06:53दुनिया भर में जहाँ भी pollution कम हुआ है,

06:56उसका एक बड़ा कारण clean fuel रहा है,

06:59जब आपने अपना transition,

07:06क्योंकि सभी लोग अपनी गाड़ियों में,

07:07तो सुभे उठकर के petrol डालते ही हैं,

07:16और उस से emission तो होगा ही,

07:18अब दिल्ली में लग भग,

08:01अब vehicle pollution में क्योंब vehicle नहीं होगा,

08:03vehicle pollution में उसका जो traffic congestion भी होता है,

08:08एक particular समय में अगर 300-400 गाड़ियों का jam भी लगता है,

08:13तो हमने दिली पुली से लेके,

08:15NCR में CQM ने policy guideline दिया है,

08:18कि smart trafficking होनी चीए,
