00:00So over here you can see that I have a table and let's say what I want to do is I want to filter
00:10out the data right here and copy only the visible cells and paste it to other sheet. So if I were
00:16to actually go ahead and select out this table right here, just like this, I can select it and
00:22then what I need to do to filter out data is add in filters. So I'm going to go to sort and filter
00:28and then click on filter right here. So from the status right here, let me just filter out active
00:34students right here. So now you can see that it filters out the student, but I still have those
00:40table data right here. So it's one, two, three is hidden, four, five, six is hidden, and I have seven.
00:46Let me just go ahead and select it and press control C right here, and it is only selecting the visible
00:52data now. So now I can go around over here, press control V, and I can see that only the visible
00:58data is copied out right here, just like this. And that is simply how you can copy out only the
01:05visible data by actually going around and filtering out the data in Microsoft Excel and copy it somewhere
