00:00We have the phone charters in here.
00:10Our movie camera.
00:13I was going to bring these.
00:15I'm going to make some coffee.
00:17Around 2 o'clock in the morning,
00:19I really was having a hard time with getting comfortable.
00:23And so we decided to just go ahead and go to the hospital
00:26because we knew that things were probably progressing.
00:30We kind of knew exactly how much time it would take us
00:34because of the time test run.
00:37I think going through labor is one of those things
00:42where you have to experience it
00:44because I had heard so much about it.
00:46I had watched birthing videos,
00:48but until I went through it,
00:50I didn't understand fully of what women actually go through
00:54when they have a child.
01:00About 15, 20 minutes away from the hospital.
01:05If you've heard labor stories, all of that,
01:08it can kind of scare you sometimes.
01:11That was a pretty strong one.
01:15How far apart was that one?
01:17That was two minutes.
01:19My advice for expectant moms is always,
01:23it could be difficult,
01:25and you need to be aware of that.
01:28Not expect it to just be easy,
01:31but at the same time, don't just dwell on that.
01:34Going through the labor and delivery with Jessa,
01:44it was...
01:46I think up to that point,
01:48reality hadn't fully set in
01:50that we were having a baby.
01:53But then things got real really quick.
