00:20Several Senators could not hide their dismay over the resignation of Rogelio Babe Singson
00:26as Commissioner of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure or ICI.
00:30Like Sen. Erwin Tufo, who believes Singson is a great loss to the investigation.
00:36He hopes that there will be someone as credible as Singson
00:39who can replace him to investigate the flood control anomalies thoroughly.
00:43But Sen. Erwin Tufo said he does not believe that the resignation of Singson means that the ICI is now dead.

01:27The resignation of Singson also triggered the pursuit of Senators to pass the Independent People's Commission bill.
01:34According to Sen. President Vicente Soto III, this will give more teeth to the ICI as an investigative body.
