they go to a big city
16:22And they like find this other sense of self
16:25I guess so
16:26Anyway, so
16:30Is this
16:31Is that what you want?
16:32She doesn't have to convince me
16:33To be in love with someone who's good for me
16:36This one's easy
16:40Alright
16:41Do you need me?
16:42They need me in there
16:43Okay, that's all I have for you
16:44Okay, I love you
16:45Thank you very much
16:46My little lucky charm
16:47Bye
16:48Bye
16:49What has Travis brought to the tour?
16:51Well, first of all
16:53He brought himself onto the stage on this tour
16:56Which was one of the funnier moments
16:58I can ever remember
16:59How do I put this?
17:01Travis is like
17:02He's a real
17:04He's a real yes guy
17:06Like in terms of life itself
17:08Do you want to be centered
17:09In the middle
17:10In the front of it
17:11Or behind it
17:12I'm taking your
17:13Whichever you want me to do
17:14He's just up for anything
17:16And
17:18When I wrote the skit
17:20For
17:21I can do it with a broken heart
17:22Where I had this
17:23Very dramatic idea
17:24Where
17:25I want to be
17:26A soldier on a battlefield
17:27And
17:28I'm fatally wounded
17:30And I die on the stage
17:31While singing
17:32And
17:33Then we have this
17:34Very sort of like
17:35Cabaret
17:36Dramatic
17:37Vaudeville
17:38Kind of skit
17:39Where I
17:40Have to perk up immediately
17:41To perform
17:42I was like
17:43Oh
17:44That's
17:45That's exactly the kind of drama
17:46I'm trying to put forth here
17:47On this tour
17:48But I remember thinking about the skit
17:50And always just being like
17:51If there was ever a point
17:54To put Travis in the show
17:55I think this would be the one
17:58But I obviously am like
17:59Never going to suggest that
18:00Because that's like
18:01I don't want to
18:03You don't want to scare people
18:04You know?
18:05Yeah like
18:06She has to be
18:07Head on the left side
18:08Yeah
18:09I can't remember how it came up
18:10I think we were just joking around
18:11About like him doing it
18:12Like him going up there with Cam
18:14And it became very clear
18:16That he like
18:17Wasn't
18:18Joking
18:19And I was like
18:20Oh wait
18:21No you would do that?
18:22Yes
18:23It's easier then
18:24Yeah
18:25And then we can't run
18:26And he was like
18:27Yeah it would be hilarious
18:28Come on
18:29Wake up
18:30Wake up
18:31I was like
18:32If you're serious about this
18:33I will
18:34Send your measurements to wardrobe
18:36And they'll get you a tux
18:37Like are you serious?
18:38And he's like
18:39Put me in
18:41Like
18:42I'm in
18:45The way that he
18:47Just comes to life
18:50When the lights are the brightest
18:52People talk about that all the time
18:54With him
18:55They're like the moment's never too big for Travis
18:56The lights are never too bright for Travis
18:58Like I think that's as a player
19:00He can like slow down time
19:02In the most stressful moments
19:04And that's exactly what we saw on stage
19:06He
19:07Got out there
19:09And
19:10Was the most charming delightful performer you could ever be on the stage with
19:15Like his instincts
19:17He's just
19:18He's just so
19:19Magically entertaining
19:29He really is
19:30One of the happiest people I think I've ever met
19:33Which I adore
19:35He just brought
19:38A lot of happiness
19:40Which is I think what he does in a lot of his circles
19:43He brings
19:44He brings a lot of happiness to the room
19:46And that particular night he brought a lot of happiness to a lot of fans
19:51It was hilarious
19:52I can safely say that that was
19:56That was the loudest it ever got on the heiress tour
19:59Yeah what is that?
20:00Oh
20:01What's that?
20:02What's that?
20:03Wait where?
20:04Where is she standing?
20:05You're right next to me
20:06She switches it up but she's been doing a lot
20:07I'm not
20:22The one thing about dance that made me fall in love with it,
20:28growing up in Hawaii, I wasn't the typical masculine local boy.
20:36I felt like I didn't fit in anywhere.
20:42I found dance, or dance found me when I was seven and a half.
20:46They planted a seed of passion in me that I didn't know would blossom
20:52into something that would serve me till now in my life.
21:00It gave me a huge sense of confidence and a huge sense of power
21:06and belonging and purpose.
21:11In 2007, when I got into the industry,
21:14you had to, like, fit into a certain stereotype.
21:19Male dancers, they look like this, they dance like this.
21:22Female dancers look like this, they dance like this.
21:24I do love dancing masculine.
21:26It's something I love to do, but I also love dancing feminine,
21:29and I also love mixing the two together.
21:32I was always told, Wiley, you're great,
21:34but you flip your hair too much, or you're too feminine.
21:40That stuck with me through different jobs,
21:42being told different things about my appearance.
21:47This job, no one told me I needed to be buff.
21:53Taylor never made me cut my hair.
21:55I wear different color eyeshadows in different nights.
21:59It's been almost 150 shows,
22:01and Taylor not has once said,
22:03Wiley, please stop doing that, never.
22:05I've never been filtered as a person
22:08of who I present myself on stage with her,
22:10and neither has any of my coworkers,
22:14and that may seem so small,
22:19but as a dancer who has been told to change,
22:22to filter himself for almost 20 years,
22:26it is one of the most meaningful things to me.
22:29It is so empowering.
22:32It is so loving, it is so enriching,
22:37and so much fun.
22:42Why?
22:43You should practice again,
22:45because you're doing it.
22:46Right.
22:47You know, Wiley,
23:01as a dancer and a performer,
23:02he can really channel that kind of, like,
23:04sexy femme side of himself.
23:06Wiley wanting to be in Ready For It
23:08was just, like, so refreshing,
23:09because I was like, of course.
23:12I'm fully ready for it.
23:17Crack.
23:23So I'm going to do one of the fake outs
23:25where I, like, sing,
23:27I'm going to sing a chorus of her song,
23:28and the crowd's going to be like,
23:29what, what's going on, what's going on?
23:31And then I'm going to stop,
23:32and I'm going to do this phone call bit,
23:33which I'll explain to you in real time.
23:37Now he's thinking about me every night, oh.
23:41It's the night's we like, yeah, so.
23:43So you can't sleep, baby, I know.
23:46Let's send me espresso.
23:50And then I'm going to be like,
23:51God, that song is stuck in my head.
23:52That song has been stuck in my head
23:53for, like, six months.
23:56You guys know Sabrina Carpenter?
23:57You know her album?
23:59It's so good.
24:01My friend Sabrina is coming tonight.
24:03She was the opening act on the Ayers tour
24:05for South America and Australia.
24:07So she was just on tour with us, like, six months ago.
24:10But since then, her career has skyrocketed.
24:14She's had the biggest song of the year.
24:16The album has been number one consistently since it came out.
24:20She put out an arena tour on sale.
24:22It sold out in, like, two seconds.
24:24It's the dream scenario for how you would want your career
24:26to go as an artist.
24:27I'm going to go out on stage, start my acoustic set,
24:29and be like, if you know the words to this one,
24:31like, sing along.
24:32I just, I have to, I feel like I can't ever get it
24:35out of my head until I sing it, okay?
24:37So I'm just trying to, trying to just support me on this,
24:40okay?
24:42Now he's thinking about me every night, oh.
24:46Isn't that sweet, I guess so.
24:48The other day, Erica was like,
24:49oh, Sabrina and some friends want to come to the show
24:51in New Orleans, and I look up her tour schedule.
24:53She's got, like, a show yesterday and a show tomorrow
24:55in different states, and I was like,
24:57is this, like, child abuse for me to even ask her
24:59to perform on her one day off?
25:01I know she's, like, 25, but still.
25:03And they're going to, like, be, like,
25:05losing their minds the whole time.
25:06They're going to be like, something.
25:07Why did she do that?
25:08Something's happening, and they're going to be, like,
25:09and they're going to be punching each other and be like,
25:10no, there's no way she, Sabrina's not here.
25:13Like, it's just going to be the craziest moment of the tour.
25:15Yeah, it's going to be cute.
25:16Where I could start.
25:17And you can kind of start singing whenever you want,
25:19because this is the same chord progression.
25:21And I'm going to start with the chorus.
25:23Yeah.
25:23Because I love you.
25:24OK.
25:26Now he's thinking about me every night, oh.
25:30Is it that sweet, I guess so?
25:32Say you can't sleep, baby, I know.
25:35That's that mi espresso.
25:37Move it up, down, left, right, oh.
25:40Switch it up like Nintendo.
25:42Say you can't sleep, baby, I know.
25:45That's that mi espresso.
25:47I can't sleep.
25:48Or do we go, oh yeah, do the chord progressions.
25:51I want you on stage for a million years.
25:52OK, so I'll wait, I'll wait.
25:53And then that, isn't that, isn't that sweet?
25:55I guess so.
25:56OK.
25:59Sweet, I guess so.
26:02I'm going to be like, can I please do the line?
26:04I'll be like, you do the line.
26:05I want to do the line so bad.
26:06OK, everybody, Taylor's going to do the line.
26:08I'm going to do the line.
26:09I'm working late, because I'm a singer.
26:17Oh, you look so cute.
26:19Wrapped around my finger.
26:22My twisted humor makes him laugh so often.
26:27My honey, baby, come get this call in.
26:31Let's fast forward to 200 take-out copies later.
26:35I see your profile and your smile on unsuspecting waiters.
26:40You'll be in my mouth before I called you a lying traitor.
26:46You search in every meeting's bed for something greater.
26:50Oh, baby, was it over when she laid down on your couch?
26:56Was it over when he unbutted my applause?
27:01Come here, I was putting your ear on your dream as you passed out.
27:05Baby, was it over then?
27:08And is it over now?
27:11And I'll be like, do you know what I kind of want to do next?
27:27I kind of want to be like, since you're here.
27:31Please, please, please, don't prove I'm not.
27:37Should I do a high one?
27:39Do you want to?
27:40I can't tell if I want to do.
27:42Please, please, please, don't prove I'm right.
27:46By the way, no one's going to hear anything.
27:48I know, because you're like, please, please, please.
27:51People are just going to be like, freaking out.
27:53I felt like a real big idiot, because the first time you sent me the first version,
27:56which was so genius, it didn't process the take-out coffee line.
28:00Take-out coffee and espresso.
28:01Really fits with espresso until I literally was in the car on the way here,
28:04and I was like, she's so smart.
28:07But yeah, that was a big blonde moment for me.
28:10It took me a day.
28:11But what are the chances it has the same rhythm and it's in the same key?
28:14I know.
28:15And so I'm going to get past a phone.
28:16Stop.
28:17And have it on speakerphone and put it up to the mic, and it'll, like, ring.
28:22And you'll be under the stage with a phone.
28:24Stop.
28:25And be like, hello, or...
28:26I'll say hey in some way.
28:27Yeah.
28:28In some way that I do.
28:29And I'll be like, dude, I'm performing right now.
28:34Aren't you playing a show right now?
28:35Yeah.
28:36Aren't you in the middle of a show?
28:38I'm, like, watching your livestream.
28:39This is so weird.
28:40Just be like, aren't you playing a show right now or something in New Orleans?
28:44I'll be like, yeah, about that.
28:45I actually just did, like, a chorus of espresso in the crowd saying it so loud that I just
28:51had to tell you about it.
28:52Oh, that's so cool.
28:53Oh, my gosh.
28:58What are you doing?
28:59Why aren't you here with us?
29:01What are you doing right now?
29:02I'm...
29:03Obviously, I'm on, like, a roller coaster.
29:05I'm somewhere where everyone is screaming so loud.
29:10Oh.
29:11I wish I could be there.
29:15I know.
29:16It's weird.
29:17I'm somewhere where people are screaming really loud, too.
29:20Oh.
29:22I just...
29:23Here's the thing.
29:24Sabrina, is there any chance you could get off the roller coaster you're on and, like,
29:29put on some clothes and just, like, come down to the stadium real quick?
29:32Oh, yeah.
29:34How, like, how...
29:36Like, ballpark, how long would that take you?
29:41It would probably take me, like, five seconds.
29:47Okay, see you soon.
29:48Love you. Bye.
29:49Sabrina is just like a shooting star.
30:06She's so smart.
30:08She knows exactly how to entertain people in the way that they want in the moment that she's in.
30:15She's just, like, battling herself for number one on the charts all summer.
30:20And when you see that happen, you're just like, go!
30:25Fly higher!
30:26And then it's even cooler when, like, someone like this will circle back and, like, bless us with their magic.
30:34Please, please, please, please, don't prove I'm right.
30:44Please, please, please, don't bring me the tears when I just did my makeup so nice.
30:53Heartbreak is one thing, my ego's another.
30:57Well, I bet you don't embarrass me, motherfucker.
31:02Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah.
31:05Please, please, please.
31:10Hey!
31:11Now he's thinking about me every night.
31:14Oh, is it that sweet? I could so.
31:17Say you can't sleep, baby, I know.
31:19Kiss that me espresso.
31:22And is it open now?
31:27Well, that's that me espresso.
31:31Let's fast forward to 300 take-out coffees later.
31:36Mmm.
31:38That's that me espresso.
31:41My girl!
32:04Yes, my wife!
32:06It's fucking time!
32:08It's time!
32:11I have to say that this job is pretty scary.
32:29I mean that because of how big it is.
32:34So many eyes on you.
32:39Venues we go to have almost 100,000 people there every night.
32:44I can't believe this is happening. I'm gagging.
32:50If I think too much about what this tour is
32:54and how big of an impact it has,
32:57I am riddled with anxiety and fear.
33:00So loud.
33:01Good practice.
33:04All I want to do is represent Taylor well.
33:19We are extensions of her right now in this job.
33:22I just want to continue the message of what she's trying to say.
33:29And I want to give that integrity to it.
33:39I can't believe it!
33:43Let me see.
33:47Jesus!
33:49Oh, my God.
34:19Oh, my God.
34:49Oh, my God.
34:50Oh, my God.
34:51Oh, my God.
34:52Oh, my God.
34:53Oh, my God.
34:54You should see the things we do, baby.
34:56You should see the things we do, baby
35:11In the middle of the night, in my dreams
35:18I know I'm gonna be with you, so I take my time
35:25When I was given the opportunity by Taylor herself
35:55I was so honoured, I was so honoured that she would be down
35:59That she even trusted me to step in so last minute like that
36:04But I'm even more honoured that I get to share the stage with someone
36:08Who sees me
36:11And not only sees me, she celebrates me
36:15She looks at me on the left
36:19Are you ready for it?
36:21And she had like the biggest smile on her face
36:23And the shiniest sparkle in her eye
36:26It's not really that often where a male dancer can do like a female swinging part
36:33And even be allowed to like flourish as much as he wants in that part
36:39I wanna be that example for anyone, any person
36:45Male, female, non-binary
36:47I want them to feel seen just like how I felt seen by Taylor
36:54I can't believe that the cities would be completely transformed into
36:56Really revolving around and catering to the fans that were coming in for the shows
37:16It blows my mind
37:28There's definitely this safety net or bubble
37:31That we're sort of encapsulated in
37:34And inside of it is just this joyous phenomenon that we get to share
37:39People are having this special experience where they're singing and dancing
37:46Listening to songs that some people grew up with
37:49Some people are just starting to love
37:51And it really lets them have this moment in time that they'll never forget
37:56This tour just cultivates, I think, just good energy
38:14It doesn't matter who you are, what age you are
38:18I feel like there's just a different type of tour
38:21Her kindness and joy she has brought to the workspace
38:25Her space is unheard of
38:27And it rubs off on all of us
38:38Gracie texts me, she's like, I knew you were tall
38:40But, like, check this out
38:41I'm, like, on the side of the hotel, like, a million feet tall
38:45I used to have this joke, and that's part of why I wrote Antihero
38:48Is, like, I'm, like, a 5'10 woman followed around by a 500 foot tall, like, monster shadow
38:55And this, like, monster just, like, knocks over buildings
39:00And, like, wreaks all this havoc
39:04And the me being that size tall on a hotel
39:08And I'm, like, ah, that's, that's kind of how it feels sometimes
39:12We are playing indie three nights
39:19And that'll be the last time we do the Heiress tour show in America
39:24And it is, like, five days before the presidential election
39:30The one thing I can provide from people is an escape
39:33Like, nothing could ever or should ever bother any of us
39:36And nothing will for three and a half hours
39:39I'm glad that I will have given just a hundred percent girlhood
39:47And hope and belief and sweat and effort
39:52Because that's the job
39:55So, am I good to say to Trav that I can offer him if he wants to sit with my family?
40:13Yeah, I think that's a great idea
40:15As many as they want
40:17Okay, I'll tell him the whole group or whoever he's going to want
40:23What are the, um, songs for today?
40:27Well, I was thinking
40:30I could do The Prophecy into This Love
40:34And I could do Maroon into Cowboy Like Me
40:38That sounds amazing
40:46Is it good?
40:53Clear blue water
41:00High tide
41:02Came and brought you in
41:04And I could go
41:06On, on, on, on
41:09Skies grew darker
41:12Currents
41:14Sweat you out again
41:16But you just
41:18Relationships on tour has always been something I've really struggled with
41:22Because it always felt like the tour was taking away from the relationship
41:26Somehow I was not able to do both
41:30And feel like I was nurturing both at the same time
41:33Even though I would try and try and try and try
41:36Somehow there's been this dynamic shift with Travis
41:41Because it's shocking how many similarities we have towards our jobs
41:47And how we view them
41:48And how we view each other
41:50We both have jobs where we go out in NFL stadiums
41:54And we entertain people for three and a half hours
41:57His with considerably more violence than mine
42:00But he's not in heels
42:02But it's our passion
42:03We've been chasing this since we were little kids
42:05So I don't think I ever thought I'd meet
42:08A guy
42:10Who had that same trajectory
42:12Travis has three guys on him
42:15Well, yeah, because he's special
42:17And I've realized
42:18That with this person in my life
42:20That just was the right fit for me
42:22You can have the two passions coexist
42:25And they actually fuel each other
42:27Yes!
42:29Woo, woo, woo
42:31Oh, my God
42:33Yeah!
42:36Oh!
42:37Oh!
42:38First!
42:39Oh, my God
42:40Oh, my God
42:41Oh, my God
42:42Oh, my God
42:43Yeah!
42:44Woo, woo
42:45Yeah!
42:46Well, that was fast
42:47That was nice
42:48Oh, my God
42:55Come on!
42:57Ultimately
42:59We love cheering each other on
43:01Mmmm
43:15That's rad
43:16It's so funny to be on stage
43:44and to see thousands of Kansas City Chiefs' 87 jerseys.
43:52If you would have shown me, like, a...
43:54This is what your crowd's going to look like in a year
43:56before I knew he was going to come into my life,
43:58I'd just be like,
43:58Why are there so many, like, football jerseys out there?
44:02It's a discernible difference in the way the crowd looks.
44:07I swear to God, it's every, like, 12th person has his jersey on.
44:14The fans absolutely love Travis,
44:17and I think it's because they can tell that he loves them too,
44:23and he just kind of loves all people.
44:35Travis is just very comfortable with,
44:38conceptually speaking, a big life,
44:40because he has one.
44:41And it's not one that he has reluctantly.
44:44He's very comfortable with it.
44:49I think, ultimately, it's the way he treats me.
44:52It's very clear.
44:57And I think that's one of the reasons
44:59why the fans are so in love with him,
45:02because you should be, you know?
45:05He's very lovable.
45:06He's very loving it.
45:10All aboard!
45:12Good to go, thanks.
45:13Thank you!
45:19First of all, if you ever would have told me
45:20that, like, the most meaningful relationship
45:22I would ever have
45:23would start with a man saying
45:24that he was butt hurt,
45:26that I didn't want to meet him,
45:27like, unbelievable.
45:30Unbelievable.
45:31Unbelievable.
45:32Ah!
45:34Beep, beep, beep, beep, beep!
45:36Woo!
45:44That was so wonderful.
45:48That was so wonderful.
45:48Woo!
45:49That was so wonderful.
45:50Yeah.
45:50That was so wonderful.
45:56Woo!
45:57Wow!
45:59Wow!
45:59Wow!
46:00Wow!
46:04Wow!
46:06Wow.
46:13Wow!
46:13Yeah.
46:16Wow!
46:16Wow!
46:17Yeah.
46:17Wow!
