00:00Good afternoon now, or always good evening. How are you all?
00:04My name is Iman. I'm from Sudan.
00:07And I cannot, I don't know what to say, how to express my feelings.
00:13First of all, coming to India is one of the adorable countries I dreamt of visiting since I was a kid.
00:18And enjoying Indian food.
00:20Secondly, coming to the course, it was like I was in one shore and I just jumped to the other shore.
00:27It's like I moved to the other part of the sea, like knowledge and skills and a lot of things, even attitude.
00:36I learned a lot from Dr. Mishra, skills, knowledge and attitude.
00:39And now I feel like I'm ready to practice safely and I'm ready to be a good surgeon, hopefully.
00:46And I made a very good friend. I'm sure I will keep in touch with all of you.
00:51Like very good friends from all over the world, from Malaysia, from Spain, from India, from everywhere.
01:00So thank you a lot. The course added a lot to me, added a lot.
01:04And I'm going to encourage my colleagues back there in my country to come.
01:08Every month, some Sudanese people should come to the course.
01:12Thank you so much.
01:13Good afternoon, sir. I am Satya Prabah Naya from Malaysia, along with my colleague Dr. Krishanti from Malaysia.
01:21We want to convey our heartfelt gratitude and thank you for not only giving us a very strong foundation,
01:31to begin again after learning laproskopi for a couple of years from the foundation.
01:37And I think the most important thing is we felt empowered to go back to our country and start the right way of practicing laproskopi.
01:47For that, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience and as well as well practical information.
01:53Thank you very much, sir.
01:54And we hope to turn back to you in case we need any assistance, guidance, further guidance.
02:00Definitely we'll need.
02:02We hope we can get that further in the future.
02:04And dear colleagues, thank you for being good friends and good colleagues.
02:08And let's keep in touch.
02:10This is a good network.
02:11Thank you so much.
02:15Good afternoon, sir, my colleague.
02:18I am Dr. Rajiv Bhalsa from Burdhuman, West Bengal.
02:22I am an assistant professor of Burdhuman Medical College Hospital.
02:25I am grateful for the opportunity to have completed the fellowship in minimal access surgery at World Laparoscopic Hospital.
02:35The training was intensive, well-structured and hands-on, providing me with valuable surgical skill and enhanced clinical confidence in laparoscopic procedure.
02:46Under the expert guidance of Dr. Archivish Shoshar and the dedicated faculty, I gained deep insight into both theoretical and practical aspects of minimal access surgery.
02:59The exposure of advanced techniques, life surgeries and simulation-based learning was truly enriching.
03:08I appreciate the supportive environment, excellent infrastructure and commitment to academic excellence demonstrated throughout the program.
03:16This fellowship has significantly contributed to my professional growth and will positively impact my surgical practice.
03:24Sincere thanks to the entire team at World Laparoscopic Hospital.
03:32Good afternoon, everybody.
03:33I am Dr. Jyotsna from Bihar.
03:36Before coming here, I did a lot of research, reviews, asked around many people whether I should come here or not.
03:43There were some okay reviews.
03:45Then finally my sister-in-law did from here and then she encouraged me, you should go.
03:50And then also I was a bit hesitant because I am already doing a little bit of lap on my own.
03:55Then I asked my friends in Patna, surgeon friends, they were like, Madam, why go waste so much of money?
04:02I was scared.
04:03First day when I came, then we were learning paper cutting, then I was even more scared.
04:08Oh my God, this is all the basics of what the hell, have I made a wrong decision?
04:14I called up my sister-in-law.
04:15I told her, yeah, they are teaching paper cutting.
04:17She was like, didhi, wait, wait, just wait, have patience.
04:20Right from second day, I realized, oh my God, this is really the best decision I have made in my life.
04:27And with the depth you people are teaching, nobody is ever going to teach us with that much of detailing.
04:34Every point, every thing you are explaining.
04:37And on top of that, there are teachers, people teach, but with so much of enthusiasm, so much of interest.
04:43I find very few teachers who are teaching with so much of interest.
04:47You actually have passion in teaching.
04:49That is really good.
04:51We are thankful for that.
04:52And other than that, other than the teaching faculty, I will thank the supporting staff also.
04:58They are very well trained, very helpful.
05:00I am really thankful to them.
05:06I am Samira.
05:08I am a second year general surgery postgraduate.
05:11When I came here, I come from a private medical college in Hyderabad.
05:15So, from the college I come, we don't have much hands-on of laparoscopic experience.
05:22The main reason behind coming here is to know the fundamentals of laparoscopy.
05:27And after coming here, I understood that all the basic steps of laparoscopy and all the fundamentals of laparoscopy were taught in such a great detail.
05:38And first, I would like to thank Sir and Bhala Sir for teaching us, taking a lot of patience and effort in teaching all of us and all the lab staff for patiently helping us out when I was not able to tumble and untumble the knot and helping us to do all the procedures.
05:57And one thing I understood is from this, I practiced all the hundred and ways of doing laparoscopy in a wrong way.
06:08So, that now I am only left with one rib, but to do in the right way.
06:12So, I feel very proud and privileged that when I go back and continue my residency, I would be starting laparoscopy with the basics and fundamentals just right.
06:23So, that I have no scope to go wrong.
06:26Thank you, Sir.
06:27Thank you, thank you, thank you, everybody.
06:32My name is Dr. Binyakumar Pandey and I am basically from Uttar Pradesh, but I have seen many colleges, many states I have went and I know many languages and when I heard this course from my senior, Dr. Shandeep Mishra and he told that if you go and you won't come without means you will get
06:56lots of knowledge along with the practical exposure and then I went, means I thought like same certification course, many courses available in India and many courses you will get in Maharashtra, theoretical course.
07:11I have imagined like that, okay, we will go and try because life is full of trial and error, clinical trials and I used to do.
07:20So, I came here and as you know me, I am very cool and I will just enjoy the days.
07:32So, like that I came and when I came and when I understand, I started to understand, okay, I mean seriousness because many things, many knowledge, as I have foundational knowledge, basically, it means normal basic knowledge, what I have taught, they taught us in college.
07:50When I came here, okay, one thing I noted, okay, one thing I noted, what my professors now didn't taught me, okay, in JR sheep, SR sheep, they only tell us to assist and in open surgeries, they only give minimal surgeries and they won't tell why is it, okay, what happened if epigast will bleed and how it bleed, how to hold the needle, from little, little steps to big picture.
08:19So, sir, sir.
08:20And along with this, I have, means, from differently from Maravian Sea to Bay of Bengal, from Himalayas to, I went to Jaipur, Rajasthan, I have never seen any professor like sir, and what is mesmerizing me, sir's biography.
08:39Giving this much profound knowledge along with sir is my biggest motivation
08:48okay because I want to inside my family is very happy and what I have achieved but when I have
08:58seen sir and our college or institution because in India very less institution is there which is
09:05global I used to follow IIT aims and under this private institution and going global under and
09:14seeing many global students here I am very feel very much proud and I am getting motivation from
09:22the sir and from the institution I will I am very thankful to the foundation to sir to the valla sir
09:30and I will whatever the experience I have get from you I will develop and I will do I will try my best
09:38and I will try also to go global there are so many people to learn but very few who teach thank you so
