00:00Trying to reach a different destination in Europe without getting caught.
00:03Right now, Toby and I are the runners trying to get to our destination of Jersey.
00:08Last episode, we drew a curse that meant we had to backtrack 25 miles
00:11before we could earn any more coins, which we need to pay for our travel.
00:16This effectively stranded us in the small town of Lyon for several hours.
00:19But just as Ben and Brian were about to arrive to tag us,
00:22we were able to escape and are now headed to Reims to clear our curse.
00:26But we're not out of the woods yet.
00:27The other team of chasers, Adam and Michelle, noticed us leaving
00:31and are now sprinting to the train station to try to make a train to Champagne-Adena.
00:35If they get on it, it'll put them only three miles away from us.
00:39The only trouble is, it leaves in four minutes and they don't have a reservation.

08:02so now we have to run and try to make the bus.
08:04But if the bus is quick, we might have just enough time to get to Prune,
08:08clear the curse, then hop on a train towards Paris before Michelle and Adam can get unfrozen and catch up to us.

24:29can get an uber to champanark down station directly and get that same train so either we would catch them
24:36in champanark down station or at the very least we would get the train to strasbourg and be in strasbourg
24:42be in you know get to the german network however yeah they would probably figure this out
24:47and freeze us and freeze you yeah and they're they're wired i think that they're going to figure
24:52out every possible move all right michelle let's get on our train yay it's all going to be fine and

25:32but ultimately we're strong and we will persevere we always do unfortunately i think the only way out
25:40of this is that we have to use our one team freeze yeah because while we had to take this slow train
25:47back to champagne ardenne from this random place that we were sam and toby could take a taxi like
25:52we did right and then they would beat us there and then they would catch us so we need to freeze them
25:59about 40 minutes before our train leaves to account for about a five minute delay okay i think this is

26:16okay so we'll get we'll get to champanark down as fast as we can we'll let you know what happens

26:53like the trains to leon are lightning fast they are literally like the fastest trains in france
26:58from leon you could pop over to geneva once you're in geneva you're on the you're on the swiss rail
27:03network and yeah position well just a classic question of like how much ground do we want to see

28:16so michelle and adam are at the station that wasn't already clear to you they've made it back
28:22yeah the question is did they just play a freeze we haven't gone on it yet so they didn't play it
28:28you know immediately as soon as we get in an uber it's kind of like a train where if we get frozen in
28:35we just have to get off the next stop the stop is considered where we plan for it to go so once we're
28:41in it we're going to champagne or down for sure we might get frozen once we're there and that could
28:45still stop us from getting on that train right okay one minute away let's uh let's get ready
29:08okay we have to assume they're in an uber there now yeah we have to assume we're getting into the train
29:14station at 5 18. right it's possible that they could have arrived by then we just need to last
29:21until we need to have 30. yeah that 10 minute period yeah so here's adam and michelle's dilemma
29:29right now it's 4 58 pm the train they want to take to strasburg leaves at 609 which is in 71 minutes
29:37but the freeze only lasts 45 minutes meaning if they froze us now we would be unfrozen with enough time
29:43to tag them before their train leaves so then you would assume they should just wait until 45 minutes
29:48before their train will leave and then freeze us the problem there is that by that point we will be in
29:54champanardin where they're headed and could tag them before the freeze could start so in order to freeze
29:59us at the right time they need to find a way to kill time without getting caught we should assume they
30:06will be arriving around 5 22. yeah which unfortunately is right around when we arrive
30:12no so we should get off early so i think that the safest move would be to get off a stop early
30:19because i think that that is the least pr that's not predictable i don't think that they would have
30:25guessed that they should go there and then we can board the next train we can freeze them and then board
30:31the train to follow how much time are we sitting ducks there 15 minutes which i think would be
30:38okay so we just have to get off the train and kill 15 minutes and not get caught yeah and then freeze
30:44them i'm so stressed i can't okay are we getting off yeah okay oh my god oh something else that we
30:56should probably do is we should go ahead and pull a challenge right now adam i did a bad job pulling
31:00straws this morning i'm really nervous about this all right pick one get lucky on coin flips

45:20it's risky but how busy can it be charles de gall airport is like hell on earth it is hell on earth
45:27it is in fact my least favorite airport i've gone on the record look if you make it that's great
45:31however i just think that that's massively risky and now we don't have a good secondary route if you
45:37took the first train in the morning towards leon or geneva then you can physically get in front of
45:45them at best we can get to basel at like 10 30. but that is that is guaranteed in front of them
45:52i don't know if it is and and you don't need to go to basel you need to get to like geneva
45:59look i think the flight is gonna work it very well might but i just think that that's a very risky
46:06plan what what do you want to do i don't know we now have to go back to the drawing board
