00:00so over here you can see that I have this particular table data right here and let's

00:10say I want to create a pivot table out of it so to do that you can simply select out this table

00:15and then go around over here onto the insert tab and then what you can do is click on pivot table

00:21so you can go ahead and create out a new pivot table in a new work seat or an existing work

00:27seat let me just go ahead and select new work seat right here and press ok so once you do that a new

00:33work seat is created and what you can do now is you can go ahead and let's say for example select out

00:39the data that you want to display like let's say for example you can display date category subcategory

00:44and so forth right here just like this now you've got a pivot table over here on the left hand side

00:50so you can see like there there is column there's row and value right here you can change the date

00:56to let's say for example column right here and it'll show up as a column over here on the left

01:00hand side similarly you can show the subcategory as a column as well just like this you can change the

01:07item name to column right here just like this and then that is how every data will actually be

01:13rearranged right here just like this so you can go around over here let's say for example you can

01:17change it out into category and this is what you have and this is simply how you can go ahead
