00:00Pull the UDIRC and flip it over, now there's four screws
00:25on the back
00:261, 2, turn it around so you can see the light
00:423 and 4
00:56Okay, that one was already out
01:00Now this will come through
01:06Take the battery out first
01:13And the plate, remember how that goes on
01:27Now what arm we're working on
01:33Now this pops through
01:45These grooves
01:581
02:022
02:09Okay
02:243
02:38And for the
02:53Light
02:58I'm just gonna
03:01Unscrew there
03:04To take the light off
03:07The light cover
03:20And there you
03:21There's that
03:22Okay, put this aside
03:29And there we have
03:35Nope, we're gonna have to take off
03:43The four screws
04:07Now the board will come up
04:11And just take the camera off
04:23You could probably just leave the screws in the camera
04:32So you won't lose them
04:35And then there's a clip
04:38So once the camera is removed
04:53There's the clip
04:54Just pull that
04:55You could pull that out
04:56And there's the clip
05:01And there's the camera
05:10So what we're working on
05:13Is this and this
05:15They both don't
05:20Spin
05:21So the motors are probably bad
05:23Got stuck in a tree
05:31Now this right here
05:32All those are the threads to the screw
05:47There it is
05:54Then you have these four
05:56More white things here
05:58They just pop off
06:09Back to the
06:12Arm
06:12Now you see the wires
06:28Fed in on the top
06:30So you just
06:33Pull pull it out
06:34With those screws from the board
06:37Be careful not to break the wires
06:54Then unplug it
06:56From the yellow red part of the board
06:58See that
07:15You can use this screwdriver to
07:18Pry up on the
07:20set
07:21There it is
07:26Then you have the
07:26Red and green for the lights
07:35And then here we have that
07:52Now this one
07:54Be careful
07:55You want to go in
08:00Where the motor is
08:04But
08:05Don't go
08:09You want the top layer
08:11Just the top plastics
08:13In other words
08:16What rides along
08:20The plastic
08:22You want to pull that up
08:24You don't want to go
08:26Into the motor too deep
08:29So let me see if I can
08:33Do that here
08:40See that there's a button
08:42I'm going to leave
08:50I'm going to leave that
08:50I'm going to leave that in there
08:58Turn it around
09:01Get the other side
09:03Just the top
09:11Just the top
09:11And that'll pop off easy
09:13Like so
09:14So
09:25So now
09:26You'll have the
09:30Another screw
09:31I'm going to leave that
09:32I'm going to leave that
09:33I'm going to leave that
09:38Take that out
09:44And then this casing should
09:46Then the arm will slide out
10:10Okay, so we're gonna move this part to the end
10:16So the arm will move to the end
10:28And the motor I'd rather leave everything in here and just connect the new motor
10:46I'll see if we can get this motor going now another way I tested the motor
11:05Was if you go back here
11:11There's insulation that don't move and then
11:15One side there seems to be insulation that does move
11:19So I took a USB wire to test the motor
11:31Now I wasn't sure if the voltage was right I didn't want to blow out the motor so I did take a good motor
11:38And I won't do this too long, but you can see
11:49My USB cord I mean
11:52The best way to do is just plug the battery in
11:56But if you're not sure if it's the motor or a component
12:01I would think the motor is the first thing to go
12:05but uh
12:06That's it on this video. I'll probably edit
12:10Thanks for watching
