00:15You're not crazy to say they should pick up the phone.

00:17You're crazy to think it can happen.

00:20There's two huge obstacles, in my view.

00:24One, Joe Burrow has a no-trade clause.

00:27Why would he want to play for the Jets?

00:28Has there been a lot of fun around here in the last 15 years?

00:31No.

00:32Right?

00:33Like, I just think if – and, like, look, any team that needs a quarterback

00:37is probably in the same boat as the Jets.

00:38I'm not saying the Jets are different than pick a team that needs a quarterback

00:42and the Raiders or something like that.

00:44But Joe Burrow doesn't strike me as a guy.

00:46I don't know Joe Burrow.

00:47Maybe I'm completely wrong.

00:48It doesn't strike me as a guy that really would want to be in New York.

00:50It doesn't seem like that that would be the thing for him,

00:53like that he would desperately want to be here.

00:55The second thing is the Bengals, right?

00:57Like, the Bengals are a different organization than most organizations.

01:01Even if the Jets are throwing a ton of stuff at them,

01:03I just think the Bengals are going to dig their heels in and say,

01:05yeah, we're not trading them.

01:06Even if Joe Burrow is like, I don't want to play for this team anymore.

01:09We saw with Trey Hendrickson last year, right?

01:12They fought him all the way to the season.

01:14Going way back, Carson Palmer had to retire.

01:18You know, they wouldn't trade Carson Palmer.

01:19They retired.

01:20And I think then they traded him, what, like, a year later to the Raiders,

01:22something like that.

01:23I just can't see it happening.

01:24I'd be stunned if the Bengals traded Joe Burrow,

01:26and I'd be stunned if he was traded if he picked the Jets

01:30as the team he wanted to go to.

01:31I also think if the Bengals do do this,

01:33they're going to ship him to the NFC.
