Dr Wee: DAP is not qualified to be MCA 2.0

MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong rejected claims that DAP is the “new MCA,” arguing that the party has failed to deliver on its promises for Chinese education despite years in power.   He questioned Pakatan Harapan’s progress on recognising the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC), approving new Chinese primary schools, and institutionalising funding, claiming DAP only repackaged policies previously secured by MCA.
