00:00Dad, after we left from Utah, I went to a very dark place for about three years.
00:06I wasn't happy.
00:07Everyone around me wasn't happy.
00:09Because of the circumstances, we are moving to Las Vegas.

00:19The day that my dad announced to the family that we were moving to Las Vegas was a very
00:25hard time.
00:27But we're going to move in three days.

00:32Hold on.
00:33We're loading up this weekend.
00:37I don't know who took it hardest, but I know that I was one of the harder ones that took
00:41it.
00:42I know.
00:47Most of everything went downhill from there.
00:49I was very sad.
00:51I was very hurt.
00:52And I honestly thought that my parents were doing this to hurt me for a long time.
00:57It's weird.
00:58What's in that box?
00:59Clothes.

01:03More than half these boxes say Payton or Payton's room on them.

01:11We're not bringing all Payton's worthless toys.
01:14The packing things up was hard.
01:16All the memories that I had just going into boxes, thinking I might not get these boxes
01:21out.

01:23All alcohol.
01:24That goes back.
01:25I am glad that dad decided to leave instead of go to jail.
01:28I know that it was not that they were punishing me, it was that they were trying to keep all
01:32of us together.
01:34It's still hard though.
01:35It's just hard for you to go back.

01:42Out of all of my kids, Payton's been the angriest.
01:45And he was the happiest kid.
01:49It's been six years since we left Utah.
01:51And he still carries around a lot of, um, hurt.
02:00We did the best we could with leaving.
02:03We really did.
02:04And we ripped that kid out of his school and out of his safety and out of his friends.
02:09And then we got to Vegas and he had nothing.
02:14So as far as our lawsuit being dismissed because they didn't cause us any harm is a lie.
02:24They did cause us harm.
02:25They harmed my boy.
02:30So how did he get to?
