00:00Ramadan has begun all over the world. It's begun there in Gaza under a fragile ceasefire.
00:07Compared to last year, is the situation any better?
00:12First, thank you for giving me this opportunity to speak to you today. Thank you, my friend.
00:20Really, there is no big difference.
00:23I think since the ceasefire agreement, we have nearly 500 martyrs and nearly 1,006 violations of that agreement.
00:36That means that nothing different, but you know the number of mass casualties of the number of the martyrs is
00:45less than before.
00:46But we still, in Gaza, we still are in not a good general condition.
00:53We're still suffering. We're still suffering about medical supplies.
00:59We're still suffering about a lot of medication.
01:02We're still suffering about the closed borders.
01:06You know, the Rafah border entrance is opened, but it is opened in a decrease or a less number of
01:19evacuated cases.
01:22We are talking about 22,000 patients are waiting to be referred outside Gaza because they need medical evacuation.
01:34And they really, they are dealing with 30 cases, sometimes 12 cases, sometimes 10 cases.
01:43If we calculate this number, that means that we need three or four years to evacuate this number of patients.
01:51That means that all these patients, they will pass away in silence.
