01:00Sean won his first grade 8 event of the season and collected points towards that individual championship.
01:17To never be in a grade 8, come out the first time I was in grade 8 and win it and beat all those people that are in the grade 8, there's no feeling like it.
01:27Now today we're in Ohio where the top 8 drivers will battle it out once again.

01:49We are here at Dragway 42, located in West Salem, Ohio.
01:55This is our first time here.
01:57It is a very beautiful facility.
01:58This track opened its doors in 1957 and it is just an hour south of Cleveland.
02:03We're a lot closer to sea level, which is a huge change after spending a few weeks in the mountains and even in Vegas.
02:10It's also cooler than the temperatures we've been dealing with.
02:13Lower elevation and cooler temps means the engines can breathe easier and produce more horsepower.
02:18Every driver will have to make big adjustments to what they've been doing.
02:21Right now, Kai Kelly is still sitting number one in points, but last week he went out in the very first round, which means he gained no points whatsoever, which allowed other drivers to make up some ground.
02:33Here's how it works.
02:34If you win the grade 8, you get 10 points.
02:36Plus, you also get $10,000.
02:39If you runner-up, you get seven.
02:40And if you make it to the semifinals, you will get three.
02:43Those points go towards an individual championship that will be worth $100,000 at the end of the season.

16:19So we switch the gear.
16:20Usually when that happens, the housing's bent.
16:24So in Colorado, we had added compression to the engine and changed the stator.
16:27So we just ran the same stuff in Vegas.
16:31Coming here, the air's a lot better.
16:32So we're going back to our old setup.
16:34And for some reason, the car keeps knocking the rear gear out every race.
16:37This axle should just slide right out.
16:39So that's usually a sign something's binding up.
