01:39The deputy minister of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergei Ryabkov, said that the situation in Venezuela is alarming and worrying as tensions continue to rise.
01:48He emphasized that the escalation continues following the United States' desire to establish its dominance over the Latin American and Caribbean region.
01:54Ryabkov highlighted the solidarity between Russia and Venezuela and emphasized Caracas support for Moscow in difficult times.
02:07In Brazil, the fourth anti-imperialist meeting of solidarity and friendship between peoples is held within the framework of debate on the current geopolitical scenario.
02:16Representatives of different social organizations, activists and intellectuals from the region discuss initiatives to combat threats from the United States against Latin America and the Caribbean,
02:25with special attention to Venezuela.
02:27The meeting reaffirms the unity and collective strength of the peoples of Latin America to combat imperialism.
02:33A demonstration is expected to take place in Brasilia on December 10th in defense of Venezuela's sovereignty in the face of threats from Washington.
02:46Several countries around the world held a solidity day for peace in the Caribbean in response to the military threats imposed by Washington on Caribbean countries and Venezuela.
03:00Social movements and activists from several countries expressed their solidarity with Venezuela in the face of the siege from the U.S. Empire.
03:08The organizations condemned the interventionist actions of the U.S. government that threaten the Caribbean as a zone of peace.
03:15In this context, the Venezuelan government has constantly denounced the false arguments used by the Trump administration to justify the heavy deployment of military machinery in the Caribbean under the supposed fight against drug trafficking,
03:29which in reality is aimed at attacking and seizing Venezuela's natural resources.
03:39In Puerto Rico citizens also defended the sovereignty of the peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean with banners and slogans, they called for peace and the closure of U.S. military bases in their country and the region.
03:57Cuba also joined the day of solidarity with Venezuela with an event at the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the peoples that brought together representatives from the Institute,
04:06the Cuban chapter of the anti-fascist international, the Venezuelan diplomatic mission in Cuba, and social organizations who expressed their support for the Venezuelan people in the face of external aggression and threats.
04:20With slogans such as Venezuela is not a threat, Venezuela is hope and rejection of the threat against Venezuela and all of Latin America and the Caribbean, Cuba's commitment to the defense of sovereignty and self-determination of peoples was ratified.
04:39Meanwhile social movements and indigenous peoples in Belize also rejected the United States military actions in the Caribbean and against Venezuela, this show of solidarity joins an anti-imperialist forum convened by various countries on a global day of action in support of the Venezuelan government and in rejection of the U.S. threats described by social movements as a multidimensional war against the South American nation.
05:07Even in the United States, several cities took to streets in support of Venezuela, from Washington D.C. to major cities nationwide. Citizens demand peace, diplomacy, and an end to interventionist policies, as the U.S. government seems to prepare to start another war in Latin America.
05:32And this sounded the president of Colombia, Gustavo Petro denounced threats from the United States against his country and the wider region.
05:42Speaking from Magdalena in northern Colombia, Petro addressed the audience in La Ciénaga during the commemoration of the 97th anniversary of the massacre of Las Bananas.

06:24Welcome back.
06:43In Honduras, Council of the National Electrical Council, Marlon Ochoa denounced the identities found in the early transmission system,
06:49saying that the November 30th general elections were the most manipulated in the country's democratic history.
06:55During a press conference, Councilor Ochoa reported that there are serious evidence of changes to the source code of the TREP system,
07:01adding that the data transmission company software was modified without authorization from the National Electrical Council.
07:07The public official also said that changes were found in at least 5,000 election records, indicating that the results are inflated.
07:15Marlon Ochoa reported that the public prosecutor's office will be called upon to investigate who is behind these illegal and fraudulent actions.
07:27computers were deliberately not connected in the departments of Euro and Cortez.
07:37Computers were found, whose codes did not match the codes, with which they were sent.
07:46equipment that still had records and results pending to be transmitted, were not processed.
07:58According to the email, received at 12.16 am, on December 5, there were interruptions in the servers,
08:10while the Euro and Cortez departments were being processed.
08:17Marlon Ochoa reported that the data has not been updated for 36 hours, and there is institutional silence.
08:23These are the most manipulated and least credible elections, in the country's democratic history.
08:36And today, I transparently inform the Honduran people of what is happening here, inside.
08:42It is not possible that, as Councilor, we pretend to hide these incidents.
08:49The Honduran people, for 36 hours, there have been no updates on the results website.
08:56Hondurans deserve explanations, and they deserve our absolute transparency.
09:01Councilor Ochoa asserted that the media's disinformation campaign is part of the rural artists in the electoral process.
09:12Keeping the population in the dark, much of the media insists on appeasing this situation, on silencing and censoring.
09:26I say this with great respect and transparency.
09:33And the public itself has seen how, when we denounced this at the time, and even now, the media censors and selectively decides what to broadcast.
09:46There is an editorial line in the media to appeasing the population, which feels outraged by this failure.
09:55And unfortunately, the warnings that were made about this at the time were also censored.
10:03Just as they continue to be censored today.
10:16Many media outlets are complicit in the lack of decision-making to resolve this problem.
10:26In Ecuador, politician Andres Arauz denounced the electoral fraud that took place in Honduras during the general elections on November 30th.
10:37The economist and former minister pointed out that a right-wing majority in the National Electoral Council modified the computer rules at the last minute,
10:44breaking not only technical and ethical standards, but even the arithmetic logic of the electoral process.
10:49The economist also highlighted the position of Councillor Marlon Ochoa, whom he recognized for opposing the modifications and acting with technical and academic consistency.
11:04And the Liberty and We Foundation Party of Honduras is meeting on Sunday to discuss the interference of the United States in the general elections of November 30th.
11:11Former President Manuel Zelaya called the meeting with the aim of exposing the interference and hostility of U.S. President Donald Trump.
11:19In regard, he pointed out that the statements made by the head of state 72 hours before the election asking the electorate not to vote and threaten to cut economic aid affected the democratic process.
11:34And in Honduras as well, the Liberty and We Foundation Party formally requested the annulment of the presidential elections after confirming the electoral fraud perpetrated by the Honduran bipartisanship with the support of U.S. interference.
11:47In a statement, the Libre Party calls for, first, to receive the present action for administrative nullification of the counts carried out by the voting boards for the election of the president, presidential appointees and deputies to the Central American Parliament, together with the accompanying documents and evidence.
12:04The text continues.
12:05The text continues.
12:06Second, that a hearing be scheduled within three days following the notification of the admission of this action for nullity in order to proceed with the admission and examination of evidence.
12:16And third, to declare valid the administrative action for a nullification of the counting of votes carried out by the voting boards for the election of the president, presidential appointees and deputies to the Central American Parliament,
12:28on the grounds of notification established in Article 298, Paragraph 4 of the electoral law of Honduras, and therefore that the election be repeated in each and every one of the voting boards at the presidential level within ten days following the notification of the resolution.
12:48In our news in Mexico, the first InnovaFest 2025 concluded an initiative that promotes technological development with a social focus.
12:55Participants from 39 countries engaged in dialogue about the path that technological innovation and science should follow with a human rights and environmental approach.
13:05Antonio Aranda has the story.
13:08More than 43 million dollars in investments for science and technology projects for Mexico and Latin America, will be applied to initiatives presented during InnovaFest 2025, which was held at the Morelos Convention Center.
13:27The resources that the economy ministry is allocating this year should reach a figure close to 800 million, and the first transfer of the 2025 fiscal year has already been made.
13:41InnovaFest 2025, is a Mexican initiative that promotes technological development with a social focus, allowing scientific advances such as low-cost prosthetics to be applied for the well-being of people.
13:56Of course, for now it is for the service of Mexico, but we must all think about it and share it, for example with Latin America, where many prostheses are needed and it must be said, because of diabetes.
14:09We all know the problem of the diabetic foot.
14:13The gathering attracted more than 7,000 people, 80 investment funds, and 75 local and national research centers. For technological innovators, it is important to access these funds to accelerate the development of their projects.
14:32We are seeking investment through sponsors to carry out these kinds of projects, take them to the next level, commercialize them, and work on them together, so that both graduates of Marista University and the team's participants can begin to innovate in the Mexican aeronautical and space field.
14:51The goal of innovation in science is to replace imports in order to reduce the technological dependence of the national industrial sector.
15:01The government of Mexico believes that for the next edition of InnovaFest in 2026, at least double the investment can be achieved for the development of science and technology projects to benefit Mexico and the region.

18:25UNRWA specified that it depends on 95% of the nations from countries, and efforts are being made to secure funding and maintain operations.
18:34Although it is explained that UNRWA's scope continues to grow as the number of refugees increases, which has led to higher costs.
