00:10here so what you do let's go to the top now this is a twist off that's it just
00:25turn it half turn and we're gonna take this that clip off to just pull out go
00:36from side to side you don't want to mess with that wire or pull any of them out
00:45now this here takes two Phillips screws so we already had this apart because I
01:04wanted to change the batteries takes three double-a this is the rechargeable
01:13type but I tested them in a flashlight and it worked brighter than the batteries
01:24I just put in so I'm gonna put in the original batteries I'll tell you the
01:31type in a second all right so get these out first thing you want to do is take
01:46out the batteries and put them back in just make sure just to make sure there's
01:52no moisture these are the let's say and what is that nickel metal I've seen it
02:11before
02:13just in case you have to buy any yep and mhb the
02:34mh okay and I mh so we'll put these in yeah they worked on a flashlight
02:53there was some moisture from the rain got in there so that might have just been it now
03:06you know let's put it back together
03:09and go out and test it
03:23make sure those screws are in tight so no rain gets because this is at the very top of your umbrella
03:35very easy for rain to get in it so it should be sealed properly
03:41all right let's go outside now you can see this will only push on one way you got those two little
03:54ridges that'll go over that white part let me push that on just like so
04:04make sure the wire goes inside
04:10turn it clockwise or counterclockwise there it is turn it clockwise
04:24let's see let's see or I think either way
04:31yep counterclockwise to put on I gotta still tighten that and we go to the switch
04:45there it is
04:53there it is on off working again so it must have just been some moisture
05:01and you know how to put this back in
05:05no that actually was clockwise to tighten it
05:11let's put that back in the holder now
05:13all right and that'll do it
05:15you won't see that better until night but
