00:00TMZ and Page Six report that the former couple will no longer be facing off in court for China's
00:04revenge porn case after the exes officially settled the case just before jury selection
00:09was scheduled to begin. Now both outlets report that both Rob and Chyna agreed to stop the case
00:14from reaching a trial but the terms of their deal still remain unknown. Now this new development
00:18comes after Chyna's lawyer Lenciani told Hollywood Life that Chyna would prove her case to a Los
00:23Angeles jury that Kris Jenner's son allegedly illegally posted private naked photos of her
00:28on Instagram in July 2017. This also comes not too long after Chyna lost her $100 million
00:33defamation lawsuit against Rob's family which resulted in her owing them $391,000 to cover the
00:40costs. Hollywood Life has reached out to Rob and Chyna's lawyers and at the time of this recording
00:44we have not heard a response.
