00:00Getting this award is very very special you know so from the bottom of my heart thank you very much
00:10for all you took part in. I think there's a lot more needs to be achieved by men like us you know
00:15I mean coming out and saying I don't feel too good I don't feel right and there's a place to go
00:21around the place now but it's to get you or your friend or whatever if he's going through a mental
00:26health you've got to try and get him to calm him down and take him to somewhere where he can get
00:30some help. I mean I should have come forward a little bit more earlier being sectioned and
00:33whatever but yeah people being sectioned coming out of the section and detoxing down at the boxing
00:39ring and sit down and chat to people and take it from there. It means quite a lot especially with
00:45the people that I'm helping in Northampton and people's helping the Frank Bruno Foundation itself
00:50quite a lot. I've come a long long way and where I got to I was set out to be a heavyweight boxer
00:56and I got it on paper so I can't run away from that.
