MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong used a witty Andy Lau movie quote to mock the government’s response to policy criticism, saying the party speaks for the people but is repeatedly ignored, misunderstood, or dismissed.   His playful jab at the 3rd General Assembly of the 30th MCA Central Delegates on Sunday (Dec 7) earned strong applause from delegates.
