00:00I have a sample of a sample of my sample of my sample
00:04in the section 14 of Petaling Jaya
00:10on the Saturday Saturday.
00:14And focus.
00:17Sampo surat ini mengandungi beberapa gambar-gambar dan juga sepucu surat
00:28Sepucu surat ini ditulis dalam bahasa Tamil yang dirumikan
00:36Alright, so the jigs of the letter
00:42Alright, there's gentlemen, first of all, plus spotted that car stalled at kilometer 224
00:52Upon that, plus posted some messages to the tow truck to go to the assistance
01:00At 1.25, that is the first tow truck person came
01:07That's very, very similar to the timeline that we have put forward
01:10Okay, so at 1.25, a tow truck person came
01:16At that time, he saw police was beating and pulling the victims out of the car
01:22Immediately when they saw a car stop by and wanted walking closer to the saga
01:30So the person turned back and yelled with the foul words
01:36Okay, this is urusan police, balik
01:39And his gesture was wanted to hit them
01:42Alright, so this person then went and informed the other tow truck drivers
01:49That this is what happened
01:52Immediately, the person who actually took this picture and wrote this note
02:00Okay, went to the scene at 2.21
02:032.21, at that time, there's nobody there except for the saga
02:10So then, he took pictures of the car
02:13The car that allegedly was at Ladang, Klapa Sawit, Taman Tambun
02:20This is the car
02:22What is very important here, okay
02:25Can you see it's by the highway?
02:27This is exactly
02:29Kilometre 224, emergency parking
02:34Alright, there's a little bit slaco
02:37That's exactly where the forestry team and Bukay Aman went and investigated the other day
02:44Alright, this is exactly and the car is by the highway
02:48So, so we will know the place now
02:50So, the letter, the letter said something, something's right
02:55So this is the car
02:56This is the car
02:59Okay, he did not touch or do anything
03:01This is the picture
03:03He took this because he want to show the date and the time
03:08The time is 2.21
03:09Okay, the date is 24th November
03:14And this is what inside of the car
03:17Okay, inside of the car
03:19This, can you see, sorry
03:22Can you see the walkie-talkie?
03:25And the one you heard in the voice, the audio
03:29Right, walkie-talkie
03:31And do you see the phone on the floor?
03:35Okay, and this phone belongs to Logeswaran
03:37To 29 years old
03:40And it's confirmed by his wife
03:43Right here
03:44As you can see, the evidence is damning
03:47Now, why is the evidence damning?
03:48Because number one
03:49The narrative put forth by the Malacca Police
03:52Is completely debunked
03:53For them to come and say that the murders occurred at 4pm
03:57Is absolute nonsense
03:58We have an eyewitness account
04:01We have documentary proof
04:02Pictures were taken at 2.20
04:04And at 2.20, everything is already like this
04:06And the fact that the audio recording
04:09Everything shows that the incident happened at 1.30
04:13So it is clear that what the Malacca Police are saying
04:16Is not true
04:17Now, the next issue is regarding
04:20This entire investigation
04:22Is supposedly being done by the Bukit Aman Special Task Force
04:26We have not received any updates from them
04:29And we find it hard to believe
04:32That the Bukit Aman Special Task Force is investigating
04:35Why do we find this hard to believe?
04:37Because all the statements
04:39Are coming from the Malacca Police Chief
04:40If it is true that the Bukit Aman is investigating
04:43Where is the statement from Bukit Aman?
04:45For two days ago
04:46The Malacca Police Chief
04:47Has been attacking
04:49The wife of the deceased Logeswaran
04:53The wife of the deceased Logeswaran
04:54Is Miss Jay Sri
04:55Who is sitting here
04:56Right beside here
04:57And has been attacking her
04:59Now, isn't she also a victim?
05:01Her husband just died
05:01Her husband just died
05:03And the Malacca Police Chief is attacking her
05:05What is going on?
05:07And why is the Malacca Police Chief
05:09Even investigating this as an issue?
05:11Now, whether she is married to him legally
05:13Or traditionally in a temple
05:15How is this relevant?
05:17So if it is a traditional wedding
05:19The Malacca Police Chief is not happy
05:21It must be a legal wedding
05:23Must be done at JPN, is it?
05:25Is it any of his business?
05:28Kenapa nak jaga tepikain orang?
05:30How is this relevant?
05:31And then people say
05:33Oh, this is a police case
05:34The police must investigate everything
05:36How is this a police case?
05:38How is her marital status?
05:40How is this a police case?
05:41The issue is the shooting and killing
05:43Of the three individuals
05:44That is the police case
05:46Now, based on this attack
05:49By the Malacca Police Chief
05:50Against the victim itself
05:51We demand
05:52That the IGP
05:54And the Home Minister
05:56Immediately put this Malacca Police Chief
05:59On garden leaf
06:00Immediately
06:01He is
06:03If it is true that Bukit Rahman
06:04Is investigating this matter
06:05Then it is clear
06:06That he is interfering
06:07With the investigation
06:08There are two options
06:10For the IGP
06:11And the Home Minister
06:11Number one
06:12You take this Malacca Police Chief
06:14And you put him on garden leaf
06:15Alternatively
06:16You please transfer him
06:17To some other state
06:18Where he will not interfere
06:19With the investigation in Malacca
06:20One of the last issues
06:22That I want to talk about
06:23Is the attack on the victim
06:25Saying that she has a criminal record
06:27Now, I would like to go on record
06:29Right now
06:30That Ms. Jay Sri
06:32Does not have a criminal record
06:33What the police said
06:35Is absolutely untrue
06:36For cases and such
06:38Not convicted
06:39Yes
06:40We go on record
06:41We say that she has been called in
06:43By the police
06:43To give statements
06:44In relation to criminal acts
06:46Done by some other people
06:47Where sometimes she was a witness
06:49She has assisted the police
06:50Sometimes she was in the vicinity
06:52She has assisted the police
06:53But the fact of the matter is
06:57Has she been convicted
06:58Or been offence
06:59If she has not been convicted
07:01Then how can you say
07:02She has got a criminal record
