She was so scared of people that she would hide in the back corner of the barn — but one rescuer refused to give up on her ❤️ Sarah told us that being a mom herself, she could really feel Olive's pain, which made her even more determined to save her and see her happy at last!

00:00she was pregnant and just wanted to have her baby she had her calves ripped away from her

00:07too many times in the past so she ran she was not letting anyone catch her

00:17our team went out and scouted the forest and we did end up finding her baby

00:24but the baby could not walk the baby could not get up and move around

00:28we knew we had to take that baby immediately to our veterinarian

00:33we're trying baby we're trying all of us watching at a distance scared we just took her baby

00:39she doesn't understand that we're there to help we're not there to hurt her

00:43the doctors assessed that its injuries were too far and the baby had to be euthanized

00:51as a mother i feel her pain but that just made it more clear that we needed to save her

00:58we didn't see her for a couple weeks that definitely broke our hearts because we didn't

01:05know if we had scared her away then one day she finally went in the corral we all cried

01:12just tears of joy because we did it when we got her to sanctuary she would hide

01:19in the back corner of the barn you could tell she was terrified
