00:07side of pat spencer i swear to god i would have bet everything i've ever had in my life that this

00:15guy never would have been this kind of a subject on our show yep he has been the number one name

00:21of the week the niners are on by so are all the warrior stars and the best athlete in the bay

00:27is pat spencer what on earth are we doing this is ridiculous but here's here's my thought and i want

00:34to know and i know uh dibs you want to know too i would love to hear like what it is about pat spencer

00:41maybe outside the obvious that sort of caught your attention this week and for me it's the fact that

00:48he's not brandon pajemski and he's not jonathan kaminga and i mean that both literally and

00:52figuratively like i that's that's what this is like this is not just an i i i wonder do you agree

01:01with that i don't think this is just a narrative on how pat is playing and performing i think it is

01:08all it's also a narrative on what the other guys are not doing i guess i think it's a narrative on

01:15three different things and we talked before the show about the big three the middle three and the

01:20little three and so i think that there are three different narratives the big three steph jimmy

01:25and draymond uh hurt and sick hurt and now hurt again and so the big three if they all can play

01:33darn it this team is really good the middle three we'll put aside for a moment and the middle three to

01:38me is moody jk and pods and then the little three is more than three but it's really it's gee

01:52me i want to start last night with the little three because the little three which was the

01:57little five that closing lineup was three second round picks and undrafted and buddy healed who was

02:11almost closed the whole thing they were fun they were vibrant they cared they tried they were good

02:17so for me before we get too down the road of like all the middle three which is a problem i do want

02:23to take a moment and just bask in no three because that was fun it was very fun like what an unfortunate

03:37franchise has been exactly you can be like what's it cost to go to chase center for a game

03:42for family buck 50 just to get in the door okay i'm gonna bring i'm gonna bring three kids or i'm

03:47gonna bring my wife and one of the kids or three whatever what's this gonna cost me a g yep

03:53and g and and we're out here like but but we almost won like it's it's gonna cost you a g

04:00it's a friday it's friday so it's a three thank you just so nobody wants to do that i don't want

04:07to do that if they had won i would do that because you won but you lost you lost so yes what happened

04:16happened it takes nothing away from those five they get all of that credit but i still believe

04:22even in the framework of what you're saying the reason that they were intoxicating last night

04:28is because not just who they are but who they aren't that that's why that was intoxicating

04:35like and by the way real quick i know you want to avoid the middle three for a second yep yep moody's

04:41catching strays today agreed he does not deserve to be in the same sentence with the other two

04:46i agree yeah i mean moses moody wasn't great he wasn't in that closing he went five for ten scored

05:20because the way the way i see him playing the way i see him carrying himself he can't wait to again

05:33bit different for me because i think that he's just i think he's a little bit locked up on like

05:38who am i supposed to be and when he doesn't play the way he should and he doesn't play well

05:43he sat the whole fourth quarter and so i don't know if he's like going in the tank because he's

05:49not playing well and he's not getting minutes and here comes melton and here comes seth and so

05:54he might be going down the rung and you know he got his option picked up for next year but

06:00he's looking at the same situation as kaminga really like if he wants his bag he's got to go out

06:05there and do things yeah but see nobody like that's the problem and i know that that's what

06:10you just said that's a real thing but nobody with the warriors wants like that's not what we're we

06:15want everybody thinking about bag searching yeah what we're doing we tsa but like he's searching

06:20for bags thank you again it's friday so it's the three appreciate it i probably tried too hard

06:25we got a long show but honestly i get that every individual just like draymond said a couple of

06:33weeks ago like everybody wakes up and has an agenda everybody you do i do everybody listening you do too

06:42you've all got goals for the day and things that you want to achieve and there's nothing wrong with

06:48that but the problem is when that agenda then is at odds with what the larger picture is trying to

06:56achieve and right now both of them are doing it and what their reasons are for doing it let me just

07:03sign up for i don't care vill i don't care yeah i don't care what your reasons are i don't care if you

07:09want money i don't care if you want out i don't care if because the big three are out you're the next

07:15two who sort of feel like well that means that we run the show at least temporarily you don't you

07:22don't and and it is just it is a parade of poor decisions and and and both by the way you want the

07:30fun stat for the day in limited minutes for both of them they still both tied to lead the team in

07:37turnovers last night wow how about that i mean it is a parade of poor decision making right now

07:46from both of them and yes probably different scenarios have led each of them to that moment

07:52um is one more forgivable than the other i don't know and again sign me up for i don't care vill on

07:58that it just it can't look like this and if melton and seth curry and will richard and other people

08:06want to come in and play the wings for this team when the top guys are out so be it let let's ride

08:12and yes pat spencer can be your new backup point guard instead of being your third string i guess and

08:18i mean you look at yesterday and i'm not going to excuse steve kerr and you can say what you want

08:23about his rotations and the development of young players or whatever yesterday he played 14 people

08:28in that basketball game and there was no garbage time in that game and i know part of it was that

08:34draymond got hurt he played nine minutes gp2 only played three minutes i don't know if it was just

08:39like it's not your night and you know his little brief three minute stint was all right gary it's

08:44not going to be your night so we're not going to play you but if you take those two out he still

08:49played 12 other people like real legit minutes trace got a little taste but yeah you got to the

08:55fourth quarter and he looked at it it's like all right we're going with this group and the group did

09:00well and he stayed with the group and so that's where i look at the previous game where everyone

09:04was so mad that he pulled out pat this time he didn't he rode that group all the way to the end
