00:18Caroline's an influencer on Instagram who's gone viral after her ghostwriter slash friend wrote an essay about her for the cut.
00:25It goes over their toxic friendship and Caroline's rise on Instagram.
00:28Natalie and Caroline met in a creative non-fiction workshop in college, and she eventually started writing for Caroline's page.
00:35Over the seven years of their friendship, Caroline was allegedly abusive in her relationship with Natalie.
00:41At one point, Caroline allegedly promised Natalie a 35% cut of a book deal, which she received $375,000 for,
00:49but Natalie claims she didn't see a dime after Caroline failed to fulfill the contract.
00:54That book deal was supposed to be a memoir.
