00:17because the first major court hearing in their legal battle will reportedly take place on November 8th.

00:23This hearing will decide whether or not California or New York is valid jurisdiction for the case,

00:28and even though I'd love to explain what that means, the legal jargon is just a teeny bit over my head.

00:33But in the end, if California is ruled suitable, that'll be a big win towards Tfue's argument,

00:38while a New York ruling would push things along in FaZe clan's favor instead.

00:43And while Tfue's battling his old friends, Emma Chamberlain is busy battling her old persona.

00:48The teen vlogger went from allegedly being the most relatable girl on YouTube

00:51to attending Paris Fashion Week and showering daily.

00:54So naturally, a chunk of her fan base is missing that relatable VSCO girl,

00:58and have been making it known via Emma's comment section.

01:54And speaking of watching from the sidelines, let's talk about FaZe Sensei,

01:58because days after announcing his opponent, he returned with a new video revealing he will be

02:02pulling out of the fight due to an injury.

02:04A few weeks ago, I was playing a semi-pro football game, and as you know, I'm a quarterback.

02:09During one of the plays, I threw it, I'm a lefty, and I got hit by a Blitzen linebacker,

02:15and my ribs got hurt pretty bad during the game. I was able to finish the game,

02:18but it was a pretty hard hit, and I had trouble breathing and playing the game.

02:23I knew something was messed up over my ribs. So, after the game's over, you know,

02:26the ride back from the bus, I can't sit up, I'm having trouble breathing,

02:29I don't know if I got cracked ribs or fractured ribs or whatever, if they're just bruised.

02:33Like, to be honest, straight up, if I were to, you know, agree to this fight and fight,

02:40if I took any shot to the body, like any clean shot that lands to the body, I'd be done.

02:45So it would be like, I mean, I could, technically I could fight, but it wouldn't be like a real

02:50competition. I would, like the chances of me winning would be highly diminished, and I would be like

02:55afraid to be hit the whole time. I would just be, you know, moving away and not wanting to engage.

03:00It wouldn't be a great fight. You guys know if you watch my channel, I just want to go out there

03:03and perform and put on a show, and it's just been stressing me out. Like when I sparred,

03:09you know, with my guys and stuff and my team, and all I can see consuming me is my ribs, and it's just

03:16hurting for me to take a step and move. Just when I'm, even when I'm throwing a punch, I'm just like,

03:19this is so annoying. It's just not the same, um, if it was like a lower body injury or like

03:26even a hand injury, to be honest. But Sensei isn't the only fighter that has suffered an injury ahead

03:30of the November 9th event. Last Friday, Logan Paul posted an Instagram story showing that a piece

03:35of his gum had gone missing and explained that he swallowed it, chewed it up, and used it as protein.

03:41Luckily, the injury won't have him pulling out of the fight though. But one fight that he might want

03:45to walk away from is the one with Khloe and its fans. Logan dropped the trailer for his new

03:49documentary over the weekend, and fans discovered it contained a shot of LP and Khloe kissing,

03:55and they took to social media requesting all the smoke. Users on Twitter said things like,

03:59stop using Khloe to make you look good, who allowed Logan Paul to put Khloe out of all his exes in his

04:03freaking documentary, and get Khloe out of your videos, it's been a year. However, what they don't

04:08understand is this is a story about LP's redemption after the Japan incident, a period of time that
