00:00First, let's take a quick step back and look at the big win this weekend between Army and Navy.
00:05What an incredible game this turned out to be.
00:0717-16, as you suspected, this game was going to be closer than some people thought.
00:12That turned out to be the case.
00:13So not only was it the case, but you get a cover from Army in this one,
00:17despite the two touchdowns from Blake Horvath.
00:20Always this game comes down to the wire.
00:22And Bill, one thing you can count on in this game is it goes under the total pretty much every year.
00:28Yeah, the passion on both sides was amazing.
00:31Even down to that last play with Blake Horvath, where he fumbles, catches the ball in midair,
00:36and tries to stretch for a first down.
00:38There's no lack of intensity in that football game.
00:42Navy, another great season under Brian Newberry.
00:46I mean, they continue to be a factor in the American Conference.
00:48I don't know, Craig, if in the future they're going to move this from the standalone spot
00:52or have to adjust it.
00:54But on its own, what an awesome presentation by CBS.
00:58Great game.
00:58Fun matchup.
01:00Navy got the job done.
01:02Right now, I think that that matchup, and Bill, real quick, they're talking about maybe having to move it
01:07because of the college football playoff.
01:08But I sure hope it remains standalone, don't you?
01:12I do.
01:12And I think one way they could do it is maybe a solution might be like it could open the college football playoff in some ways.
01:21Maybe they play that on Saturday or Friday night or something and play the games the next day.
01:25I remember this game used to be played around Thanksgiving, too.
01:28So I do enjoy that it gets a standalone spotlight.
01:32The Naval Academy, the Cadets, they absolutely deserve that every year.
