00:07against the personalities behind St. Timothy Construction Corporation due to alleged irregularities in its projects.

00:18According to the chief executive, the case involves a flood control project in Culaman Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental.
00:24He said that despite receiving substantial funding, those handling the project never actually proceeded to construct it.
