00:00somebody came and gave you some kind of philosophy life has to be enjoyed without ever telling you

00:06what enjoyment means and then somebody else came you and showed you certain visuals of

00:12animals being slaughtered and you got a bit emotional and you said yeah i'll never take

00:17meat again now i'll never take meat again

00:21doesn't sit well with enjoyment at a weekend party chicken tikka and mutton kebab and all those things

00:32and even as you are considering those visuals and those words

00:43that encouraged you to drop meat and flesh and animal products

00:47somebody comes and tells you dude life is short just enjoy it and again there is division

00:59because both the things appear correct and both appear correct because none of them are your own

01:08don't say i am divided in five directions all the five options that you are seeing are borrowed ones

01:17which doesn't mean that none of those five

01:22can be a worthy one but the thing is how will you pick the worthy one if you do not know what worth

01:29means knowing cannot be borrowed

01:35therefore we are better to square one self-knowledge
