00:00so over here you can see that i got marks range right here along with the comments associated
00:10with it so whenever i add in let's say for example uh certain marks i want that particular comment
00:17to show up so for that i can actually go ahead and then uh use a formula an if condition so i'm
00:24just going to go around over here let's say for example click on new sheet right here so this is
00:29going to be the source seed uh right here so let's just rename it as source and this is going to be
00:34the output right here so over here let me just zoom in i'm going to enter up the marks right here just
00:40like this and let's say this is going to be the feedback section right here just like this so i'm
00:46just going to go around over here this is the marks and feedback let me just go around over here onto
00:50the top and insert it out so now for the marks let me just add in this and for the feedback right here
00:56i'm going to go ahead right here and add in uh let's say for example a box as well but let me
01:03just go around over here and then add in two boxes and merge this out right here because the feedback
01:08is going to take up a bit of a space right here so now according to the marks that i have brought
01:14here i want the feedback to be displayed so around over here you can see the source so below 40 is
01:19going to be poor performance right here and uh let's say for example um the more uh let's say
01:25higher it is you get positive comments so i'm just going to go around over here and type in equals
01:31and type in if so i'm just going to go ahead right here and open up the bracket and let's say for
01:36example select out a2 so the marks here if a2 is let's say for example greater or equals to 90 let's
01:44say for example then i want it to display the source value right here this one so source b2 right here
01:51so this is what i have so if a2 is greater or equal to 92 um uh greater or equal to 90 then i want it
02:00to display this if not then i want it to uh check let's say for example the other condition so i'm
02:07just going to go ahead and copy out this formula right here and then i'm going to go around over
02:13here if a2 right here is greater than or equal to 90 and i'm simply going to paste that out so instead of
02:2090 here now i'm going to say 80 and then i'm going to add in this source b3 paste this out again if um
02:28a2 is greater than or equal to 70 let's say for example then i'm going to select this one and i'm
02:34going to go ahead right here and continue this out right here so um i'm going to add in a comma right
02:40here as well because that is what i want so let's just go ahead right here and then copy this out so
02:46let's just go around and copy this out uh press uh comma if a2 is greater than or equal to 60 let's
02:55say for example above 60 is going to be this one above uh let's say for example um let's say for
03:02example 50 now so let's just go around over here and say 50 it is going to be this one and i'm going
03:09to go around over here and then go for 40 right here it is going to be this one and then above uh
03:17and if not it is going to be below itself so i'm just going to go around and add in this one right
03:22here if not if everything else fails this is what i want close the bracket now and close the bracket
03:28and each bracket will be highlighted right here just like this as you can see and i'm going to close
03:33out the last bracket as well press enter and now it says for performance so let's just go ahead and
03:38center line this out right here so it says poor performance because i haven't entered any marks so
03:4497 then you can see it says outstanding performance so 87 right here it says very good right here
03:51and i'm going to say let's say for example 56 it says average results and type in let's say for example
03:5737 which is the below uh performance and it says poor performance so as per the number you enter out
04:04right here you can see it says now it gives the feedback right there so that is how you can go
04:10ahead and then automate out the comments with numbers in microsoft excel so i hope you found this
