37:24It felt like you came in with certain bits, and you did them even if they did not fit the moment.

37:33Those pre-planned bits, you're too busy thinking about them,
37:36so then you're not able to really be in the moment and listen to the conversation that's happening in the room.
37:41I was like trying and trying and trying things, and I know it wasn't working, but I never give up, and I hope that showed.

38:47In the walkthrough yesterday, you asked me how to fix that top part.
