Datuk Seri Najib Razak must be allowed to return home immediately to serve his sentence under house arrest if the High Court rules in his favour, his lead counsel said.

Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah told a press conference in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday (Dec 18) that the matter concerns Najib’s personal liberty and should not be subjected to delay.
