11:04और इसके लिए हर नेता, हर ब्यूरोक्राट, हर पुलीस को सिखाना होगा कि वो जनता के मालिक नहीं है, वो public servant है.
11:12हर सरकारी दफ्तर में ये लाइन जरूर लगी होनी चाहिए.

12:07आज consumer related सारे issues, Consumer Protection Act 2019 में आता है.
12:14Live events और entertainment के लिए कोई अलग से rules नहीं है.
12:17मुझे लगता है कि live events के लिए कुछ special editions rules में होने चाहिए.
12:21जैसे कि mandatory minimum performance clauses, हर ticket पर ये mention होना चाहिए कि main artist कितने समय के लिए perform करेगा.
12:28और बाकी के जो artist हैं वो भी कितने समय के लिए.
12:31ताकि थोड़ी से transparency generate हो.
12:33Comedy shows में अकसर ऐसा होता है कि main comedian जिसे लोग देखने के लिए आते हैं, वो काफी कम समय के लिए आता है.
12:39और ये live performances का जो problem है, वो सिर्फ इंडिया का problem नहीं है.
12:43मैंने सुना था कि Canada में माधूरी दिख्षित का एक event हो रहा था, जहां पे ticket price थी 200 डॉलर.
12:49और माधूरी खुद event के लिए 3 घंटे लेट आई.
12:52audience ने सोचा था कि dance performances होंगे, लेकिन actually तो fireside chat हुआ.
12:57ऐसे live events में होता है, अलग expectations होती हैं, और actual event कुछ और ही होता है, और यह avoid किया जा सकता है.
13:03और अगर जो mandatory minimum performance है, वो नहीं हुआ, तो फिर by default ticket के पैसे वापस होने चाहिए.
13:09अगर organizers को चिंता है कि अगर लोगों को पैसे वापस करने लगे तो खर्चे कैसे निकलेंगे, तो insurance का भी option है.
13:16लेकिन एक बुरे show का burden consumer पे क्यों? उसने पैसे दिये हैं, तो उसे पूरी value मिलनी चाहिए.

13:46हो सकता है कि इंडियन्स को आज system पर भरोसा ही नहीं है.
13:50उन्हें इस बात पर विश्वास ही नहीं है कि उन्हें normal तरीके से justice मिल सकता है.
13:54लोगों को लगता है कि अगर हम कोई रकस किये बगेर घर चले गए, तो फिर बाद में कुछ नहीं होगा.
13:59हमें ना ही टिकेट के पैसे वापस मिलेंगे और ना ही किसी को भी सजा होगी.
14:03तो solution एक ही बचता है कि अपनी सारी भडास यहीं पर उतारो, दंगा करो.
14:08आज लोगों का इस बात पर विश्वास ही नहीं है कि कोई भी सिस्टम कंजियूमर के फेवर में काम करती है, एक आम आदमी के लिए काम करती है.
