00:00:00You know, God told me to do nothing, but you understand, you're doing something, other people need to do something, because this is ridiculous, y'all watching, us watching this shit, you hear me?
00:00:23So he wants me to do nothing, but he's not saying he doesn't want Justin to use his brain, and everybody to use their brains, and fucking, to figure out whatever, whatever, you know what I'm saying?
00:00:44What did she say? It was great, I loved every minute of it.
00:00:48That's what we gotta drop. God, I think you got the atomic bomb. I think you got the atomic bomb.
00:00:56I know you, Puff. I know you hide things well. I know you bury things well. I know you lie well.
00:01:03Send it to us. That's why y'all aren't telling me not to do nothing. Y'all do it. Y'all see it. Y'all watch this shit.
00:01:09You didn't think I would ever get to the point of telling people what you've done.
00:01:13I'm not really supposed to be doing that.
00:01:18Put us in a room with people who don't know, and he's the most powerful man.
00:01:26But if you're in a room alone with him...
00:01:30Check this out. I know y'all have heard all of the rumors that I'm looking for a new assistant.
00:01:36The rumors are true.
00:01:38I started working for Puff in April of 2004.
00:01:42I was his assistant.
00:01:45My first day started off cool.
00:01:48And it got...
00:01:49interesting over the course of the day.
00:01:54We drove around the city, and he was giving me, like, the run of the show.
00:01:58Like, you'll take notes, you'll go with me in meetings,
00:02:01you'll make sure my food is ready in the morning.
00:02:04Diddy, can we ask you a question?
00:02:05Later that night, he took me to Central Park
00:02:10with his head of security.
00:02:14And he said, Cap, I want to talk to you about a couple of things.
00:02:19At some point, Puff found out that I knew Suge.
00:02:24My relationship was with his baby's mother,
00:02:26who is still to this day my best friend.
00:02:29He says, hey, I didn't know you had anything to do with Suge.
00:02:33Like, if something happens, I'm gonna have to kill you.
00:02:36He wanted to let me know how it would happen.
00:02:41You will be in a dark park, and there will be no one around if this shit goes left.
00:02:50And I'm telling you, I'm telling you, like, we just gonna do it like this so you really understand.
00:02:57I never told anyone, I never called the police.
00:03:02I never called the police.
00:03:03Anybody else would have said,
00:03:04Puff Daddy told me he's gonna kill me in the park.
00:03:06I think his trust came from that.
00:03:14I had a lot of history with dealing with addicts and intense personalities.
00:03:22My mother was addicted to cocaine.
00:03:24If you're dealing with someone who's on coke five days a week as a child,
00:03:28by the time you're 23 and she's dead, it desensitized me to a lot of things.
00:03:37Puff was a disorganized chaos that I understood.
00:03:42I have a reputation that, you know, I may be hard to work with or hard to work for,
00:03:47and that's the truth.
00:03:50He made me write a book.
00:03:52It's Leather Bound.
00:03:53How to Assist Sean Combs.
00:03:55Good morning, everyone.
00:03:57Capricorn, out of anybody, knows what it takes to be successful around me.
00:04:022008, I got promoted to be Global Brand Director.
00:04:05This basically means de facto manager.
00:04:09I worked for him till 2012.
00:04:13And so I know him more than most people.
00:04:17He's very good at mental games.
00:04:19I'm the king!
00:04:21He's very good at getting up under your skin.
00:04:23He's very good at attacking your fears.
00:04:27I'm not everybody else!
00:04:29And he's very good at retaliation.
00:04:32Whether you call him Sean Denny, Puff Daddy, or Mr. Combs, he's always been in a class of his own.
00:04:49So tonight, he is the esteemed recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award.
00:04:58Get up!
00:04:58All right, guys, stand up for Puff!
00:05:01Yes!
00:05:01This guy is a real professional at masking and lying and making himself look like the greatest of them all.
00:05:11This is my favorite artist.
00:05:14How do we crown our kings?
00:05:16Some people are looking at it like they're demolishing our kings.
00:05:21They're taking...
00:05:22Man, what Puffy do for you?
00:05:25He ain't did nothing.
00:05:28It's an honor to present this BET Lifetime Achievement Award to Sean Puffy Combs.
00:05:35Puffy ain't no king for us.
00:05:37He's a monster.
00:05:38Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah!
00:05:44It didn't really register until maybe a year after working with him.
00:05:50It's like, yo, all this was a plan.
00:06:00You got a little group, right?
00:06:02I got a call.
00:06:04Puff was doing a writer's camp for his new album.
00:06:07The Love album, Off The Grid.
00:06:10So tell me you're through.
00:06:14For the first two weeks, there was hundreds of people.
00:06:17I'm gonna make it up.
00:06:18What identified me and made me different was I play multiple instruments.
00:06:25Out of all those people, he asked me to make the album.
00:06:30Low Rod.
00:06:32We're a homie over there.
00:06:33One day, we got our headphones on and we're working.
00:06:39I see this guy named G.
00:06:40I don't know his full name.
00:06:42I see him, Justin, and Puff going to the bathroom together.
00:06:47Moments later, I hear, boom, boom, two shots.
00:06:53I'm like, yo.
00:06:55So I'm going through sounds.
00:06:57I'm like, this can't be, you know.
00:06:59It's like, okay, maybe I hit one of those gun shots on the keypad.
00:07:03I see Justin and Puff walk out.
00:07:11I opened the door and he was in there just bleeding.
00:07:14He was bleeding out.
00:07:20You know, growing up in the hood, you know, people get shot all the time.
00:07:24So immediately, I'm like, yo, I need towels, towels, bring me towels, towels.
00:07:28And I just start patching them up and applying pressure.
00:07:34Amolans come.
00:07:34They pulled three blocks down.
00:07:37I'm trying to wave them.
00:07:38Like, I go running down.
00:07:39Like, what y'all doing?
00:07:40He's like, yeah, we got to wait for the police get here.
00:07:42I'm like, yo, he's getting ready to die.
00:07:45I got to get this guy outside so when the Amolans come, he can be getting in.
00:07:52So, you know, time is of the essence right now.
00:07:55The police did arrive.
00:07:57Puff said, yo, tell them the shooting did not happen here.
00:08:03And the way they were saying it, they were nasty.
00:08:06You know what I'm saying?
00:08:07I do remember Puff's security, Faheem, just there on the scene, just actively moving in
00:08:16and out as the LAPD was there.
00:08:20He's like telling us all to stay inside.
00:08:23And somehow he was able to make this all go away.
00:08:31That shook me.
00:08:32I'm still shook.
00:08:33The only time I've heard about some type of shooting in the studio where we're all creating
00:08:40was Tupac.
00:08:41Tupac Shakur was shot five times last night in a robbery.
00:08:44After the shooting, Puff and Justin, they walked out with confidence.
00:08:54The next day, the reporter showed up.
00:08:58He told them something totally different.
00:08:59And they reported that and left.
00:09:06That video was after I had helped them get to the ambulance.
00:09:11No one knows who he is, where he's at.
00:09:14He just disappeared.
00:09:16And at the studio, everybody's acting like it never happened.
00:09:25Unfortunately, if you want to make it to something in this industry, you have to work for certain
00:09:32people, like Puffy.
00:09:34He's one of the gatekeepers.
00:09:35I knew if I finished this job, it would be a good accomplishment for my career.
00:09:50This would pay my kids bills and my bills and my grandkids.
00:09:53So I just want to get right back to work.
00:10:02We're working on this Justin Bieber song, Moments.
00:10:05I can see it in your eyes, in your eyes.
00:10:07No, no, no, no, no.
00:10:08Puff wanted moments to feel like Michael Jackson can't help it.
00:10:12He had a bunch of people taking stabs at it, trying to crack the code, and couldn't.
00:10:18I've been patient, patiently waiting.
00:10:23I've been faking for a long time.
00:10:27I got into it, and I made five versions of it.
00:10:30And I played that song.
00:10:44He danced for probably four hours straight just to that song.
00:10:49He's like, yo, we had cracked the code.
00:10:50He did it.
00:10:52He said, yo, put me in the A room in the studio tomorrow with him.
00:10:57And it was at that moment.
00:11:00He flew me to Miami to work at his house.
00:11:09There's a little ride over here.
00:11:11We're in Cones Entertainment, Bad Boys, Love Records.
00:11:13I just thought about it.
00:11:14We're making history, baby.
00:11:16Never lie to you.
00:11:18Life ain't perfect.
00:11:18We just live it.
00:11:19Fuck what they say we did.
00:11:21We just did.
00:11:23God.
00:11:25Miami was when the relationship really began, the working relationship.
00:11:29But now, now, now, niggas, that's scarlin' hot.
00:11:34While we're working on his album, he's recording everything all day, all the time.
00:11:42Totally crazy.
00:11:44Yeah, come on.
00:11:45We're gonna do three songs tonight.
00:11:47I'm on a yacht with him, and there's a song where he's talking to Cassie.
00:11:51He's telling her, please come on home.
00:11:52Never lie to you.
00:11:55Life ain't perfect.
00:11:56We just live it.
00:11:57You know, take, take, take it out.
00:11:58Take, take, take it out.
00:11:59Come on, come on.
00:12:00But I just remember it because eight bars took us probably seven months to record.
00:12:08Cry for you.
00:12:09No, no, no, no, no, no.
00:12:10Come on, come on.
00:12:11Come on, yeah, let's go.
00:12:12Come on, Chad.
00:12:13I got it for you.
00:12:14Come on, I got it.
00:12:15Yeah.
00:12:15Yeah, yeah, don't do that.
00:12:16Okay.
00:12:17Ever.
00:12:17Do the earth for your touch.
00:12:20Ride for you.
00:12:21Cry for you.
00:12:22Die for you.
00:12:24I'm letting all y'all niggas know if I ain't hot, y'all niggas ain't hot.
00:12:26So I'm telling y'all nobody gets to producing some motherfucking sex in the Porsche.
00:12:31I don't know.
00:12:31You're acting like, y'all, I could be motherfucking lukewarm, and y'all gonna be hot.
00:12:38You don't wanna be lukewarm.
00:12:39You know, it's been taking me fucking ever to get back to my exact tone, because I got
00:12:50so big, I could hear myself rapping.
00:12:54You know what I'm saying?
00:12:56But I'm figuring it out just now.
00:12:58I don't wanna be, like, figuring it out just now, and y'all witnessing Jesus walking on water.
00:13:03You know what I'm saying?
00:13:04Or Jesus having a breakthrough.
00:13:07You know what I'm saying?
00:13:07Because I can only compare myself to the Son of God.
00:13:10You feel me?
00:13:12I didn't realize it, but he was definitely grooming.
00:13:16Work hard to get those gifts, those sneakers, those shoes.
00:13:20You know, he promised me $250,000.
00:13:25He also promised me a house right next door.
00:13:29We had a conversation about making me the producer of the year.
00:13:34You know what I'm saying?
00:13:35Love, love, love, love.
00:13:38I love you, Lil' Leroy.
00:13:40No, I'm Nick.
00:13:42We bringing back that signature sonic sound.
00:13:47We gotta figure out how to touch on some deeper level than the surface shit we've been rapping about.
00:13:52You know what I'm saying?
00:13:52That's when it began to get a little weird for me.
00:13:56Puff would show a video with someone penetrating a Caucasian man from the rear end.
00:14:05I didn't really understand that.
00:14:07You know what I'm saying?
00:14:07When he telling me, like, yo, this is the way to success and then the music.
00:14:12And I'm, like, confused.
00:14:13Like, you know what I'm saying?
00:14:15Like, what's going on?
00:14:18Is this, like, a joke?
00:14:19Let's keep the frequency high, man.
00:14:22Keep it high.
00:14:23It's too much shit trying to bring us down.
00:14:25I was told to go to Booby Trap on the River, a strip club in Miami.
00:14:32They put me on the recruiting sex workers.
00:14:35They gave me the bad boy hat.
00:14:38They would tell me, yo, put this hat on.
00:14:40Get some girls and come back to the house.
00:14:42Like, I'm, like, how do they know?
00:14:44They're, like, yo, they know once you put that hat on, they know.
00:14:47You know what I'm saying?
00:14:48The whole deal.
00:14:49This is like a routine.
00:14:51I'm just, like, yo, this has nothing to do with music.
00:14:55It's weird.
00:14:57But he felt like this is the only way he's going to be able to make this album.
00:15:04They'll be doing these freak-offs, and it'll be Puff and Justin in the room with multiple women.
00:15:12Closed doors and lots of music and lots of drugs.
00:15:16We're just celebrating life.
00:15:18You know what I'm saying?
00:15:18And it's fucking Friday.
00:15:19And it's fucking Friday.
00:15:20I had Prime Puff.
00:15:22The man is, like, sure of himself.
00:15:25Now you're 50-plus Puff.
00:15:28How do you even take ketamine?
00:15:30How is this fun for you at 50-something years old?
00:15:34Like, are you doing it to keep up with the kids?
00:15:38It goes back to fatherhood.
00:15:40You didn't groom them to take over this company.
00:15:43You groomed them to do the same things that you're doing.
00:15:46And the sad part about it is you will never know if they agree or disagree with their father
00:15:52because they can't say it.
00:15:54It would be the 2C, the cocaine, or even Molly.
00:16:02We were all on these products, whether we knew it or not.
00:16:06You would always hear people say, like, yo, Puff got God eyes or God spirit, or he always knows.
00:16:18Like, people, he builds his perception.
00:16:20When I opened the door, I see, like, four or five different screens with a bunch of little pockets in there, like, yo.
00:16:28And that's when I realized that, yo, this whole property has hidden cameras everywhere.
00:16:35He who had no sin became sin.
00:16:41There were days we would party.
00:16:43I would wake up not knowing what the hell happened.
00:16:46Some days those girls next to me woke up.
00:16:50Some days he was in the bed.
00:16:52I'm going on a love rampage.
00:16:55I ain't hiding nothing.
00:16:56I ain't scared of nothing.
00:16:57That's the season that I'm in.
00:16:59I would wake up feeling sore, still not understanding exactly what's, you know what I'm saying, transpiring.
00:17:08But this is me starting to understand that I was drugged pretty often.
00:17:14I tried to confine in K.K. Christina, that's Puff's chief of staff.
00:17:23And I thought it would be more, you know, understood if I took it to someone who's a woman.
00:17:30But she was always, like, trying to, like, downplay it.
00:17:36I think K.K. was the worst gatekeeper he ever had.
00:17:39And Puff is the kind of person, um, you know, the story of the two wolves, which wolf wins, the wolf you feed.
00:17:48All of us, we're cognizant of the bad wolf, but we're feeding the good wolf.
00:17:53And the good wolf in this case scenario, it's a history breaker.
00:17:56It's a record, you know, somebody that's going to drive our culture forward.
00:17:59K.K., help me out, because you're in this too, K.K.
00:18:02Someone who's, like, good with the PR side of it, too, to, like, get out there and spin it.
00:18:06I believe that they fed the bad wolf.
00:18:10Give me some real love!
00:18:11Turn that TV off.
00:18:13Just the energy just ain't right.
00:18:14That's my life!
00:18:15There's a lot of things that happened to me I just don't even want to speak on.
00:18:19You know what I'm saying?
00:18:24Day 145.
00:18:26148.
00:18:28At that rate, I had to ask myself, man, how long you willing to deal with him?
00:18:33My nigga Lil' Leon, his name, look, his name is Lil' Rod, but I'm calling him Lil' Leon.
00:18:40You know what I'm saying?
00:18:41He's one of the first draft picks of the new hitmen.
00:18:44You know what I'm saying?
00:18:46Incredible talent.
00:18:47Look at that nigga, Lil' Leroy's hat.
00:18:50You have to be strong and able to tough this out.
00:18:54We are, we are them niggas.
00:18:57I can still make sure everything that I did on this album still makes it.
00:19:03And I'm just trying to fake the funk.
00:19:05And they can.
00:19:06And they can.
00:19:07Fuck with us.
00:19:08Fuck with us.
00:19:09But then...
00:19:12Since he's done.
00:19:15I'm gonna check on the billboard, you know what I mean?
00:19:17Since he's done, Reverend.
00:19:18Right after I finished the album, they kept putting my business on the back burner for months.
00:19:25And it was like, where's my payment?
00:19:28Yeah, I'm on it, bro, but I'm not gonna be able to get nothing done today.
00:19:33One thing you know about me is I'm gonna always keep it 100.
00:19:36This is the first time we were hearing music from you in, what, 13 years?
00:19:49This is my love story.
00:19:51Just me and you, and we just locked in in 48 hours of love.
00:19:55They dropped the album, and I was like, where's my money?
00:20:01Hey, yo, bro, it's gonna take that time that I said.
00:20:03A lot of shit got backed up and everything due to the circumstances.
00:20:06Nobody's saying you're not getting paid.
00:20:09He didn't want to pay the people closest to him,
00:20:11because if you have money, you have a little bit more bravado about how you move.
00:20:17He didn't want you to ever to feel too comfortable.
00:20:19He wanted you to feel like there's a carrot being dangled.
00:20:23He did that with me.
00:20:26He enjoys to see people not having.
00:20:29He enjoys to see him having and everybody else wanting and needing.
00:20:32And I don't want to know, you know what I'm saying,
00:20:35problem with you, or you feeling like I'm not taking it seriously.
00:20:38I'm just telling you, I'm telling you the time it takes.
00:20:42Just got nominated for a Grammy.
00:20:44Let me make it clear.
00:20:46I didn't just get nominated for a Grammy.
00:20:49We just got nominated for a Grammy.
00:20:51No, bro, I'm not letting you get out of this.
00:20:53Like, you're gonna have to answer this.
00:20:55You know what I'm saying?
00:20:56Yo, my brother, are you all right?
00:20:58I'm starting to get concerned about this shit.
00:21:02He was calling me, like, left and right.
00:21:05You're trying to handle something, bro.
00:21:07You actually sent me something that I could take a certain way.
00:21:11Like, you're trying to make a problem with somebody that don't want a problem.
00:21:15In fact, I've never seen my phone ring that many times.
00:21:18I don't know who's in your head or what's going on in your head.
00:21:22I hope your ass ain't bipolar, Lil Leroy.
00:21:24I don't really like the way that this shit feels, you know what I'm saying?
00:21:27But I ain't taking shit personally, you know what I'm saying?
00:21:30I don't need no extra stress.
00:21:32I'm prepared to pay any bills I owe anybody.
00:21:35In the time that I was with him, two Thanksgiving's, two Christmases, my kid's birthday,
00:21:41all they offered me, offered, for producing this album, was $29,000.
00:21:51$29,000.
00:21:52Which I still ain't even got that to this day.
00:21:57Yeah, Lil Rod, you know, I never see or admit nothing but love for you,
00:22:02and I just would never be on the side of some bullshit with you, you know what I'm saying?
00:22:07I just would never.
00:22:08I don't even see you that way.
00:22:09When I think about you, I think about you and your hats and how talented you are
00:22:13and making me smile and your fucking smile and everything, your limp leg.
00:22:18Nigga, don't fuck with the way I think about you over no shit, over no, like, the love album.
00:22:23Come on, B.
00:22:29The album had probably been out a little over a month.
00:22:34All of a sudden, CNN comes on.
00:22:36In our pop culture lead, just in, producer and musician, Sean Combs, accused of doing such and such with Cassie.
00:22:44She was abused.
00:22:45She was a part of the cycle of violence, physical.
00:22:49That was the turning point for me.
00:22:50One lawsuit updated just yesterday by a New York artist named Rodney Jones.
00:22:56Rodney, little Rod Jones.
00:22:57Who worked with Combs on his latest love album.
00:23:00Jones claims that for more than a year, Combs sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him while working on the project.
00:23:06I understand that I may get blackballed or I may get people attempting to take my life.
00:23:20Yeah, I was trying to help out, bro.
00:23:21You got to do whatever you feel you got to do.
00:23:24I don't know what your lawyers, what anybody trying to do.
00:23:27Whatever they trying to do, I guess they could get out of my lawyers.
00:23:30You know what I'm saying?
00:23:30Everybody coming at a nigga now, so it ain't nothing different.
00:23:35I had to tell myself, man, it was time for me to now stand up for justice.
00:23:41Standing up for justice for myself actually stands up for justice for everybody.
00:23:46Actually, go to the prosecutor's office.
00:23:48This guy committed another crime.
00:23:49And I would do the same thing with little one.
00:23:51Go to the prosecutor.
00:23:52Really put a package together.
00:23:54Here's what he said.
00:23:55You shouldn't report it.
00:24:00As all of the civil lawsuits started to come down, I had a lawyer reach out to me in regards
00:24:14to an affidavit that they had received from a person that was allegedly a victim and that
00:24:24wanted me to be aware of something that she had seen.
00:24:27The affidavit says, on a very cold night at the end of 2005, I am not sure of the exact
00:24:41date because it was over 20 years.
00:24:43I walked in on Sean Combs' puff daddy, P. Diddy, and another individual, a tall, heavy-set,
00:24:51light-skinned male.
00:24:53I believe he may have been a bodyguard, sexually assaulting Aubrey O'Day.
00:24:57Around this time, I had just finalized my divorce paperwork, and a close friend decided to drive
00:25:07from Allentown, Pennsylvania to New York City to celebrate and had met up with my ex-boyfriend
00:25:13and Bad Boy executive, Conrad.
00:25:16Everybody wants to get a piece of this man right now.
00:25:19Conrad was one of my bosses at Bad Boy.
00:25:21He was on Making the Band.
00:25:22You gotta understand where our interest lies.
00:25:26The goal is to have an incredible album.
00:25:28We met Conrad at Bad Boy Studios in Manhattan, otherwise known as Daddy's House.
00:25:38While waiting for Conrad to arrive, I went upstairs to use the bathroom.
00:25:43I had forgotten which door the restroom was in, so I went down the hallway, and I kept opening
00:25:49doors.
00:25:51I opened a door that was not the restroom because of what I witnessed happening in there.
00:25:58What I saw as soon as I opened the door was Aubrey sprawled out on a leather couch, looking
00:26:06very inebriated.
00:26:07And I didn't drink like that at all at this time.
00:26:13I don't drink at all.
00:26:14It's never been an issue with me.
00:26:17She was naked from the bottom half, and she had something over her top.
00:26:25Puff Daddy was penetrating in her vagina, and there was another stocky, light-skinned man
00:26:32with his penis in her mouth.
00:26:33I haven't read the- I only heard it when it was read over the phone.
00:26:41I have not read it myself.
00:26:43I don't- I'm- I just- I don't- I've put this out of my memory.
00:26:48Um, stocky, light-skinned man with his penis in her mouth.
00:26:56Aubrey looked out of it and was just lying there.
00:26:59I am 100% certain that the woman I saw was Aubrey O'Day.
00:27:10100% certain this person is.
00:27:15On Danny D. Cain, it's more of a pop rock feeling joint with- with soulful vocals, you know?
00:27:20I told Conrad that night what I had seen, and his response was for me to mind my business
00:27:26because I don't know the dynamic of the situation.
00:27:30Well, fuck, I don't know the dynamic of that situation either.
00:27:34Not to my memory.
00:27:36I did what I was told, minded my business, and went about enjoying my night with my friends.
00:27:49Even after I told her I didn't have a recollection of this, I said, could she be making a mistake?
00:27:54I- I asked in every way I possibly could think of, she was certain.
00:28:00She said, you can come public with this.
00:28:04I'm gonna stand by you, I know what I saw.
00:28:08Does this mean I was raped?
00:28:12Is that what this means?
00:28:13I don't even know if I was raped, and I don't want to know.
00:28:22My name is Aubrey, I'm from Irvine, and I'm 20 years old.
00:28:27I don't want to find out anymore that that woman has to say.
00:28:32If she made it up, I would be compelled to take her the fuck down.
00:28:35And you realize the burden that that puts on my soul for the past year, which is,
00:28:43if I expose one person who's got a civil lawsuit,
00:28:48that gives Diddy and his legal team credit to take down everybody else as potential liars.
00:28:57Says Aubrey O'Day.
00:28:59Goes right back on my shoulders, just like that.
00:29:03The weight of that man and his bullshit.
00:29:04I will never get up from under it.
00:29:12The legal troubles for longtime entertainment mogul, Sean Diddy Combs,
00:29:16have been building for months.
00:29:18Diddy is facing another lawsuit.
00:29:20Dawn Vichard from Dirty Money.
00:29:22Doing Sean Diddy Combs for alleged assault.
00:29:25Combs's lawyers said, these complaints are full of lies.
00:29:28We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer.
00:29:31The media is the most powerful industry in the world.
00:29:38In this day and age, I do have to address all types of things that need to be cleared up.
00:29:44If you don't control your narrative, somebody else will control it.
00:30:01It's a media war.
00:30:03Let me ask you.
00:30:04Let me ask you.
00:30:04Positive comments.
00:30:06Say, any dormiture interview where she speaks positively about her relationships with Diddy.
00:30:16She did a lot of interviews.
00:30:18On the interviews, they want to talk about me.
00:30:21You know what I'm saying?
00:30:21In the interviews of me, in your life, if you can track down the interviews, it'll know she'll get you right here.
00:30:27What's up, baby?
00:30:27What's up, boy?
00:30:28You know what I'm saying?
00:30:30Sean, come on.
00:30:31All right.
00:30:32We've got the video with Pete Diddy.
00:30:34See me?
00:30:34In the city.
00:30:35In the city.
00:30:36Looking pretty.
00:30:38We live in a real-time world.
00:30:40This case is going to be played in real-time.
00:30:42It's going to be played in front of the public, billions of people in real-time.
00:30:49Talking to fans, taking selfies with them over the weekend was in Central Park.
00:30:55So he seemed like he didn't have a care in the world.
00:30:59Diddy was staying in Midtown Manhattan.
00:31:02He apparently knew this was coming.
00:31:12Breaking news tonight.
00:31:18Sean Diddy Combs has been arrested in a Manhattan hotel this evening after a grand jury indicted the music mogul.
00:31:25The indictment alleges Sean Combs led and participated in a racketeering conspiracy
00:31:30that used the business empire he controlled to carry out criminal activity,
00:31:35including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and the obstruction of justice.
00:31:47After Combs was arrested at the Park Hyde Hotel in Midtown Manhattan,
00:31:52Homeland Security searched his hotel room.
00:31:54What about when it gets cold for you?
00:31:57Two hours.
00:31:59We've got a sweatpants on.
00:32:01Among the items catalogued were...
00:32:05A prescription bottle in the name of Frank Black.
00:32:09And that contained clonazepam, which is used to treat everything from anxiety and panic disorders to psychosis.
00:32:17A black fanny pack containing $9,000 in cash.
00:32:21You want to put stuff in my fanny pack, King?
00:32:24There was also evidence photos shown of another prescription bottle,
00:32:27which agents say contained two bags of a pink powdery substance,
00:32:31which tested positive for MDMA and ketamine.
00:32:35But there was also an evidence photo of five bottles of baby oil and lubricant sitting in the bathtub by the drain,
00:32:44as well as two more bottles of lubricant in the drawer of the nightstand.
00:32:48There was also a Ziploc bag full of Johnson's baby oil bottles.
00:32:51Combs denies all the charges against him, and if convicted, faces possible life in prison.
00:33:03Sean Diddy Combs will not get out of jail on bail.
00:33:06In the decision, the judge said prosecutors provided clear and convincing evidence to support a risk of witness tampering.
00:33:13When they say just last week, he contacted a witness over 50 times.
00:33:17Miss Kalina Harper was the most recent person we know of that he contacted.
00:33:20That was after September 10th, after Dawn Richards filed.
00:33:23This was, um, can you break down?
00:33:25It's a Dirty Money crew.
00:33:26This is Dawn, as you know.
00:33:28Hey, y'all.
00:33:28Boom.
00:33:29This is Kalina.
00:33:30Hey, y'all.
00:33:30And, and, and, and, you know, um, this is a special project, you know.
00:33:34When Dawn drops her lawsuit, I get this call at 11 o'clock, and he's panicking.
00:33:40Dawn is dropping something, saying all types of crazy psycho shit.
00:33:44Motherfuck, she not.
00:33:46What's your name, all of it?
00:33:48Motherfucking girl.
00:33:49This brokenness, them kind of niggas motherfucking acting like motherfucking, you know, when zombies get big?
00:33:55Y'all gonna send you this shit right this fucking second.
00:33:58What's she talking about?
00:34:00I'm gonna send it to you right now.
00:34:01I'm gonna definitely need you to go on the record.
00:34:03If I, I'm asking for a big favor, I can't even, like, stay.
00:34:07I'm in an investigation.
00:34:08She's putting this shit in, like, she's bugging, bugging.
00:34:13I never had a problem with this girl.
00:34:15Yeah, I read nothing, Wayne.
00:34:17I understand.
00:34:18Can you send it to me so I can see it?
00:34:20I'm gonna send it right now.
00:34:21All right, love.
00:34:23I read the 55-page lawsuit that Dawn had just filed.
00:34:29And I just, my heart literally dropped on the floor.
00:34:37Dawn Richard is suing Sean Diddy Combs for alleged assault.
00:34:41Sexual battering, forced labor, and gender-motivated violence.
00:34:45She and her bandmate, Kalina Harper, waited in the kitchen where many of them appear to be lethargic or passed out,
00:34:50while Diddy and his guests perform sexual acts on them.
00:34:56I'm asking for the role of favor of life.
00:34:59You know what I'm saying?
00:35:01Yeah, but, like, statement something.
00:35:04Yeah, I mean, whatever statement, any position, man, you want to take anything.
00:35:08Granted, I'm dealing with my own situation.
00:35:11I am caught up in a contentious child custody battle.
00:35:17And now this?
00:35:18The only person I could call in the beginning was Puff.
00:35:27Just trying to get help.
00:35:28Like, I need you to help me get more powerful lawyers.
00:35:33I was like, I need 5K.
00:35:35I can pay you back.
00:35:37And at the time, he was like, I can't help because I'm doing something else.
00:35:40Or whatever.
00:35:41So prior to those phone calls, you asked him to help you.
00:35:48Yeah.
00:35:48And he said no.
00:35:49He said he couldn't help me.
00:35:51But then he called you to ask you to make a statement.
00:35:53Yep.
00:35:55And I was like, I said, you know that's fucked up.
00:35:58Because I needed you, my nigga.
00:36:03Kalina, she's a big key.
00:36:07Especially if she's with her every time.
00:36:10You know what I'm saying?
00:36:10Like, just give the blackness, but I didn't try to just tear everybody.
00:36:16That's like, hey, just watch that happen.
00:36:19If she was there, it's not right.
00:36:23You got to figure out what you got to do.
00:36:25Because God told me to do nothing.
00:36:31So for me, it was like, this is a prime opportunity to tell him,
00:36:35I know you got that going on, but I got this going on.
00:36:38I want my kids.
00:36:39I don't know why Dawn is doing this, but I have to talk to my husband, because anything I say,
00:36:47can't fuck around and not, you know, I could not get my kids back.
00:36:54So I was like, look, you know, y'all can't call me, because you're scared to go to jail now.
00:37:02And rush me to say anything, and rush me to say anything, and rush me to say anything, I need time to think about it.
00:37:06Like, what am I going to say?
00:37:07Like, I didn't see that.
00:37:09I didn't.
00:37:09But I don't want people to think, like, I'm trying to wear a bulletproof vest for a puff, because I'm not.
00:37:16It's just, like, I'm not a bad person.
00:37:19And I wasn't around that shit.
00:37:21Like, I don't fucking know what they was doing.
00:37:22I don't know.
00:37:23He had been reaching out to witnesses who had been subpoenaed.
00:37:30They're able to track it, according to the prosecutors, allegedly, on a timeline where there were some people that were subpoenaed that Diddy hadn't spoken to in years.
00:37:38But after they were subpoenaed, he directly reached out to them.
00:37:41He was actually telling people, like, I'm not supposed to be talking to you.
00:37:45Don't text me.
00:37:46So he knew what he was doing was not right.
00:37:49I've got some recordings that I could let you hear as well.
00:37:53Baby girl, for real, for real, no pressure.
00:37:56You know, I just felt like me and you was close enough like that.
00:37:58I ain't asked, I ain't never asked nobody to make a statement.
00:38:02You know what I'm saying?
00:38:03I feel comfortable, and I feel comfortable asking you, because I know real deal, real, real, real, real dog shit,
00:38:09that if it's a nigger's funeral, that you'll be jumping in my casket.
00:38:13Because I love you, bitch.
00:38:15Because you really love me.
00:38:17I really do.
00:38:18And, you know, I feel about you.
00:38:21But it's all good.
00:38:22Sometimes you've got to put yourself and your family first, and I respect that.
00:38:26You know what I'm saying?
00:38:27If you have any apprehensions.
00:38:29If God don't tell you 100% to do it, your man TV don't tell you, anybody.
00:38:34Kalina Harper from the group Diddy Dirty Money is speaking out in support of the music mogul.
00:38:41Many of the allegations and incidents described in this suit are not representative of my experiences,
00:38:46and some do not align with my own truth.
00:38:53Who's willing to cooperate with the government in this case?
00:38:56Given who the defendant is, what do you expect that witness list to look like?
00:39:05Hey, yo, cat! Cat! Cat!
00:39:09I got a text from the lead investigator.
00:39:12You've been formally subpoenaed.
00:39:14They'd like to begin the pretrial process.
00:39:18They had talked to well over 200 people before they got to me.
00:39:22They were like, you kept coming up, you kept coming up, you kept coming up.
00:39:25But I never wanted to tell you anyway.
00:39:30I wanted you to think it was all bad boy for life.
00:39:36I answered their questions.
00:39:38Then they say, is there anything missing?
00:39:41And I blew their minds.
00:39:44It was 2011.
00:39:47Puff and myself had moved to Los Angeles.
00:39:48He had a trip, and Cassie came out and stayed with me.
00:40:01That gave her a little bit of freedom.
00:40:04Is that eight millimeters?
00:40:05Mm-hmm.
00:40:06So when Cassie's stepping out, she's like, oh, I'm going to go hang out with my friend.
00:40:10And who's he?
00:40:13Kid Cudi.
00:40:15Scott Muscudi.
00:40:17Wake up the next morning.
00:40:18She texts me.
00:40:19She says, hey, can Scott go hiking with us?
00:40:22And I was like, ooh.
00:40:25And then the hairs raised on my arm.
00:40:27And I said, this is going to be monumentally problematic.
00:40:36He can cheat on you.
00:40:37You can't cheat on him, Cassie.
00:40:39And I work for him at the end of the day.
00:40:42So now you've involved me by just texting me, can he hike with us?
00:40:50Kid Cudi goes hiking with us.
00:40:51Totally normal day.
00:40:54About a week after we went hiking, about 6, 6.30 in the morning, I hear a banging at my door.
00:41:01Let's go, chop, chop.
00:41:03It's Puff.
00:41:05His pants are split open like a maniac, froth in the side of his mouth.
00:41:12He has a gun, and he's mad as hell.
00:41:16He's like, why didn't you tell me?
00:41:19And I'm like, I don't know what you're talking about.
00:41:22Kid Cudi.
00:41:24And I was like, oh, that's Cassie's friend.
00:41:26And he's like, yeah, fuck all this.
00:41:29Go get dressed.
00:41:29We're going to go kill him.
00:41:33And I'm like, I don't want to do that.
00:41:36And he's like, I don't give a fuck what you want to do.
00:41:41He kidnapped me, and we drove 15 minutes up to Cudi's house.
00:41:45He went in with his gun.
00:41:51I was praying that Cudi wasn't home.
00:41:54And I called Cassie.
00:41:55What the fuck?
00:41:59He came and got me with a gun.
00:42:01We came up to Cudi's house to kill him.
00:42:03He's inside the house.
00:42:04I don't know what's going on, Cassie.
00:42:06What the fuck is going on?
00:42:07What happened?
00:42:08She said, Cudi's with me.
00:42:12Then I see Puff coming back down the walkway.
00:42:15And he was like, tell her, I have you, and I'm not going to let you go.
00:42:19So, Cassie, he has me.
00:42:22He won't let me go until I'm coming to get you.
00:42:25She says, come get me.
00:42:29He immediately begins kicking shit out of her.
00:42:33She was just crouching, and he was just kicking her.
00:42:40He never balled up his fist, and it reminded me of, like, pimp 70s shit.
00:42:44Like, oh, you're not going to touch her face, because that's where the money is.
00:42:49Puff is like, what y'all got to do is tell Cudi to not tell the police it's me.
00:42:56If I get in trouble today for this bitch, I'm killing everybody.
00:43:01First of all, I want to start by saying I'm very proud of y'all.
00:43:04You know, when I started out on my professional career,
00:43:08it's this fire and this passion that you have inside of you
00:43:11that makes you want a better life for yourself,
00:43:14where you put your ego to the side,
00:43:16and you're ready to serve whoever your boss is.
00:43:19Are you ready to be there and be loyal and help take them to the top?
00:43:23He was so mad for not telling him that Cassie was fucking Cudi.
00:43:28I was fired, and I went from being in charge of the company
00:43:31to you'll never be a president of any company.
00:43:35The kidnapping is, for me, is...
00:43:37That's, like, the most detrimental thing.
00:43:42I worked so hard to be able to take care of myself.
00:43:45And I worked so hard for...
00:43:48His life would have been over then.
00:43:53He would have gone to jail for kidnapping in Los Angeles.
00:43:57But I protected you because I had more love for the culture
00:44:00than to embarrass him and take it all away from him like that.
00:44:04But you and Cassie put me back in it after I was out.
00:44:08The trauma that this case has caused me
00:44:16has been more traumatized than the first go-round with it.
00:44:22Because now I have to tell you what he did
00:44:25before I could pretend it was on.
00:44:28And I think I did a good job of it.
00:44:32If you look at my Instagram,
00:44:33you'll see good stories about the past.
00:44:38I didn't call him the devil
00:44:40until Cassie finally came out and said something.
00:44:50The most anticipated trial of the year
00:44:53officially underway in New York City.
00:44:55Mom, how are you doing?
00:44:57How are you doing?
00:44:57Music mogul Sean Diddy Combs
00:44:59facing life in prison
00:45:00on charges of sex trafficking,
00:45:02racketeering, and transportation
00:45:03to engage in prostitution.
00:45:24We want to know what happened.
00:45:25It is a mixed verdict, if you will.
00:45:30It is a mixed verdict, if you will.
00:45:36It's a mixed verdict, but it is a stunning victory for the defense.
00:45:42When we were in the deliberation room and we've come to an agreement and we're only saying that he's guilty for these two counts,
00:45:47my words exactly were O-S-H-I-T.
00:45:48My words exactly were O-S-H-I-T.
00:45:53Do you think that justice was served?
00:45:54Do you think that justice was served?
00:45:54A hundred percent.
00:45:55We saw both sides of it and we came with our conclusions.
00:45:57Today's a great victory.
00:45:58It's a great victory.
00:45:59It's a great victory.
00:46:00It's a great victory for Sean Combs.
00:46:01Today's a great victory for Sean Combs.
00:46:02Today's a great victory for Sean Combs.
00:46:03Today's a great victory for Sean Combs.
00:46:08Today is a win.
00:46:09I wasn't shocked by the verdict.
00:46:13He knows how to control all the actions and trying to getES to work in a way.
00:46:18We're always going to take the right toile and as we can't control all the rights.
00:46:22I'm not afraid if we can get them.
00:46:25We're not afraid.
00:46:26You're not afraid.
00:46:27You're not afraid.
00:46:28You're not afraid if you can't.
00:46:29We won't play any fight.
00:46:30You're not afraid.
00:46:31You're not afraid.
00:46:32You're not afraid.
00:46:33I'm afraid.
00:46:34You're not afraid to be afraid.
00:46:37knows how to control the narrative or change the narrative by throwing money at it sean threw good
00:46:45money towards a bad situation that he was in he threw a lot of it at that situation eight lawyers
00:46:53combs's legal team which has been dubbed the dream team it's a multi-million dollar
00:46:57group of lawyers we had a wonderful jury they listened to every word and they got the situation
00:47:05right i'm not a rapper music lover or anything so i need zero knowledge about him i am of that
00:47:15generation who basically grew up listening to the music that he was involved in from biggie to 112
00:47:26i even like day 26 i wasn't like a personal fan of his but in general the music
00:47:3212 jurors looking at a celebrity for the first time up close and personal
00:47:43in a unique situation where they have the power over that celebrity
00:47:50it's easy for him to play on people's consciousness on their opinion of him on their thoughts of him on
00:47:56their view of him by just turning a pr switch on in the trial one of the things that blew my mind is
00:48:05i actually saw a huge pr machine at play i'm gonna be at this trial every single day i'm gonna be in
00:48:12the morning to turn you know i was one of 14 members of the public that were allowed in the courtroom it
00:48:18was a lot other people from social media they were right there with me and i saw diddy's pr team working
00:48:27out literally talking to bloggers talking to everybody it's like we have a movie you're speaking
00:48:35this language and you know saying we need subtitles diddy's team actually approached me and said hey we want
00:48:43to give you the transcripts every day we send out a highlight of the parts that you should actually
00:48:50pay attention to and that you might want to share with your people now when that happened i was like
00:48:57okay but no thank you right so you have to have some sort of calms to constantly be pushing that mom
00:49:04you have to this is a 10-year relationship it was adults and consensual and everybody who was there
00:49:10wanted to be there because you may just be a person that just does you just may watch cnn you
00:49:15know what i'm saying and there's like there's nine billion people in the world and and seven billion
00:49:20of them is on instagram and tiktok and so you at y'all you at the wrong place looking to see what
00:49:27the people with the possible jurors are thinking in the lunchroom diddy's pr team was holding court
00:49:34i saw them with a lot of bloggers instagram tiktokers every day they would convene they would be
00:49:42whispering back and forth and i literally saw how something would happen in court and the same group
00:49:49of people that were like this with diddy's pr they were reporting their version of events
00:49:55and it spread everywhere you got a jury that's not sequestered they're going to be going home
00:50:03every night and this will be all over social media when they did not sequester the jurors
00:50:11i was like this can turn upside down by the end of the trial because i knew there would be a way in
00:50:16for him my tripping cassie takes absolutely zero accountability cassie was pretty much the ring
00:50:25leader that bitch was going back to the freak off baby you went back being freaky is not a crime
00:50:30people have that motherfucking jury questioning everything they see with their damn eyes
00:50:37for me staying out of social media and things wasn't difficult but um some people i know were
00:50:44were like fiending to get back onto instagram or like oh my gosh i have to check my x y and d
00:50:52it's funny because you would hear rumors that something happened in court and we're like what
00:50:58that didn't happen what do you mean the jurors definitely started to feel that there was a major
00:51:06shift in tone of energy towards closing arguments they were saying things like this was a modern day love
00:51:11story you didn't see any force fraud or coercion between cassie and sean that was a very very
00:51:21interesting relationship this is two people in in love you know they are like overly loud you cannot
00:51:28explain she wanted to be with them he took her for granted he never thought that she'll leave her
00:51:36so it's like both hands clapping together you cannot clap with one hand the both hands like this then you
00:51:42get the noise do you believe that sean combs is a violent person based on that intercontinental video he
00:51:50can be unforgivable honestly
00:52:00you can't beat that small girl like that the way he did the defense was smart to say hey it's not
00:52:06against the law to be a bad person you can say he was a terrible person is not being charged with
00:52:11domestic violence but he said he's not charged with domestic violence domestic violence wasn't one
00:52:17of the charges the very next day the following day if you see how they are getting back together and
00:52:24exchanging text messages and like nothing ever happened so now we are confused what's going on here
00:52:31he's beating her next minute they're going on dinners and trips it's like going back and forth back and
00:52:39forth allegations of i was forced i had to say are nonsense she could have done whatever she wanted
00:52:47to do that's my answer i mean if you don't like something you completely get out you cannot have
00:52:53both ways have the luxury and then complain about it i don't think so he's turning a pr switch on
00:53:03and turning it off turning another one on over here lighting a match for diversion over here
00:53:08and then you get people confused about whether any of this is real or people are just coming
00:53:14after him to attack him combs has really been eyeing jurors looking for their reaction to all of
00:53:21the testimony where the judge threatened to remove combs from the courtroom at one point the judge did
00:53:27reprimand him for nodding at the jury did you ever make eye contact with sean no no no we we are not
00:53:37supposed to if they catch you doing eye contacts or any other gestures you'll be removed you'll be kicked
00:53:46out there were times where he would feel strongly i guess for something and would not but that's pretty
00:53:55much all it was it wasn't anything crazy or like it wasn't like he was trying to sway us it was i think
00:54:02it was more of just him as a person just reacting to whatever was being said and forgetting where he
00:54:09was at the time it's funny because i remember that nod watching making of the band like he would do that
00:54:16often i think that's just his go-to
00:54:22if he felt it was something that he wanted i guess approval on he would look towards us and be like
00:54:28like you heard that and sometimes look over to us like can you believe they said that
00:54:35in his facial expressions it was funny to see because i had the same facial expressions that
00:54:45he did at times when it was something that um someone said and it's like that didn't make much sense
00:54:51like what um i think the the biggest one i remember was when capricorn clark um said something about
00:55:06being kidnapped jurors heard the emotional testimony from capricorn clark she alleges the music
00:55:13mogul kidnapped and threatened described her relationship with combs as quote complicated
00:55:18everything that i said in court is mad real i said i've been kidnapped with a gun my life has been
00:55:26threatened i've watched him beat up his girlfriend we went to murder somebody but that jury in there
00:55:34that day i knew they didn't believe anything i mean uh it's hard to believe it's hard to believe
00:55:42i think we kind of i think the whole juror the room felt that that question mark pop up i'm watching
00:55:52them as they relate to him i think they all kind of had a like for puff whenever they looked over at puff it
00:56:00was like like buddy buddy they were starstruck i never looked at him once but every time i caught the
00:56:10glance of him in the corner of my eye he would make me cry i cried a lot in there because i was like
00:56:17this is a nightmare you look like a walking corpse puff i'm hearing some disgusting stuff
00:56:26and i have to re-traumatize myself about what you took from me but what happened to you
00:56:31capricorn clark had a lot of information that was very emotional she's remembering these events more
00:56:44than a decade ago and with the emotion attached to it maybe the details are skewed but the problem is
00:56:51that that just leaves room for doubt that's where her credibility became an issue i think
00:57:08they miss the nuances they get these highlights like
00:57:15he beat her for 15 minutes and kicked her in the face well he had been beating women since 1992
00:57:24and he was kicking them when they were down it's just not on film it seems to be all of a sudden with
00:57:33sean and it isn't this has been a slow build some of it happened before our eyes
00:57:43the death toll from last week stampede at a new york charity basketball game has risen to nine
00:57:50whatever must be done must be done to ensure that this never ever ever happens again and we blinked
00:57:57twice puffy as well as the head of his security team are both charged with second degree assault in
00:58:02connection with a beating attack on music industry executive steve stout and combs have settled out of
00:58:08court for a half a million dollars and we blinked again and then we're like okay i guess this is
00:58:13what's cool now sean puffy combs was arrested here in new york today on a gun possession charge after
00:58:21leaving a nightclub in which three people were shot the da failed to prove that combs was in any way
00:58:27responsible i'm at really a loss i'm very emotional i'm just i feel blessed but you still have a victim
00:58:34road that leads to sean combs some pretty explosive allegations tonight against p diddy
00:58:41box 5's julie banderas is at the courthouse in lower manhattan right now julie hey rosanna well
00:58:46all of us know celebrities like p diddy get dragged through the mud all the time but this latest
00:58:51allegation so shocking would you believe they're accusing p diddy of murder p diddy's been sued a
00:58:58bunch of times before but by his best friend make that former friend kirk burroughs he's even the
00:59:03godfather of one of combs sons yep that's show business i also am a victim on multiple levels
00:59:13with sean combs i think out of everybody that has a gripe with sean kirk is probably the most legitimate
00:59:22kirk was the foundation of bad boy he wasn't the face but in the early days he was the foundation of it
00:59:30and bad boy would not run unless kirk was involved he really caught a bad deal
00:59:37not only was he abusive to me from an employer employee standpoint
00:59:44he was also abusive to me in other ways in what way um
00:59:56sexually deviant ways
00:59:58i did not want to do it i didn't want to be around him and take care of him as he's essaying me and others
01:00:10i had 25 percent ownership of bad boy i worked day and night
01:00:20after i was fired i wanted to get my 25 paid out and i started to get things together to build a lawsuit
01:00:28to sue him for the stocks that he had taken from me burroughs claimed p diddy cheated him out of 25 million
01:00:37today his lawyers made shocking allegations they even accuse him of ordering the hit that killed rapper
01:00:42tupac shakur this is a terrorist organization that uses fear violence and the threat of violence to take
01:00:50money from people and put it in their pocket it was eventually labeled rico and racketeering
01:01:00i was the first to call it but i was looked on as that has to be a lie right now the judge did say
01:01:09this looks like it will be dismissed after the filing of the lawsuit i did not succeed
01:01:15and then i was banished from the business
01:01:21for 25 years i was basically blacklisted and banned next thing you know shelters homelessness
01:01:33we've shown sometimes you're humiliated sometimes you've made an example of
01:01:39sometimes violent things happen to you
01:01:46through the years a lot of bad things happen to good friends
01:01:58as bottomless as the hole as you think he's in he comes up out like a whirlwind and like a shooting
01:02:03star into the sky i made the big mistake in my life to think that when you are championing someone and
01:02:15taking care of them and you have their back and you are the holder of their secrets
01:02:25the betrayal came at a great cost and the way he handled me was to erase me
01:02:40cassie ventura released a statement saying i am so scared that his first actions will be swift
01:02:46retribution towards me and others who spoke about him at this trial
01:02:55people have asked was i afraid i i was afraid i've been afraid i am afraid what are you afraid of
01:03:04powerful people do scary things
01:03:07he remembers all of the people that said no and that might have slighted them and there's a price to
01:03:19pay for that he who never mistreated anyone and never stole anything and never abused anybody he's devious
01:03:27he's calculating master manipulator i think in ways he's soulless this is motherfucking history last night
01:03:39we was human but tonight you're going to superhuman and i think it's hate crimes that sean has perpetrated
01:03:49against countless people that have crossed this path
01:03:58it hurts it hurts it hurts it hurts i hope he's getting everything he got coming to him and plus some
01:04:07he's gonna get it all he's gonna get it the same way he gave it he's gonna get it everybody had to go
01:04:15do something with this dude suck ass when they go
01:04:22when i was first starting out i didn't have no mercy if you live life like that too much i think your
01:04:28intentions can get misinterpreted my intentions were just to make everybody the best
01:04:35for everybody to eat to make history and to inspire the world and i think i did that
01:04:42i don't want to wake up you know old and have any regrets that i didn't develop as a man
01:04:53i'm still in this movie and i just plan on i just know the ending and that's going to end happily ever
