00:00So, as I mentioned in my talking points, on December 12th, a group of individuals, again, members of this anti-government group, traveled out to the desert to test their explosive devices.
00:13They had precursor chemicals there, and they were going to create these bombs in the desert.
00:22What they were starting to do is put their chemicals and wares and the components out on the table there.
00:29This footage that you're watching is from our surveillance plane.
00:33And then what happened after this is the Los Angeles FBI SWAT team, along with the FBI's hostage rescue team, moved in and arrested all four subjects without incident.
00:47So now we'll take some questions.
00:51Yeah, we're not naming the victim companies, but I'll generally describe them as logistics centers.
00:56You can think of, like, Amazon-type logistic centers, but we're not naming the specific companies at this time.
01:06There were at least five locations that they intended to target within Orange County and Los Angeles County.
01:13Again, we're not giving out the specific sites, but they were willing and wanting to do more
01:18if they could recruit more members to their radical efforts there.
01:24You mentioned the arresting of the warrants.
01:26You mentioned that there are other people involved, or are there any other people involved?
01:30There are definitely more members to this group.
01:33As far as who was specifically involved in this New Year's Eve terror plot,
01:38we believe we've arrested all the members who were specifically involved in that particular plot.
01:45We did execute search warrants to people who are also part of this group.
01:49As we review that evidence, if we determine that there are any other individuals who knew about this
01:54or provided any assistance, we will obviously be charging them as well.
01:59The person arrested in Louisiana is not directly tied to this incident, but he is a member of this group.
02:04And when they executed the search warrant out there, he posed a great threat to the agents.
02:09He threatened the agents, and so that's why he's under arrest.
02:11That's because they fought and everything changed.
02:12He were allerdings didn't do nothing to do with them in that case,
02:14so thatŠµŃŃŠµ' hospitable users would be part of this group called Bypass.
