00:00Woke up this morning and saw my car had been vandalized.
00:03Someone threw eggs and baking soda all over it.
00:05Luckily enough, though, I have a dash cam and a rear cam
00:08that records everything when my car is parked.
00:09She lives across the street from me.
00:11So as you see, she comes out, car comes, she hides,
00:13comes up, goes ahead and throws the eggs.
00:15Look at that mugshot.
00:17This all started because he moved their trash can
00:20so he could park.
00:21Continues to throw some eggs.
00:22Oh, here's the baking soda.
00:24Let me just a little dash of this, a little sprinkle of that.
00:27Two minutes later, husband pulls in.
00:30What do you know?
00:31So he parks, comes out.
00:32See, he grabs the trash cans, pushes them across the street
00:35to the side of the curb.
00:36Now, I'm not saying I'm right.
00:37I'm in the right for moving the trash cans,
00:38but there was no street parking and I moved them.
00:41I intended to go back out and place them out for them.
00:43I just got cowed up and I completely forgot.
00:45So that's my bad.
00:45So then she walks back out.
00:47Husband comes, takes the remaining trash can.
00:48She has another thing of eggs.
00:50There was two more eggs.
00:51Little did he know, this wouldn't be the end of the dispute.
00:54Strolls on inside and then her husband, you know,
00:56he comes over and he walks back and, oh, wait, you know what?
01:00My wife made a beautiful art piece here.
01:02So let me just come take a photo of this and look around.
01:05Okay, no one saw me.
01:06I did file a police report.
01:08I submitted the video evidence to them, tried contacting them.
01:12They wouldn't answer their door or their security camera outside,
01:16which is too funny because they have a security camera on their gate.
01:18So they have footage of them doing it themselves.
01:20I've never had any interaction with this couple.
01:22They just moved in like eight months ago.
01:25I've lived here for two and a half years.
01:28About the trash cans, people move them all the time to park.
01:31I didn't do anything malicious about it.
01:32I just moved on the curb because there was no street parking available.
01:35Husband got home like two to three minutes after she did it,
01:39put the trash cans on another curb so they could be picked up,
01:42watched his wife throw two more eggs,
01:44and then the city took photos of the damage that they did.
01:47They live in a $4 million house that's gated to the driveway.
01:50So I don't know why the hell this is happening.
01:54A few days later, he spoke with the husband,
01:56thinking they were going to resolve things.
01:58And then his wife called.
02:00A little update for you.
02:03So I spoke with the detective today.
02:05The car is getting an estimate on the damages.
02:07I'm going to send that to him.
02:08Spoke with the husband yesterday.
02:11We met out in the park and the street.
02:13And we talked and seemed very amicable.
02:16He was very apologetic and just wanted to work it out.
02:18Told him I would get the estimates and I'd let him know what the damage would be.
02:21And he's like, all right, cool.
02:21Ten minutes later, I get a phone call from him.
02:23And it's his wife.
02:25And then she starts berating me, calling me broke, telling me I'm appeasing.
02:30Because I looked through their gates after I found out it was them
02:33and was trying to see if they were home to make contact with them.
02:35After they called me, they had a lawyer reach out to me.
02:39I mean, the guy was a clown.
02:40He was trying to harass me and just talking like it was a 12-year-old on a preschool playground.
02:44So I just told him not to contact me again.
02:46I'm going to go a different route.
02:47After two years, the wife was charged and made to serve 300 hours of community service,
02:54go through anger management and write him an apology.
02:58Justice has been served.
