U.S. President Donald Trump addressed a series of sharp questions during a Cabinet meeting at the White House, reacting to a European Union decision reportedly affecting Elon Musk and warning that Europe is “going in some very bad directions.” Trump said he would request a full report on the ruling, calling it “a nasty one,” and noted that Musk had not contacted him for help.

During the same exchange, Trump was asked whether he would support ending federal childhood vaccine mandates and instead shift to recommendations similar to those in parts of Europe. He requested clarification from the reporter and said he would speak further after reviewing the issue.

The comments came as Trump discussed policy priorities with Cabinet officials and highlighted broader concerns over U.S.–Europe relations, regulatory trends, and health-related federal standards.
