00:10This week it was revealed by the Los Angeles Times that the Skims founder and other celebrities such as Kevin Hart and Sylvester Stallone were issued notices of exceedance which states that they had surpassed 150% of their monthly water budget at least four times since the district issued new rules to combat the drought at the end of the last year.
00:31Now for those of you who might not know, the government drought site says that nearly 97% of LA is in a state of severe drought.
00:37Well hopefully Kim and others cut back a few washes after this.
