04:07Merc is now the filling between an Interceptor sandwich
04:15But this driver seems a few sandwiches short of a picnic
04:23As he makes contact with the two-tonne ARV
04:28And nearly loses it into the central reservation
04:33The pursuit is now only a few miles away from reaching the M1
04:39But will the Interceptors be able to stop him before there's mayhem on the motorway?
04:44The Interceptors are after a runaway Mercedes in Northampton
05:05The passenger is wanted for suspected kidnap, stalking and assault
05:15Bertie's pulled ahead of the Merc
05:19Which is caught between two cop cars
05:21They need to stop it
05:23Before it hits the M1
05:26But with no way past Bertie's smart car at the front
05:34They plan to turn the screw from behind
05:36Then slow the whole thing down
05:40The runaway's not shy of a game of bumper cars
05:44But he's playing with the wrong drivers
05:50As Bertie continues to block
05:56The ARV goes for the bash
05:58The armed response coppers on scene have come prepared
06:12The passenger and driver
06:21Feel the full force of the law
06:30The passenger is confirmed as their suspect
06:35And both blokes are going in bracelets
06:38With the Merc driver willing to smash into the cop cars
06:54The only way to bring this pursuit to an end
06:59Was to slow him down with the block
07:01And finish with a perfectly executed tactical contact
