33:46driving um looking at the result of that he was bailed from there after pleading not guilty
33:54for trial at the end of this month so he's obviously been to court for the same offense
33:59and has then gone on to commit the same offense today right so with that in mind we can remand
34:07him in custody thank you very much the only way to stop him is to lock him up and remand him into
34:11course into the magistrates because he's going to carry on drink driving and he's uh he's proved
34:17that he will do because he's already on he's on court bail for drink driving uh so therefore we'll
34:23keep him till tomorrow and let the magistrates decide what they're going to do thank you see you coming
