00:00:40what I'm saying?
00:00:41It was great.

00:00:43That's what we gotta drop.
00:00:44Then we're all looking.
00:00:45I think you got the atomic bomb.
00:00:47I think you got the atomic bomb.
00:00:59I think you got the atomic bomb.
00:01:01I know you puff.
00:01:02I know you hide things well.
00:01:04I know you bury things well.
00:01:06I know you lie well.
00:01:08Send it to us.
00:01:10That's why God telling me not to do nothing.
00:01:12Y'all do it.
00:01:13Y'all see it.
00:01:14Y'all watch this shit.
00:01:15I didn't think I would ever get to the point of telling people what you've done.
00:01:20I'm not really supposed to be doing that.
00:01:23Put us in a room with people who don't know.
00:01:26And he's the most powerful man.
00:01:31But if you're in a room alone with him...
00:01:37Check this out.
00:01:38I know y'all heard all of the rumors that I'm looking for a new assistant.
00:01:41The rumors are true.
00:01:43I started working for Puff in April of 2004.
00:01:47I was his assistant.
00:01:49My first day started off cool.
00:01:52And it got interesting over the course of the day.
00:01:59We drove around the city and he was giving me like the run of the show.
00:02:03Like, you'll take notes.
00:02:04You'll go with me in meetings.
00:02:06You'll make sure my food is ready in the morning.
00:02:09Hey, Diddy, can we ask you a question?
00:02:13Later that night, he took me to Central Park.
00:02:17With his head of security.
00:02:19And he said, Cap, I want to talk to you about a couple of things.
00:02:24At some point, Puff found out that I knew Suge.
00:02:29My relationship was with his baby's mother, who is still to this day my best friend.
00:02:33He says, hey, I didn't know you had anything to do with Suge.
00:02:37Like, if something happens, I'm going to have to kill you.
00:02:43He wanted to let me know how it would happen.
00:02:46You will be in a dark park and there will be no one around if this shit goes left.
00:02:55And I'm telling you, I'm telling you.
00:02:58Like, we're just going to do it like this so you really understand.
00:03:02I never told anyone.
00:03:05I never called the police.
00:03:07Anybody else would have said,
00:03:09But Daddy told me he's going to kill me in the park.
00:03:11I think his trust came from that.
00:03:16I had a lot of history with dealing with addicts and intense personalities.
00:03:26My mother was addicted to cocaine.
00:03:28If you're dealing with someone who's on coke five days a week as a child,
00:03:33by the time you're 23 and she's dead, it desensitized me to a lot of things.
00:03:40Puff was a disorganized chaos that I understood.
00:03:46I have a reputation that, you know, I may be hard to work with or hard to work for.
00:03:51And that's the truth.
00:03:55He made me write a book. It's Leather Bound.
00:03:58How to assist Sean Combs.
00:04:00Good morning, everyone.
00:04:01Capricorn. Out of anybody knows what it takes to be successful around me.
00:04:062008, I got promoted to be global brand director.
00:04:09This basically means de facto manager.
00:04:14I worked for him till 2012.
00:04:18And so I know him more than most people.
00:04:22He's very good at mental games.
00:04:24I'm the king!
00:04:25He's very good at getting up under your skin.
00:04:30He's very good at attacking your fears.
00:04:32I'm not everybody else!
00:04:34And he's very good at retaliation.
00:04:39Whether you call him Sean Denny, Puff Daddy, or Mr. Combs, he's always been in a class of his own.
00:04:54So tonight, he is the esteemed recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award.
00:05:01Get up!
00:05:03Everybody stand up, Puff!
00:05:06Yes!
00:05:07This guy is a real professional at masking and lying and making himself look like the greatest of them all.
00:05:16This is my favorite artist.
00:05:19How do we crown our kings?
00:05:21Some people are looking at it like they're demolishing our kings.
00:05:26They're taking...
00:05:27Man, what Puffy do for you?
00:05:30He ain't did nothing.
00:05:31It's an honor to present this BET Lifetime Achievement Award to Sean Puffy Combs.
00:05:40Puffy ain't no king for us. He's a monster.
00:05:43Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah!
00:05:46It didn't really register until maybe a year after working with him.
00:05:55It's like, yo, all this was a plan.
00:05:58I got a call. Puff was doing a writer's camp for his new album, the Love album off the grid.
00:06:15So tell me you're through.
00:06:19For the first two weeks, there was hundreds of people.
00:06:22What identified me and made me different was I play multiple instruments.
00:06:30Out of all those people, he asked me to make the album.
00:06:39One day, we got our headphones on and we were working.
00:06:44I see this guy named G. I don't know his full name.
00:06:47I see him, Justin, and Puff going to the bathroom together.
00:06:53Moments later, I hear boom, boom, two shots.
00:06:58I'm like, yo, so I'm going through sounds.
00:07:01I'm like, this can't be, you know.
00:07:04It's like, okay, maybe I hit one of those gun shots on the keypad.
00:07:08I see Justin and Puff walk out.
00:07:11I opened the door and he was in there just bleeding.
00:07:19He was bleeding out.
00:07:24You know, growing up in the hood, you know, people get shot all the time.
00:07:29So immediately, I'm like, yo, I need towels, towels, bring me towels, towels.
00:07:33And I just start patching them up and applying pressure.
00:07:36Amelians come, they pulled three blocks down.
00:07:42I'm trying to weigh them.
00:07:43Like, I go running down, like, what y'all doing?
00:07:45He's like, yo, we got to wait for the police get here.
00:07:47I'm like, yo, he's getting ready to die.
00:07:51I got to get this guy outside so when the Amelians come, he can be getting in.
00:07:56So, you know, time is of the essence right now.
00:08:00The police did arrive.
00:08:02Puff said, yo, tell them that the shooting did not happen here.
00:08:08And the way they were saying it, they weren't asking.
00:08:11You know what I'm saying?
00:08:15I do remember Puff's security, Fahim, just there on the scene, just actively moving in and out as the LAPD was there.
00:08:25He's like telling us all stay inside and somehow he was able to make this all go away.
00:08:36That shook me.
00:08:37I'm still shook.
00:08:39The only time I've heard about some type of shooting in the studio where we're all creating was Tupac.
00:08:47Tupac Shakur was shot five times last night in a robbery.
00:08:50After the shooting, Puff and Justin, they walked out with confidence.
00:08:55The next day, the reporter showed up.
00:09:02He told him something totally different.
00:09:05And they reported that and left.
00:09:08That video was after I had helped him get to the ambulance.
00:09:16No one knows who he is, where he's at.
00:09:19He just disappeared.
00:09:24And at the studio, everybody acting like it never happened.
00:09:27Unfortunately, if you want to make it to something in this industry, you have to work for certain people.
00:09:38Like Puffy, he's one of the gatekeepers.
00:09:40I knew if I finished this job, it would be a good accomplishment for my career.
00:09:55This would pay my kids bills and my bills and my grandkids.
00:09:58So, I just want to get right back to work.
00:10:07We're working on this Justin Bieber song.
00:10:10Moments.
00:10:14Puff wanted moments to feel like Michael Jackson can't help it.
00:10:18He had a bunch of people taking stabs at it, trying to crack the code and couldn't.
00:10:23I've been patient, patiently waiting.
00:10:28I've been faking for a long time.
00:10:32I got into it and I made five versions of it.
00:10:37And I played that song.
00:10:39He danced for probably four hours straight.
00:10:53Just to that song.
00:10:54He's like, yo, we cracked the code.
00:10:55He did it.
00:10:57He said, yo, put me in the A room in the studio tomorrow with him.
00:11:02And it was at that moment.
00:11:09He flew me to Miami to work at his house.
00:11:14There's a little ride over here.
00:11:16We're in cones, entertainment, bad boys, love records.
00:11:18I just thought about it.
00:11:19We're making history, baby.
00:11:21Never lie to you.
00:11:23Life ain't perfect, we just live it.
00:11:25Fuck what they say we did.
00:11:26We just did.
00:11:28God.
00:11:30Miami was when the relationship really began.
00:11:34The working relationship.
00:11:35But now, now, now, niggas, that's scarlin' hot.
00:11:39While we're working on his album, he's recording everything all day, all the time.
00:11:48Totally crazy.
00:11:49Yeah, come on.
00:11:50We're gonna do three songs tonight.
00:11:52I'm on a yacht with him and there's a song where he's talking to Cassie.
00:11:56He's telling her, please come on home.
00:11:58Never lie to you.
00:12:00Life ain't perfect, we just live it.
00:12:01You're gonna take, take, take it out, take, take, take it out, come on, come on.
00:12:05But I just remember it because eight bars took us probably seven months to record.
00:12:13Cry for you.
00:12:14No, no, no, no, no, no.
00:12:16Come on, come on.
00:12:17Yeah, let's go.
00:12:18Come on, Chad.
00:12:19I got it for you.
00:12:20Come on, I got it, I got it going.
00:12:21Yeah, yeah, don't do that.
00:12:22Okay.
00:12:23Ever.
00:12:24Okay.
00:12:25To the earth for your touch.
00:12:26Cry for you, cry for you, die for you.
00:12:28I'm letting all y'all niggas know if I ain't hot, y'all niggas ain't hot.
00:12:31So I'm telling y'all, y'all better get to producing some motherfucking sex in the Porsche.
00:12:35I don't know, y'all acting like, y'all, I could be motherfucking lukewarm and y'all gonna be hot.
00:12:43You don't wanna be lukewarm.
00:12:44It's been taking me fucking ever to get back to my exact tone because I got so big I could hear myself rapping.
00:12:59You know what I'm saying?
00:13:01But I'm figuring it out just now.
00:13:03I don't wanna be like figuring out just now and y'all witnessing Jesus walking on water.
00:13:08You know what I'm saying?
00:13:09Or Jesus having a breakthrough.
00:13:12You know what I'm saying?
00:13:13Because I can only compare myself to the Son of God.
00:13:15You feel me?
00:13:17I didn't realize it, but he was definitely grooming.
00:13:22Work hard to get those gifts, those sneakers, those shoes.
00:13:25You know, he promised me $250,000.
00:13:29He also promised me a house right next door.
00:13:34We had a conversation about making me the producer of the year.
00:13:39You know what I'm saying?
00:13:41Love, love, love, love.
00:13:43I love you, Lil' Leroy.
00:13:45No, I nick it.
00:13:47We bringing back that signature sonic sound.
00:13:51We gotta figure out how to touch on some deeper level than the surface shit we've been rapping about.
00:13:57You know what I'm saying?
00:13:59That's when it began to get a little weird for me.
00:14:02Puff would show a video with someone penetrating a Caucasian man from the rear end.
00:14:10I didn't really understand that.
00:14:12You know what I'm saying?
00:14:13He telling me like, yo, this is the way to success in the music.
00:14:17And I'm like confused.
00:14:18Like, you know what I'm saying?
00:14:21Like, what's going on?
00:14:23Is this like a joke?
00:14:25Let's keep the frequency high, man.
00:14:27Keep it high, it's too much shit trying to bring us down.
00:14:30I was told to go to Booby Trap on the River, a strip club in Miami.
00:14:36They put me on the recruiting sex workers.
00:14:40They gave me the bad boy hat.
00:14:42And they would tell me, yo, put this hat on.
00:14:45Get some girls and come back to the house.
00:14:47Like, I'm like, how do they know?
00:14:49They're like, yo, they know once you put their hat on, they know.
00:14:52You know what I'm saying?
00:14:53The whole deal.
00:14:54This is like a routine.
00:14:56I'm just like, yo, this has nothing to do with music.
00:15:00It's weird.
00:15:01But he felt like this is the only way he's going to be able to make this album.
00:15:09They'll be doing these freak offs and it'll be Puff and Justin in the room with multiple women.
00:15:17Closed doors and lots of music and lots of drugs.
00:15:20We just celebrating life, you know what I'm saying?
00:15:23And it's fucking Friday.
00:15:24And it's fucking Friday.
00:15:25I had Prime Puff.
00:15:27The man is like, sure of himself.
00:15:30Now you're 50 plus Puff.
00:15:33How do you even take ketamine?
00:15:36How is this fun for you at 50 something years old?
00:15:39Like, are you doing it to keep up with the kids?
00:15:43It goes back to fatherhood.
00:15:45You didn't groom them to take over this company.
00:15:47You groomed them to do the same things that you doing.
00:15:51And the sad part about it is you will never know if they agree or disagree with their father because they can't say it.
00:16:00Yo, Raw, party next door.
00:16:03It would be the 2C, the cocaine, or even Molly.
00:16:07We were all on these products whether we knew it or not.
00:16:11You would always hear people say like, yo, Puff got God's eyes or God's spirit or he, he always knows.
00:16:22Like people, he build his perception.
00:16:24I open the door and see like four or five different screens with a bunch of little pockets in there like, yo.
00:16:33And that's when I realized that, yo, this whole property has hidden cameras everywhere.
00:16:40He who had no sin became sin.
00:16:46There were days we would party, I would wake up not knowing what the hell happened.
00:16:51Some days those girls next to me woke up some days, he was in the bed.
00:16:57I'm going on a love rampage.
00:17:00I ain't hiding nothing, I ain't scared nothing, that's the season that I'm in.
00:17:04I would wake up feeling sore, still not understanding exactly what's, you know what I'm saying, transpiring.
00:17:11But this is me starting to understand that I was drugged pretty often.
00:17:21I tried to confine in KK Christina, that's Puff's chief of staff.
00:17:28And I thought it would be more, you know, understood if I took it to someone who was a woman.
00:17:34But she was always like, trying to like downplay it.
00:17:40I think KK was the worst gatekeeper he ever had.
00:17:45Puff is the kind of person, um, you know the story of the two wolves?
00:17:50Which wolf wins? The wolf you feed?
00:17:53All of us, we're cognizant of the bad wolf, but we're feeding the good wolf.
00:17:57And the good wolf in this case scenario, it's a history breaker.
00:18:00It's a record, you know, somebody that's going to drive our culture forward.
00:18:04KK, help me out, because you're in this too, KK.
00:18:07Someone who's like good with the PR side of it too, to like get out there and spin it, so like...
00:18:12I believe that they fed the bad wolf.
00:18:15Give me some real love! Turn that TV off.
00:18:18Just the energy just ain't right.
00:18:20There's a lot of things that happen to me I just don't even want to speak on, you know what I'm saying?
00:18:25Day 145.
00:18:31148?
00:18:33At that rate, I had to ask myself, man, how long you were willing to deal with him?
00:18:38My nigga Lil' Leon. His name is Lil' Rob, but I'm calling him Lil' Leon. You know what I'm saying? He's one of the first draft picks of the new hitmen. You know what I'm saying? Incredible talent. Look at that nigga, Lil' Leroy's hat.
00:18:54You have to be strong and able to tough this out.
00:18:59We are, we are, them niggas.
00:19:03I can still make sure everything that I did on this album still makes it. And I'm just trying to fake the funk.
00:19:10And they can. And they can. Fuck with us. Fuck with us.
00:19:14But then...
00:19:17I'm gonna take on the billboard, you know what I mean?
00:19:22I'm gonna take on the billboard, you know what I mean?
00:19:24Right after I finished the album, they kept putting my business on the back burner for months.
00:19:30And it was like, where's my payment?
00:19:33Yeah, I'm on it, bro, but I'm not gonna be able to get nothing done today.
00:19:38One thing you know about me is I'm always keep it 100.
00:19:41Diddy is back with...
00:19:44The love album.
00:19:45The love album off the grid. The R.B. album you can fuck to.
00:19:50This is the first time we were hearing music from you in what, 13 years?
00:19:54This is my love story. Just me and you, we just locked in in 48 hours of love.
00:20:00They dropped the album, and I was like, where's my money?
00:20:05Yo, bro, it's gonna take that time that I said.
00:20:08A lot of shit got backed up and everything due to the circumstances.
00:20:11Nobody's saying you're not getting paid.
00:20:14He didn't wanna pay the people closest to him.
00:20:17Because if you have money, you have a little bit more bravado about how you move.
00:20:22He didn't want you to ever to feel too comfortable.
00:20:25He wanted you to feel like there's a carrot being dangled.
00:20:27He did that with me. He enjoys to see people not having. He enjoys to see him having and everybody else wanting and needing.
00:20:37And I don't wanna know, you know what I'm saying, I'm proud with you or you feeling like I'm not taking it seriously.
00:20:43I'm just telling you, I'm telling you at the time it takes.
00:20:47Just got nominated for a Grammy. Let me make it clear.
00:20:50I didn't just get nominated for a Grammy. We just got nominated for a Grammy.
00:20:56No, bro, I'm not letting you get out of this. Like, you're gonna have to answer this. You know what I'm saying?
00:21:01Yo, my brother, are you alright? I'm starting to get concerned about the truth.
00:21:07He was calling me, like, left and right.
00:21:10You're trying to handle something, bro. You actually sent me something that I could take a certain way.
00:21:16Like, you're trying to make a problem with somebody that don't want a problem.
00:21:20In fact, I've never seen my phone ring that many times.
00:21:23Yeah, I don't know who's in your head or what's going on in your head.
00:21:27I hope your ass ain't bipolar, little Leroy.
00:21:29I don't really like the way that this shit feels, you know what I'm saying?
00:21:32But I ain't taking shit personally, you know what I'm saying?
00:21:35I don't need no extra stress. I'm prepared to pay any bills I owe anybody.
00:21:40In the time that I was with him, two Thanksgiving's, two Christmases, my kid's birthday,
00:21:47all they offered me, offered, for producing this album was $29,000.
00:21:56$29,000. Which I still ain't even got that to this day.
00:22:02Yeah, Lil Rod, you know, I never see or meant nothing but love for you
00:22:07when I just would never be on the side of some bullshit with you, you know what I'm saying?
00:22:12I just would never. I don't even see you that way.
00:22:14When I think about you, I think about you and your hats and how talented you are
00:22:18and making me smile and your fucking smile and everything, your limp leg.
00:22:22And don't fuck with the way I think about you over no shit, over no, like, the Love album.
00:22:28Come on, B.
00:22:34The album had probably been out a little over a month.
00:22:39All of a sudden, CNN comes on.
00:22:41In our pop culture lead, Just In, producer and musician Sean Combs, accused of doing such and such with Cassie.
00:22:48She was abused. She was a part of the cycle of violence, physical.
00:22:53That was the turning point for me.
00:22:56One lawsuit updated just yesterday by a New York artist named Rodney Jones.
00:23:01Rodney, little Rod Jones.
00:23:02Who worked with Combs on his latest Love album.
00:23:05Jones claims that for more than a year, Combs sexually harassed, drugged and threatened him while working on the project.
00:23:12Hello ladies.
00:23:14How are you? Good afternoon.
00:23:16I understand that I may get blackballed or I may get people attempting to take my life.
00:23:24Yeah, I was trying to help out, bro.
00:23:26You gotta do whatever you feel you gotta do.
00:23:28I don't know what your lawyers, what anybody trying to do.
00:23:31Whatever they trying to do, I guess they could get out of my lawyers.
00:23:34You know what I'm saying?
00:23:35Everybody coming at a nigga now, so it ain't nothing different.
00:23:39I had to tell myself, man, it was time for me to now stand up for justice.
00:23:45Standing up for justice for myself actually stands up for justice for everybody.
00:23:50They actually go to the prosecution.
00:23:52This guy committed another crime.
00:23:54And I would do the same thing with little Rodney.
00:23:56Go to the prosecution.
00:23:57Really put a package together.
00:23:59Here's what he said.
00:24:00You shouldn't report it.
00:24:02As all of the civil lawsuits started to come down,
00:24:14I had a lawyer reach out to me in regards to an affidavit that they had received from a person that was allegedly a victim,
00:24:28and that wanted me to be aware of something that she had seen.
00:24:33I was told it was an assault.
00:24:35The affidavit says,
00:24:40On a very cold night at the end of 2005, I am not sure of the exact date because it was over 20 years.
00:24:49I walked in on Sean Combs' puff daddy, P. Diddy, and another individual, a tall, heavy-set, light-skinned male.
00:24:57I believe he may have been a bodyguard, sexually assaulting Aubrey O'Day.
00:25:02Around this time, I had just finalized my divorce paperwork.
00:25:08And a close friend decided to drive from Allentown, Pennsylvania, to New York City to celebrate.
00:25:15And had met up with my ex-boyfriend and Bad Boy executive, Conrad.
00:25:21Everybody wants to get a piece of this man right now.
00:25:23Conrad was one of my bosses at Bad Boy.
00:25:26He was on Making the Band.
00:25:27You gotta understand where our interest lies.
00:25:30The goal is to have an incredible album.
00:25:32We met Conrad at Bad Boy Studios in Manhattan, otherwise known as Daddy's House.
00:25:38While waiting for Conrad to arrive, I went upstairs to use the bathroom.
00:25:48I had forgotten which door the restroom was in, so I went down the hallway and I kept opening doors.
00:25:54I opened a door that was not the restroom because of what I witnessed happening in there.
00:26:01What I saw as soon as I opened the door was Aubrey sprawled out on a leather couch, looking very inebriated.
00:26:12I didn't drink like that at all at this time.
00:26:18I don't drink at all. It's never been an issue with me.
00:26:21She was naked from the bottom half, and she had something over her top.
00:26:28Puff Daddy was penetrating in her vagina, and there was another stocky, light-skinned man with his penis in her mouth.
00:26:42I haven't read the—I only heard it when it was read over the phone.
00:26:46I have not read it myself. I don't—I just—I don't—I've put this out of my memory.
00:26:53Um, stocky, light-skinned man with his penis in her mouth.
00:27:00Aubrey looked out of it and was just lying there.
00:27:09I am 100% certain that the woman I saw was Aubrey O'Day.
00:27:14100% certain this person is.
00:27:18Well, Danny Lee Cain is more of a pop-rock feeling joint with—with soulful vocals, you know.
00:27:25I told Conrad that night what I had seen, and his response was for me to mind my business
00:27:30because I don't know the dynamic of the situation.
00:27:33Well, fuck, I don't know the dynamic of that situation either.
00:27:37Not to my memory.
00:27:43I did what I was told, minded my business, and went about enjoying my night with my friends.
00:27:54Even after I told her I didn't have a recollection of this, I said, could she be making a mistake?
00:27:59I—I asked in every way I possibly could think of. She was certain.
00:28:04She said, you can come public with this.
00:28:08I'm gonna stand by you. I know what I saw.
00:28:11Does this mean I was raped?
00:28:15Is that what this means?
00:28:18I don't even know if I was raped, and I don't wanna know.
00:28:25My name is Aubrey. I'm from Irvine, and I'm 20 years old.
00:28:30I don't wanna find out any more that that woman has to say.
00:28:35If she made it up, I would be compelled to take her the fuck down.
00:28:41And you realize the burden that that puts on my soul for the past year, which is,
00:28:49if I expose one person who's got a civil lawsuit,
00:28:54that gives Diddy and his legal team credit to take down everybody else as potential liars.
00:29:01Says Aubrey O'Day. Goes right back on my shoulders just like that.
00:29:08The weight of that man and his bullshit. I will never get up from under it.
00:29:17The legal troubles for long-time entertainment mogul Sean Diddy Combs have been building for months.
00:29:23Diddy is facing another lawsuit.
00:29:25Dawn Rashard from Dirty Money.
00:29:27Suing Sean Diddy Combs for alleged assault.
00:29:30Combs' lawyer said, these complaints are full of lies.
00:29:32We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer.
00:29:39Media is the most powerful industry in the world.
00:29:43In this day and age, I do have to address all types of things that need to be cleared up.
00:29:48Game time.
00:29:49Hey, yo, you think we can hire an editor to go and find all the Dorn clips?
00:30:01You're an editor, right?
00:30:03If you don't control your narrative, somebody else will control it.
00:30:06It's a media war.
00:30:07Let me ask you positive comments.
00:30:09Say, um, any dormiture interview where she speaks positively about her relationships with Dirty?
00:30:21They think she did a lot of interviews.
00:30:23On the interviews, they want to talk about me.
00:30:25You know what I'm saying?
00:30:26In the interviews, so we know, like, if you can track down the interviews, they know she hit you right.
00:30:31You know she hit you right.
00:30:32What's up, baby?
00:30:33What's up, boy?
00:30:34You know what I'm saying?
00:30:35Sure, come on.
00:30:36All right, come on.
00:30:37We've got a video with P. Diddy.
00:30:38See me?
00:30:39In the city.
00:30:40In the city.
00:30:41Looking pretty.
00:30:43We live in a real-time world.
00:30:46This case is going to be played in real-time.
00:30:48It's going to be played in front of the public.
00:30:51Billions of people in real-time.
00:30:55Talking to fans, taking selfies with them.
00:30:58Over the weekend was in Central Park.
00:31:00So he seemed like he didn't have a care in the world.
00:31:04Diddy was staying in Midtown Manhattan.
00:31:07He apparently knew this was coming.
00:31:22Breaking news tonight.
00:31:23Sean Diddy Combs has been arrested in a Manhattan hotel this evening after a grand jury indicted the music mogul.
00:31:29The indictment alleges Sean Combs led and participated in a racketeering conspiracy that used the business empire he controlled to carry out criminal activity, including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and the obstruction of justice.
00:31:50After Combs was arrested at the Park Hyde Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, Homeland Security searched his hotel room.
00:31:59But what about when it gets cold?
00:32:00Two hours.
00:32:01Among the items catalogued were a prescription bottle in the name of Frank Black, and that contained clonazepam, which is used to treat everything from anxiety and panic disorders to psychosis.
00:32:20A black fanny pack containing $9,000 in cash.
00:32:29There was also evidence photo shown of another prescription bottle, which agents say contained two bags of a pink powdery substance, which tested positive for MDMA and ketamine.
00:32:39But there was also an evidence photo of five bottles of baby oil and lubricant sitting in the bathroom by the drain, as well as two more bottles of lubricant in the drawer of the nightstand.
00:32:52There was also a Ziploc bag full of Johnson's baby oil bottles.
00:32:59Combs denies all the charges against him.
00:33:01And if convicted, faces possible life in prison.
00:33:04John Diddy Combs will not get out of jail on bail.
00:33:11In the decision, the judge said prosecutors provided clear and convincing evidence to support a risk of witness temporary.
00:33:17And they say just last week, he contacted a witness over 50 times.
00:33:22Miss Kalina Hartberg was the most recent person we know of that he contacted.
00:33:25That was after September 10th, after Dawn Richards filed.
00:33:28This was a deep breakdown.
00:33:30It's a dirty money crew.
00:33:31This is Dawn, as you know.
00:33:32Hey, y'all.
00:33:33Boom.
00:33:34This is Kalina.
00:33:35Hey, y'all.
00:33:36And, you know, this is a special project, you know.
00:33:38When Dawn drops her lawsuit, I get this call at 11 o'clock and he's panicking.
00:33:44Dawn is dropping something.
00:33:46You know what I'm saying?
00:33:47All types of crazy, psycho shit.
00:33:49Motherfuck, she's not.
00:33:51What's your name, motherfucker?
00:33:52Motherfucking girl.
00:33:53This brokenness and kind of niggas motherfucking acting like motherfucking, you know, when zombies
00:33:59get big.
00:34:00I'mma send you this shit right this fucking second.
00:34:03What's she talking about?
00:34:04I'mma send it to you right now.
00:34:06I'mma definitely need you to go on the record.
00:34:08If I'm asking for a big favor, I can't even, like, stay.
00:34:12I'm in an investigation.
00:34:13She's putting this shit in, like, she's bugging, bugging.
00:34:17I never had a problem with this girl.
00:34:19Yeah, I read nothing but you understand.
00:34:22Can you send it to me so I can see it?
00:34:25I'mma send it right now.
00:34:26All right.
00:34:27Look.
00:34:28I read the 55-page lawsuit that Dawn had just filed.
00:34:35And I just, my heart literally dropped on the floor.
00:34:41Dawn Richard is suing Sean Diddy Combs for alleged assault sexual batter, forced labor,
00:34:47and gender-motivated violence.
00:34:49She and her bandmate, Kalina Harper, waited in the kitchen where many of them appear
00:34:53to be lethargic or passed out while Diddy and his guests perform sexual acts on them.
00:34:58I'm asking for the role of favor of life.
00:35:03You know what I'm saying?
00:35:05Yeah, but, like, statement something.
00:35:08Yeah, I mean, I mean, whatever statement any position they need to interview.
00:35:13Granted, I'm dealing with my own situation.
00:35:16I am caught up in a contentious child custody battle.
00:35:21And now this?
00:35:28The only person I could call in the beginning was Puff.
00:35:31Just trying to get help.
00:35:33Like, I need you to help me get more powerful lawyers.
00:35:37I was like, I need 5K.
00:35:39I can pay you back.
00:35:41And at the time, he was like, I can't help because I'm doing something else.
00:35:45Or whatever.
00:35:49So prior to those phone calls, you asked him to help you.
00:35:52Yeah.
00:35:53And he said no.
00:35:54He said he couldn't help me.
00:35:55But then he called you to ask you to make a statement.
00:35:58Yep.
00:35:59And I was like, I said, you know that's fucked up.
00:36:03Because I needed you, my nigga.
00:36:04Kalina, she's a big keeper.
00:36:11Especially if she's with her every time.
00:36:13You know what I'm saying?
00:36:15Like, just give the blackness.
00:36:19But I didn't just tell everybody that, like, hey, just watch that happen.
00:36:23If she was dead, it's not right.
00:36:27You got to figure out what you got to do.
00:36:29Because God told me to do nothing.
00:36:32So for me, it was like, this is a prime opportunity to tell him, I know you got that going on.
00:36:42But I got this going on.
00:36:43I want my kids.
00:36:44I don't know why Dawn is doing this.
00:36:48But I have to talk to my husband because anything I say can fuck around and not, you know, I could not get my kids back.
00:37:01So I was like, look, you know, y'all can't call me because you're scared to go to jail now.
00:37:07And rush me to say anything.
00:37:09I need time to think about it.
00:37:11Like, what am I going to say?
00:37:13I didn't see that.
00:37:14I didn't.
00:37:15But I don't want people to think, like, I'm trying to wear a bulletproof vest because I'm not.
00:37:21It's just like I'm not a bad person.
00:37:24And I wasn't around that shit.
00:37:25Like, I don't fucking know what they was doing.
00:37:27I don't know.
00:37:32He had been reaching out to witnesses who had been subpoenaed.
00:37:35They're able to track it, according to the prosecutors allegedly, on a timeline where there were some people that were subpoenaed that Diddy hadn't spoken to in years.
00:37:43But after they were subpoenaed, he directly reached out to them.
00:37:47He was actually telling people, like, I'm not supposed to be talking to you.
00:37:49Don't text me.
00:37:50So he knew what he was doing was not right.
00:37:53I got some recordings that I could let you hear as well.
00:37:57Baby girl, for real, for real, no pressure.
00:38:00You know, I just felt like me and you was close enough like that.
00:38:03I ain't asking.
00:38:04I ain't never asked nobody to make a statement, you know what I'm saying?
00:38:07I feel comfortable, and I feel comfortable asking you because I know real deal, real, real, real, real dog shit that if it's a nigger's funeral that you'd be jumping in my casket.
00:38:18Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
00:38:19Yeah, because you really love me, you know what I mean?
00:38:22I really do.
00:38:23You know, you know how I feel about you.
00:38:26But it's all good sometimes.
00:38:27You gotta put yourself and your family first, and I respect that.
00:38:31You know what I'm saying?
00:38:32If you have any apprehensions.
00:38:34If God don't tell you 100% to do it, your man TV don't tell you, anybody...
00:38:39Kalina Harper from the group Diddy Dirty Money is speaking out in support of the music mogul.
00:38:45Many of the allegations and incidents described in this suit are not representative of my experiences.
00:38:51And some do not align with my own truth.
00:38:55Who's willing to cooperate with the government in this case?
00:39:02Given who the defendant is, what do you expect that witness list to look like?
00:39:14I got a text from the lead investigator.
00:39:17You've been formally subpoenaed.
00:39:19They'd like to begin the pretrial process.
00:39:22They had talked to well over 200 people before they got to me.
00:39:27They were like, you kept coming up, you kept coming up, you kept coming up.
00:39:32But I never wanted to tell you anyway.
00:39:35I wanted you to think it was all bad boy for life.
00:39:41I answered their questions.
00:39:43Then they say, is there anything missing?
00:39:46And I blew their minds.
00:39:49It was 2011.
00:39:51Puff and myself had moved to Los Angeles.
00:39:54That's the original, that's the original thing, right?
00:39:58Exactly.
00:39:59Everything's original.
00:40:00Yeah.
00:40:01He had a trip.
00:40:02And Cassie came out and stayed with me.
00:40:06That gave her a little bit of freedom.
00:40:08Is that 8 and a minute?
00:40:10Mm-hmm.
00:40:11So when Cassie's stepping out, she's like, oh, I'm gonna go hang out with my friend.
00:40:15And who's he?
00:40:17Kid Cudi.
00:40:18Scott Muscuddy.
00:40:20Wake up the next morning.
00:40:23She texts me.
00:40:24She says, hey, can Scott go hiking with us?
00:40:27And I was like, ooh.
00:40:29And then the hairs raised on my arm.
00:40:31And I said, this is going to be monumentally problematic.
00:40:38He can cheat on you.
00:40:41You can't cheat on him, Cassie.
00:40:44And I work for him at the end of the day.
00:40:47So now you've involved me by just texting me, can he hike with us?
00:40:55Kid Cudi goes hiking with us.
00:40:57Totally normal day.
00:40:59About a week after we went hiking, about 6, 6.30 in the morning, I hear a banging at my door.
00:41:06Let's go chop-chop.
00:41:08It's Puff.
00:41:09And his pants are split open like a maniac, frothing the side of his mouth.
00:41:17He has a gun.
00:41:19And he's mad as hell.
00:41:21He's like, why didn't you tell me?
00:41:24And I'm like, I don't know what you're talking about.
00:41:27Kid Cudi.
00:41:29And I was like, oh, that's Cassie's friend.
00:41:31And he's like, like, yeah, fuck all this.
00:41:33Go get dressed.
00:41:34We're going to go kill him.
00:41:38And I'm like, I don't want to do that.
00:41:41And he's like, I don't give a fuck what you want to do.
00:41:46He kidnapped me.
00:41:47And we drove 15 minutes up to Cudi's house.
00:41:53He went in with his gun.
00:41:55I was praying that Cudi wasn't home.
00:41:59And I called Cassie.
00:42:03What the fuck?
00:42:04He came and got me with a gun.
00:42:06We came up to Cudi's house to kill him.
00:42:08He's inside the house.
00:42:09I don't know what's going on, Cassie.
00:42:11What the fuck is going on?
00:42:12What happened?
00:42:13She said, Cudi's with me.
00:42:17Then I see Puff coming back down the walkway.
00:42:20And he was like, tell her I have you and I'm not going to let you go.
00:42:25Cassie, he has me.
00:42:27He won't let me go until I'm coming to get you.
00:42:30She says, come get me.
00:42:31He immediately begins kicking shit out of her.
00:42:38She was just crouching.
00:42:41And he was just kicking her.
00:42:44He never balled up his fist.
00:42:46And it reminded me of, like, Pimp 70s shit.
00:42:48Like, oh, you're not going to touch her face,
00:42:51because that's where the money is.
00:42:56Puff was like, what y'all got to do is tell Cudi
00:42:59to not tell the police it's me.
00:43:00If I get in trouble today for this bitch, I'm killing everybody.
00:43:06First of all, I want to start by saying I'm very proud of y'all.
00:43:09You know, when I started out on my professional career,
00:43:13it's this fire and this passion that you have inside of you
00:43:16that makes you want a better life for yourself,
00:43:19where you put your ego to the side,
00:43:21and you're ready to serve whoever your boss is.
00:43:23You're ready to be there and be loyal
00:43:25and help take them to the top.
00:43:27He was so mad for not telling him that Cassie was fucking Cudi.
00:43:33I was fired and I went from being in charge of the company
00:43:36to you'll never be a president of any company.
00:43:38The kidnapping is for me is, that's like the most detrimental thing.
00:43:47I worked so hard to be able to take care of myself.
00:43:51And I worked so hard for Puff.
00:43:53His life would have been over then.
00:43:57He would have gone to jail for kidnapping in Los Angeles.
00:44:02But I protected you because I had more love for the culture
00:44:05than to embarrass him and take it all away from him like that.
00:44:08But you and Cassie put me back in it after I was out.
00:44:17The trauma that this case has caused me
00:44:22has been more traumatized than the first go-round with it.
00:44:26Because now I have to tell you what he did before I could pretend it was on.
00:44:35And I think I did a good job of it.
00:44:37If you look at my Instagram, you'll see good stories about the past.
00:44:43I didn't call him the devil until Cassie finally came out and said something.
00:44:48The most anticipated trial of the year officially underway in New York City.
00:45:03Music mogul Sean Diddy Combs facing life in prison on charges of sex trafficking,
00:45:07racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
00:45:18We want to know what happened.
00:45:31In the matter of U.S. vs. Combs, count one, not guilty.
00:45:35This is Max Trafficking of Cassandra Ventura, not guilty.
00:45:37You're not guilty.
00:45:38You're not guilty.
00:45:39You're not guilty.
00:45:40You're not guilty.
00:45:41You're not guilty.
00:45:42You're not guilty.
00:45:44You're not guilty.
00:45:45Excellent.
00:45:46Are you the real?
00:45:47Woo!
00:45:49Janice!
00:45:51Janice!
00:45:53Janice!
00:45:54Janice!
00:45:56It is a mixed verdict, if you will.
00:45:57It's a mixed verdict, but it is a stunning victory for the defense.
00:46:03Bad boy!
00:46:05Bad boy!
00:46:06When we were in the deliberation room and we've come to an agreement and we're only saying that he's guilty for these two counts, my words exactly were, oh, S-H-I-T.
00:46:22Do you think that justice was served?
00:46:24100%. We saw both sides of it and we came with our conclusions.
00:46:31Today's a great victory. It's a great victory for Sean Combs.
00:46:36Today is a win.
00:46:38I wasn't shocked by the verdict.
00:46:42He knows how to control the narrative or change the narrative by throwing money at it.
00:46:48Sean threw good money towards a bad situation that he was in.
00:46:53He threw a lot of it at that situation.
00:46:56Eight lawyers.
00:46:58Combs' legal team, which has been dubbed the dream team, it's a multi-million dollar group of lawyers.
00:47:03We had a wonderful jury. They listened to every word and they got the situation right.
00:47:11I'm not a rapper, music lover or anything, so I need zero knowledge about him.
00:47:18I am of that generation who basically grew up listening to the music that he was involved in.
00:47:27From Biggie to 112, I even like Day 26.
00:47:32I wasn't, like, a personal fan of his, but in general, the music.
00:47:39Twelve jurors looking at a celebrity for the first time, up close and personal, in a unique situation where they have the power over that celebrity.
00:47:52It's easy for him to play on people's consciousness, on their opinion of him, on their thoughts of him, on their view of him, by just turning a PR switch on.
00:48:05In the trial, one of the things that blew my mind is I actually saw a huge PR machine at play.
00:48:14I'm going to be at this trial every single day. I'm going to be in the morning to turn your notice.
00:48:19I was one of 14 members of the public that were allowed in the courtroom.
00:48:23It was a lot.
00:48:25Other people on social media, they were right there with me.
00:48:28And I saw Diddy's PR team working out, literally talking to bloggers, talking to everybody.
00:48:38It's like we have a movie, and you're speaking this language, and, you know what I'm saying, we need subtitles.
00:48:43Diddy's team actually approached me and said, hey, we want to give you the transcripts.
00:48:50Every day we send out a highlight of the parts that you should actually pay attention to, and that you might want to share with your people.
00:49:01Now when that happened, I was like, okay, but no thank you, right?
00:49:04So you have to have some sort of calms to constantly be pushing that, Mom. You have to.
00:49:10This is a 10-year relationship, and it was adults and consensual, and everybody who was there wanted to be there.
00:49:17Because you may just be the person that just does, you just may watch CNN.
00:49:20You know what I'm saying?
00:49:21And there's like, there's 9 billion people in the world, and 7 billion of them is on Instagram and TikTok.
00:49:29And so you have, y'all, you have the wrong place looking to see what the people with the possible jurors are thinking.
00:49:34In the lunchroom, Diddy's PR team was holding court.
00:49:40I saw them with a lot of bloggers, Instagram, TikTokers.
00:49:45Every day they would convene.
00:49:47They would be whispering back and forth.
00:49:49And I literally saw how something would happen in court.
00:49:53And the same group of people that were like this with Diddy's PR, they were recording their version of events.
00:50:00And it was spreading everywhere.
00:50:05You got a jury that's not sequestered.
00:50:07They're going to be going home every night.
00:50:09And this will be all over social media.
00:50:12When they did not sequester the jurors, I was like, this can turn upside down by the end of the trial.
00:50:20Because I knew there would be a way in for him.
00:50:22You got it all for him, sir.
00:50:23Am I tripping?
00:50:24Cassie takes absolutely zero accountability.
00:50:28Cassie was pretty much the ringleader.
00:50:31That bitch was going back to the freak off.
00:50:33Baby, you went back.
00:50:34Being freaky is not a crime.
00:50:36People have that motherfucking jury questioning everything they fucking see with their damn eyes.
00:50:40For me, staying out of social media and things wasn't difficult.
00:50:46But some people I know were, like, fiending to get back onto Instagram or like, oh my gosh, I have to check my X, Y, and Z.
00:50:57It's funny because you would hear rumors that something happened in court.
00:51:01And we're like, what?
00:51:03That didn't happen?
00:51:04What do you mean?
00:51:05The jurors definitely started to feel that there was a major shift in tone of energy towards the future.
00:51:13In closing arguments, they were saying things like, this was a modern day love story.
00:51:17You didn't see any force fraud or coercion between Cassie and Sean.
00:51:23That was a very, very interesting relationship.
00:51:27Two people in love, you know, they are, like, overly loved.
00:51:32You cannot explain.
00:51:33She wanted to be with him.
00:51:36He took her for granted.
00:51:38He never thought that she would leave her.
00:51:41So it's like both hands clapping together.
00:51:44You cannot clap with one hand.
00:51:45The both hands like this.
00:51:47Then you get the noise.
00:51:49Do you believe that Sean Combs is a violent person?
00:51:52Based on that Intercontinental video, he can be.
00:52:01Unforgivable, honestly.
00:52:03You can't beat that small girl like that, the way he did.
00:52:08The defense was smart to say, hey, it's not against the law to be a bad person.
00:52:13You can say he was a terrible person.
00:52:15My client is not being charged with domestic violence.
00:52:17But he said he's not charged with domestic violence.
00:52:21Domestic violence wasn't one of the charges.
00:52:22The very next day, the following day, if you see how they are getting back together and exchanging text messages, and, like, nothing ever happened.
00:52:32And so now we are confused.
00:52:34What's going on here?
00:52:37He's beating her.
00:52:37Next minute, they are going on dinners and trips.
00:52:41It's like going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth.
00:52:46Allegations of, I was forced, I had to say, are nonsense.
00:52:49She could have done whatever she wanted to do.
00:52:52That's my answer.
00:52:54I mean, if you don't like something, you completely get out.
00:52:58You cannot have both ways.
00:52:59Have the luxury and then complain about it?
00:53:02I don't think so.
00:53:03He's turning a PR switch on and turning it off, turning another one on over here, lighting a match for diversion over here.
00:53:13And then you get people confused about whether any of this is real or people are just coming after him to attack him.
00:53:22Combs has really been eyeing jurors, looking for their reaction to all of the testimony.
00:53:27Where the judge threatened to remove Combs from the courtroom.
00:53:30At one point, the judge did reprimand him for nodding at the jury.
00:53:35Did you ever make eye contact with Sean?
00:53:39No, no, no.
00:53:40No, we are not supposed to.
00:53:43If they catch you doing eye contacts or any other gestures, you'll be removed.
00:53:51You'll be kicked out.
00:53:53There were times where he would feel strongly, I guess, for something and would nod.
00:53:58But that's pretty much all it was.
00:54:01It wasn't anything crazy or like, it wasn't like he was trying to sway us.
00:54:07It was, I think it was more of just him as a person, just reacting to whatever was being said.
00:54:13And forgetting where he was at the time.
00:54:15It's funny because I remember that nod watching Making of the Band.
00:54:20Like, he would do that often.
00:54:22I think that's just his go-to.
00:54:24I'm so sorry to say that.
00:54:25If he felt it was something that he wanted, I guess, approval on, he would look towards us and be like,
00:54:33You heard that.
00:54:36And sometimes look over to us like, can you believe they said that?
00:54:40And his facial expressions.
00:54:42What the fuck?
00:54:43What you just got?
00:54:43It was funny to see because I had the same facial expressions that he did at times when it was something that someone said.
00:54:54And it's like, that didn't make much sense.
00:54:56Like what?
00:54:57Um, I think the biggest one I remember was when Capricorn Clark, um, said something about being kidnapped.
00:55:13Jurors heard the emotional testimony from Capricorn Clark.
00:55:17She alleges the music mogul kidnapped and threatened her.
00:55:19Clark described her relationship with Combs as, quote, complicated.
00:55:23Everything that I said in court is mad real.
00:55:27I said, I've been kidnapped with a gun.
00:55:30My life has been threatened.
00:55:31I've watched him beat up his girlfriend.
00:55:34We went to murder somebody.
00:55:37But that jury in there that day, I knew they didn't believe anything.
00:55:43I mean, it's hard to believe.
00:55:46It's hard to believe.
00:55:47I think we kind of, I think the whole juror, the room felt that that question mark pop up.
00:55:56I'm watching them as they relate to him.
00:55:59I think they all kind of had a like for Puff.
00:56:03Whenever they looked over at Puff, it was like, like, buddy, buddy.
00:56:07They were starstruck.
00:56:08I never looked at him once.
00:56:13But every time I caught the glance of him in the corner of my eye, he would make me cry.
00:56:18I cried a lot in there because I was like, this is a nightmare.
00:56:24You look like a fucking walking corpse, Puff.
00:56:27I'm hearing some disgusting stuff.
00:56:30And I have to re-traumatize myself about what you took from me.
00:56:34But what happened to you?
00:56:36Capricorn Clark had a lot of information that was very emotional.
00:56:45She's remembering these events more than a decade ago.
00:56:50And with the emotion attached to it, maybe the details are skewed.
00:56:56But the problem is that that just leaves room for doubt.
00:56:59That's where her credibility became an issue, I think.
00:57:06They miss the nuances.
00:57:15They get these highlights, like, he beat her for 15 minutes and kicked her in the face.
00:57:25Well, he had been beating women since 1992.
00:57:29And he was kicking them when they were down.
00:57:32It's just not on film.
00:57:35It seems to be all of a sudden with Sean.
00:57:39And it isn't.
00:57:42This has been a slow build.
00:57:45Some of it happened before our eyes.
00:57:49The death toll from last week's stampede at a New York charity basketball game has risen to nine.
00:57:55Whatever must be done must be done to ensure that this never, ever, ever happens again.
00:58:01And we blinked twice.
00:58:03Puffy, as well as the head of his security team, are both charged with second-degree assault in connection with a beating attack on music industry executive Steve Stout.
00:58:11Stout and Combs have settled out of court for a half a million dollars.
00:58:14And we blinked again.
00:58:15And then we're like, okay, I guess this is what's cool now.
00:58:20Sean Puffy Combs was arrested here in New York today on a gun possession charge after leaving a nightclub in which three people were shot.
00:58:28The DA failed to prove that Combs was in any way responsible.
00:58:33I'm at really a loss.
00:58:34I'm very emotional.
00:58:36I'm just, I feel blessed.
00:58:37But you still have a victim road that leads to Sean Combs.
00:58:42Some pretty explosive allegations tonight against P. Diddy.
00:58:46Fox 5's Julie Banderas is at the courthouse in Loma, Manhattan right now.
00:58:50Julie.
00:58:50Hey, Rosanna.
00:58:51Well, all of us know celebrities like P. Diddy get dragged through the mud all the time.
00:58:55But this latest allegation is so shocking.
00:58:58Would you believe they're accusing P. Diddy of murder?
00:59:02P. Diddy's been sued a bunch of times before.
00:59:04But by his best friend, make that former friend, Kirk Burroughs, he's even the godfather of one of Combs' sons.
00:59:10Yep, that's show business.
00:59:13I also am a victim on multiple levels with Sean Combs.
00:59:20I think out of everybody that has a gripe with Sean, Kirk is probably the most legitimate.
00:59:27Kirk was the foundation of Bad Boy.
00:59:30He wasn't the face.
00:59:32But in the early days, he was the foundation of it and Bad Boy would not run unless Kirk was involved.
00:59:38He really caught a bad deal.
00:59:42Not only was he abusive to me from an employer-employee standpoint, he was also abusive to me in other ways.
00:59:56In what way?
00:59:56Sexually deviant ways.
01:00:08I did not want to do it.
01:00:10I didn't want to be around him and take care of him as he's essaying me and others.
01:00:15I had 25% ownership of Bad Boy.
01:00:22I worked day and night.
01:00:25After I was fired, I wanted to get my 25% paid out.
01:00:29And I started to get things together to build a lawsuit to sue him for the stocks that he had taken from me.
01:00:38Burroughs claimed P. Diddy cheated him out of $25 million.
01:00:42Today, his lawyers made shocking allegations.
01:00:44They even accuse him of ordering the hit that killed rapper Tupac Shakur.
01:00:48This is a terrorist organization that uses fear, violence, and the threat of violence to take money from people and put it in their pocket.
01:00:59It was eventually labeled Rico and racketeering.
01:01:05I was the first to call it.
01:01:08But I was looked on as, that has to be a lie.
01:01:12Right now, the judge did say, this looks like it will be dismissed.
01:01:16After the filing of the lawsuit, I did not succeed.
01:01:21And then I was banished from the business.
01:01:25For 25 years, I was basically blacklisted and banned.
01:01:31Next thing you know, shelters, homelessness.
01:01:38We've shown sometimes you're humiliated.
01:01:42Sometimes you're made an example of.
01:01:44Sometimes violent things happen to you.
01:01:50Through the years, a lot of bad things happen to good friends.
01:01:56Let's go!
01:01:57Let's go!
01:01:58Let's go!
01:01:58Let's go!
01:01:58Let's go!
01:01:59Let's go!
01:02:00Let's go!
01:02:00Let's go!
01:02:01Let's go!
01:02:02As bottomless as the hole that you think he's in, he comes up out like a whirlwind and like a shooting star into the sky.
01:02:10I made the big mistake in my life to think that when you are championing someone and taking care of them and you have their back and you are the holder of their secrets.
01:02:30The betrayal came at a great cost and the way he handled me was to erase me.
01:02:43Cassie Ventura released a statement saying, I am so scared that his first actions will be swift retribution towards me and others who spoke about him at this trial.
01:02:55People have asked, was I afraid?
01:03:01I was afraid.
01:03:04I've been afraid.
01:03:05I am afraid.
01:03:07What are you afraid of?
01:03:09Powerful people do scary things.
01:03:12He remembers all of the people that said no and that might have slighted him.
01:03:23And there's a price to pay for that.
01:03:26He who never mistreated anyone, never stole anything, never abused anybody.
01:03:31He's devious.
01:03:32He's calculating.
01:03:35Master manipulator.
01:03:38I think in ways he's soulless.
01:03:40This shit is motherfucking history.
01:03:43Last night, we was human.
01:03:46But tonight, you're going to superhuman.
01:03:50And I think it's hate crimes that Sean has perpetrated against countless people that have crossed this path.
01:04:02It hurts.
01:04:04It hurts.
01:04:06It hurts.
01:04:07I hope he's getting everything he got coming to him.
01:04:10And plus some more.
01:04:12He's going to get it all.
01:04:14He's going to get it the same way he gave it.
01:04:16He's going to get it.
01:04:18Everybody had to go through something with this dude.
01:04:23Sucker ass nigga.
01:04:24When I was first starting out, I didn't have no mercy.
01:04:30If you live life like that too much, I think your intentions can get misinterpreted.
01:04:36My intentions were just to make everybody the best.
01:04:40For everybody to eat, to make history, and to inspire the world.
01:04:45And I think I did that.
01:04:48I don't want to wake up, you know, old and have any regrets that I didn't develop as a man.
01:04:58I'm still in this movie.
01:05:00And I just plan on, I just know the ending.
01:05:04And that it's going to end happily ever after.
01:05:06I don't want to wake up, you know, old and have any regrets.
01:05:36I don't want to wake up, you know, old and have any regrets.
01:06:06I don't want to wake up, you know, old and have any regrets.
01:06:16I don't want to wake up, you know, old and have any regrets.
