00:23Sophia Hutchins, in Malibu during the COVID outbreak.

00:26She's been communicating a lot with her daughters, Kendall and Kylie, even before the world was turned upside down.

00:32We're also hearing Caitlyn has been talking to Kim a lot lately, too.

00:36We're not sure about what, though, but it's always good to check up on family.

00:39Switching gears to Tristan Thompson, recall a woman, Kimberly Alexander, claimed the NBA star was the father of her five-year-old child

00:46and demanded he submit a DNA test.

00:49So Tristan took the test and the results proved that he was not the father.

00:53However, she made claims it was sabotaged and even alleged that Khloe was paying people to fix the results.

00:59Well, now TMZ reports after Tristan and Khloe filed for a cease and desist letter, he is now planning to sue the woman.

01:06Tristan's suit claims that he took the test back in January and it definitely proved that he was not the father.

01:11On top of this, there's a claim saying Kimberly posted the confidential results of the DNA report on her Instagram page,

01:18with the caption accusing the lab of ruining the results.

01:21Tristan's even offered to take a second test to appease her.

01:24The docs also claim Kimberly's only bringing this up now after the child's five years old

01:28because she's fallen through rough times financially and also mentioned that she was just dropped by her attorney, Lisa Bloom.

01:36But okay, switching gears, let's talk about Scott and Sophia because some people think they might have broken up.

01:44Recall Scott checked into a rehab facility a few weeks ago but immediately left once his privacy was exposed.

01:49E! News had reported that Kourtney and Sophia had been pushing him to seek help.

01:52Well, more recently, TMZ reported Sophia was spotted with a new man a few times

01:57and was seen staying with this person at a mansion in Malibu.

02:00Our reporters in LA did some digging and it seems like Sophia has actually been spending time with friends the past few days.

02:06We're hearing exclusively Scott's very focused on getting healthy right now.

02:09So she's giving him the space to do that but she's not dating somebody new.

02:13They are each other's partners as they are always there for each other and that has not changed

02:18even with the extra stress of his recent drama in the rehab clinic.
