00:23The Blast reports that Lil Tay's father, Christopher Hope, has sent a cease and desist to Instagram

00:28regarding the allegations that were made on Tay's account when it was hacked.

00:32Recall yesterday we told you about Lil Tay's Instagram coming back to life over the weekend

00:37and showing posts that claimed Tay suffered from alleged mental and physical abuse from her father.

00:42There were even sad clips of Tay crying as her father tried to take her away.

00:50I'm not going.

00:52You literally live like six minutes away, but you never even came to visit me, so you don't even care about me.

01:03Well now, Chris Hope, who's an attorney in Canada, claims that Lil Tay's brother, Jason, had taken control of the accounts

01:10and that Jason, quote, encouraged others to, quote, conduct criminal extortion and harassment.

01:15Hope says that the recent posts by Jason have resulted in threats, including death threats and other threats of bodily harm against him.

01:22Hope's cease and desist makes it clear that Instagram will be held legally responsible if they do not remove the postings

01:28and it seems like they took the threats of legal action seriously because Tay's account has been wiped clean.

01:34Lil Tay, whose real name is Claire, is actually 11 years old

01:39and her father says that he has a court order giving him ultimate power in all legal decisions regarding her.

01:46But okay, Lil Tay's current manager, Harry Sang, told the Daily Beast,

01:50Christopher Hope does not want any money from Lil Tay.

01:53There are only three things he wants to see.

01:55First, no more crazy videos of cursing from Tay.

01:58Second, 25% of the gross earnings going to a trust fund dedicated to Tay.

02:03The third thing is there has to be structure in her operation in her public image.

02:07Sang also claims that he derailed a plan by Lil Tay's mother and brother to accuse Chris Hope of sexually assaulting Tay.

02:14An anonymous source told the Daily Beast that the plan to accuse her father of sexual abuse

02:19has been in the works for over a month before Sang informed Hope and threatened legal action.

02:25I've also spoken to Lil Tay's promoter and music rep, Chris Jones,

02:29who informed me that Lil Tay is doing well and working on new music.

02:32She's blind to the allegations against her father as they're reportedly keeping her in the studio to work on music,

02:38rebrand her image, and come back to her fans with impressive tracks and a better rep.
