00:05Rob spoke out after dismissing his ongoing lawsuit against the mother of his daughter Dream.

00:10In a statement to E, the former Keeping Up star said,

00:13My love for Dream far outweighs my desire to proceed with my claims against her mother in a public trial.

00:19Now that the court has ruled that there is sufficient evidence to warrant a jury trial on my claim for assault,

00:25For our daughter's sake, I'm dismissing the action and focusing on my co-parenting relationship with Chyna.

00:32However, Chy's lawyer later alleged that Rob had other motives for dismissing the case,

00:36telling the outlet Chyna was finally about to have her day in court at a February 23rd jury trial in L.A. Superior Court,

00:43where she was prepared to prove with evidence that Rob's claim that she physically attacked and assaulted him was a malicious lie.

00:50Instead, Rob dropped his case on the eve of trial, not because he suddenly wanted to drop the case for the sake of his daughter,

00:57but because he knew his assault and battery accusations against Chyna were false.

01:04Well, this all seems super messy still, but hopefully for the sake of their daughter,

01:08both Rob and Blac can accept the end of this and move forward.
