00:00How has the vision changed for Crocs from when you started?
00:03So the first time around, I had a poster in my office when I was the chief marketing officer
00:09for Crocs. And the poster said, those holes are where your dignity leaks out.
00:16What? Yeah, that was hard, right? And so that was the opportunity for us to say,
00:22we don't have an awareness problem. I mentioned that earlier. We have a relevance opportunity.
00:27And so we went about making Crocs cool. And we did, and we have, as evidenced by two stories here.
00:33Was that influencer marketing? Did you send? You said you were keeping an eye on which
00:38celebrities were wearing these. But did that involve sending Crocs to celebrities?
00:43Sure. How did they even become aware of Crocs?
00:45Yeah, we seeded celebrities, of course. But when the Post Malone opportunity struck, we took that
00:51and it was all organic. And when we called celebrities or brands,
00:56they all wanted to become part of the Crocs story. Because we're so accessible,
01:00it allows you to personalize your story. Each celebrity could create their own Crocs
01:05with their own gibbets. We have some of the best licenses in the world, from Disney to Marvel,
01:10to Star Wars, to NFL, and Major League Baseball, and the other sports leagues.
01:15Around the world, people just want to be part of it. So the celebrities would come,
01:18the brands would come, call us.
