00:00I live in this hotel. You have to get a key to even get in to even knock at my door.
00:07Yes, I pay $307 a week and you're right, that is $12.28 a month. I didn't have to prove three
00:14times the amount of my income. I didn't even have to worry about getting my own utilities turned on
00:20including Wi-Fi and trash service. And I'm going to take you inside the room to show you everything
00:25that that comes with. Let's talk about how she keeps herself fed. Yes, I can cook. There's two
00:30eyes on the stove. It don't have an oven, but I have a toaster oven. Looking to upgrade that one
00:36and I brought the toaster. Also the microwave. We've only been back in this one for two days,
00:41so don't pay attention to the mess. But we come in, I give them all of their stuff and I replace
00:46it with ours. And yes, I can receive my mail and packages here too. This isn't for everyone.
00:52It works for us. It works for me. And this setup goes deeper than you'd think.
00:57Space here, cabinet space all down underneath here. And here's our little table. This is our
01:04bed over here. We come in, we give them their sheets and stuff back, their pillows. This is all
01:10our personal stuff. We have a closet space. Plus, like I said, we have another rack we're going to be
01:15bringing in. This is our bathroom. I brought my own stuff in here also, own towels, own shower curtain,
01:20onliner. No, we do not have to switch rooms every 28 days. We've actually stayed in the same room,
01:26one of the ones we were in before for over 10 months. So what pushed them towards this hotel
01:31life? Honestly, it's by choice. We actually love it because you can pack up and go. It's all just
01:39one bill a week. Like seriously, where else are you going to get a roof over your head with a little
01:44small kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, plenty big enough for two people for $314, approximately
01:52dollars a week. Now this includes your power, your water, your wifi. We didn't have to pay any
01:58huge deposits, which was the big breaking point when we went out looking for a place. And if you
02:04have a background, that just makes it even harder. I'm not the only one thinking this sounds better
02:09than renting, right? So we chose this and we've actually been doing this now off and on for a
02:14couple of years. Like we've went to different ones. So like, if you get tired of one area,
02:18you can go to another. Some people like to say it's expensive, but overall, honestly,
02:23if you think of everything that it comes with and not with all the deposits, like, I mean,
02:28it was just like the way to go for us. You know, we like to kind of be spontaneous and do different
02:33things. So you never know where we'll be next week. It's clear that they're comfortable living like
02:37this as opposed to renting. Life isn't always perfect. Some of us have a little bit harder
02:41times in life. We take different roads. That wasn't always great. Some that had roundabouts,
02:46but at the end of the day, it's not about what you get. It's about appreciating what you got.
02:51And I am happy with my life. She's living the high life. But would you trade renting with a hotel
02:57every week? Let us know in the comments.
