00:00Hey folks, so what happened with me was, I think I changed, I had two batteries, and I think I changed the one battery here when it went down with the other one while it was plugged in.
00:19I can't think of any other reason everything was running fine, so right now I have the, it's over 1%, it's at 58%, I don't have the back cover on because I was switching the batteries for a while.
00:49I did everything that was out there on videos with the, everything from the smacking to the, smacking the button to holding the three buttons down.
01:01I reset it many times, but what worked for me was, as long as it didn't heat up, I plugged from the wall, the plug here, because I know it was working.
01:20And I just left it there, and it was 1%, and there was nothing else, nothing else I did, I just let it sit there, as long as it didn't heat up.
01:35I guess if you use it while it's plugged in, then it can heat up, or like if you're playing a game or something.
01:43But I just left it there, and it just stayed on.
01:47And, you know, I left it, left it alone, and then, now I did, this is the second time it's happened, I did hear a beep, just for no reason at all, it was on its own.
02:06When it was down, when it was down to 1%, I did hear a beep with the other battery, and it started charging it again.
02:15But with this one, it sat for over 3-4 hours on 1%, and I guess I kept on messing with it, and that's why it never got fixed.
02:25I never let it sit down, you know, just sit by itself.
02:32So, it is looping, I'm going to find out after this, if it still loops.
02:39So, I'm going to pause this video, but I want to get it back to 100%.
02:45Now it's at 61%, and so I'm going to, oh, I can't pause the video.
02:52So, uh, maybe I'll just, uh, do it now, since I'm making the video.

05:24I'm going to just let it go a couple times.
05:26See if it'll pick up on the battery before I show you the other battery.
05:31I thought at one time, I let it loop for a couple times and then I seen the green battery.
05:45So I'm going to unplug it.
05:46And then plug it back in.
05:49Yeah, I'm still not seeing the green battery level.
06:07So, so I'm going to try to show you the other battery now.
06:12Took the battery out.
06:15Let's put in the other one.
06:17Now I'm going to plug it in.
06:36And usually the green battery level will show.
06:40So, okay, so if it does this, what I did was hold just two buttons in, the home button and the bottom button.
06:57When it, when it does turn on, just for a second, do that until you get the warning sign.
07:03Now to boot it up, just push the bottom button.
07:07The volume down.
07:10So, I'll at least see if it's charging again.
07:21I wouldn't get the lightning bolt.
07:28I would just get the 1%, but it wouldn't shut off.
07:40And there is no lightning bolt.
07:54It says connect charger.
07:58So I'm going to do what I did with this one, with the other one.
08:02I'm going to let it sit.
08:04And I did see this happen before.
08:10I'm just going to let it sit.
08:13And walk away from it.
08:15Use another phone or whatever.
08:18Until the green charging light comes.
08:21It might be a board problem.
08:24But that's the only thing I did was switch the battery.
08:29So, oh, and if you hold down the volume down button, the home button, and the on-off button all at the same time,
08:43is you'll get one of those charts, and the only other option is to hold the volume up button, the home button, and the on-off button.
09:01And when you see, if you ever see the Samsung sign, just let go of the on-off button.
09:13That should get, at least if you wanted to get one of those menus, you know, in order to reset it or just, you know, continue it.
