00:11They've had plenty of time to do this.

00:13What we're seeing is a Labour government that wasn't actually ready for government.

00:17And they've come in and they're making up their plans as they go along.

00:20People need their democracy.

00:22They want to have a chance to vote for their local representatives.

00:25And I support them.

00:27This is not something that should be happening.
